二安替吡啉甲烷光度法测定锰矿石中TiO_2

试样以混合溶剂溶融,盐酸浸取,定容移取分液后,在1．2～3．0mol／L的盐酸介质溶液中,用抗坏血酸还原掩蔽锰和铁等干扰元素,二安替吡啉甲烷与钛生成黄色络合物,于波长420nm处测量吸光度,计算TiO2的含量。     

抗坏血酸沉淀分离分光光度法测定合质金中钛

研究了经抗血酸（ＶＣ）沉淀分离金，二安替比林甲烷（ＤＡＰＭ）分光光度法测定合质金中钛的分析方法，在０．５～４．０ｍｏｌ／Ｌ盐酸中，钛（Ⅳ）与试剂形成黄色络合物在波长４２０ｎｍ处表现摩尔吸系数ε＝１．４７×１０＾４。钛（Ⅳ）含量在０～６ｍｇ／Ｌ范围内符合比尔定律，金不干扰测定，拟定方法用于合质金中，ｘ％～０．０ｘ％钛的测定，结果满意。     

1997年美国钛生产商扩大生产能力

1997年美国约占世界钛交货市场50％的份额，因而，它在世界钛工业中起着举足轻重的作用．1995年，正是由于美国波音777飞机计划的启动，带动了钛市场的复苏．随着客机订单的蜂涌而至，美国钛市场、乃至世界钛市场终于从1990年以来的萧条、颓废中苏醒，呈现出一派繁荣景象．在很短的时间里，美国钛加厂的订单剧增，价格一涨再涨，交货期一再延长．如Ti－6Al－4V的价格，已由1994年末的3．75美元／磅增至1997年一季度的8美元／磅，而产品的交货期却由对周～25周，延长至44周～45周．由于钛市场需求旺盛，钛生产厂家原有的生产能力已不能满足…     

国外钛材价格

近几年虽然钛材市场在上下波动，但钛材的市场报价依然保持在1995年左右的水平上．航空用途的Ti-6Al-4V产品，其中206mm剥皮棒材、64＿棒材及门．7mmxgi4一x2438——的板材价格分别为（13．22～14．32）美元中gf（275～28．63）美元从g和（31．94一月．04）美元尔g，3．ZImnxgl4mxnx2438mm的纯钛板价格为（27．53～28．63）美元／kg；而工业用的Zmmx1219minx3048mm和门．7minx2438rnmx6096mln的2级纯钛板的价格则分别为（1927～20．93）美元从g和（18．17～18．72）美元八g．国外钛材价格…

亚稳钛氢化物的透射电镜研究

纯钛在３６０℃、０．１～０．２ＭＰａ纯氢气氛中氢化后，在氢－钛原子比ｘ＝０．１～０．９范围内，密排六方纯钛α相与体心四方亚稳γ相共存，其中亚稳γ相以近似平行的板条形态分布于α基体上，并呈现“树枝’生长特征，其取向关系部分地符合伯格斯取向关系，即：｛１１０｝γ／｛０００１｝α，〈１１１〉γ／〈２１１０〉α。     

一种钛镍铝钼高温合金材料

本发明公开了一种钛镍铝钼高温合金材料，该合金材料由50％～60％（原子分数，下同）的钛（Ti）、35％～50％的镍（Ni）、1％～15％的铝（A1）和0．5％～5％的钼（Mo）组成。该合金材料在室温屈服强度为1100～1900MPa，变形率大于10％；在高温600～800℃屈服强度为1150～350MPa，变形率大于25％；抗高温氧化性能在600～800℃静态空气中100h氧化增重0．01～7．00mg／cm^2；     

速差动力学光度法同时测定微量钼和钛的研究

根据ＭＯ（Ⅵ）和Ｔｉ（Ⅳ）在酸性介质中与水杨基荧光酮（ＳＡＦ）及溴化十六烷基三甲基铵（ＣＴＭＡＢ）形成三元缔合物的速度差异，建立了两者同时测定的速差动力学光度法。本法测定钼和钛的线性范围分别为５．０～２０μｇ／２５ｍｌ和１．５～９．０μｇ／２５ｍｌ，且两者浓度之比在Ｍｏ／Ｔｉ为０．８３～６．７之间时可得较满意的结果。测定了模拟样品中钼和钛的含量，其加标回收率分别为９８．２％～１０４％和９２．０％～１０８％。

略钢高炉采用含钛物料护炉

略阳钢铁厂2号高炉在入炉料中配加攀钢钛渣，进行了40天的护炉试验。试验期间，入炉钛负荷5～8kg/t铁，渣中氧化钛21～1．5%，生铁中硅控制在1．2～1．5%，炉渣碱度1．1～1．2，渣中氧化镁7～8%，试验进行10天后，炉腹下各段冷却壁的水温差普遍降低0．5～1℃，炉底温度下降50～100℃。高炉炉况明显好转，生产指标得以改善。
