ABSTRACT

The aging processes of two Anshan paving asphalts conforming to GB/T15180-94 standard have been studied by Rotation Thin Film Oven Test (RTFOT) and the aging kinetic models of two paving asphalts have been determined. The results show that the aging of the prepared paving asphalt is a first order reaction. The viscosity of the asphalt increases gradually with the aging time. The greater the aging index is, the more easily the asphalt is aged. Because the chains break down to form free radicals, oxidation reactions occur. The aging resistance of the asphalt with lower aromaticity and with less aromatic cycle numbers is weak.  相似文献

In this paper the aging processes of two penetration-grade paving asphalt which conform to the standard of Esson Company have been studied by rotation thin film oven (RTFO). The first order aging kinetic model has been established and some kinetics parameters were calculated. The relationship between pavement properties of asphalt and aging course was revealed. The intervention of oxygen in high temperature caused oxidation reactions, which changed the composition and structure of asphalt, the aging resistant performance of asphalt was weak, and the service performance went to bad.  相似文献

In this paper the change of family composition of the paving asphalt, which conforms to the standard of Sinopec Q/SHR-004-1998, was studied under continuous heating and atmosphere at three different temperatures (150, 163, 180°C), at the same time, the changes of pavement performance were studied. The results showed that at three different aging temperatures saturated hydrocarbon contents did not obviously change after 20 hours on aging. The change of aromatic contents was different before and after 20 hours while resins and asphaltenes contents have changed noteworthily. After aging, resins decreased noteworthily, asphaltenes increased obviously, the composition and structure of asphalt were destroyed which had the pavement performance go bad.

研究了以辽河油田生产的稠油为基质沥青自制的两种沥青老化后软化点的变化,以软化点为参数建立了沥青一级老化动力学模型。并用该动力学模型对这两种沥青的抗老化性能进行了研究,求得了动力学参数。实验结果表明,这两种沥青老化后软化点均升高,AH-70沥青抗老化性能优于AH-90沥青,以软化点为参数建立的沥青老化动力学模型较好地表征了沥青老化过程,为研究沥青老化提供了一种简便可行的分析方法。  相似文献

通过向SBS改性沥青中加入少量的稳定剂,使SBS与沥青融为一相。从而提高了其储存稳定性,当SBS改性沥青中不加稳定剂时,分离试验后上,下软化点差超过了22℃,163℃储存3h后,上下软化点曲线明显分开,显微镜下可以观察到聚合物已凝结;当SBS改性沥青中加入稳定剂时,分离试验后上,下软化点差在1.7℃以下,符合JTJ036-1998中小于2.5℃的要求,上下软化点曲线并未随储存时间的延长而分开,显微镜观察基本看不到SBS的分布状况。  相似文献

在实验室研究了AH-70和AH-90两种高等级道路沥青在老化过程中,正戊烷沥青质及针入度、软化点、延度等指标的变化,并根据老化过程中,正戊烷沥青质的变化,进行了沥青老化动力学研究,计算得出了有关动力学参数,得到了沥青老化动力学方程,其计算值与试验数据相吻合。表明高等级道路沥青老化属于一级动力学反应。实际老化过程中针入度、软化点及延度的变化进一步证明了所得动力学模型是可靠的。  相似文献

分析了高沥青质塔河原油减压渣油生产道路沥青的潜在优势和不足,认为主要问题是所产道路沥青的抗老化性能较差和延度较低.研究了塔河减压渣油所产道路沥青的老化过程动力学,结果表明,该道路沥青老化时,活化能较低、反应速率常数较高,老化前后沥青各项指标变化幅度较大,表现出沥青的抗老化性能差.通过对沥青老化机理的分析,认为可采用组分调合、部分改性及添加抗老化添加剂的方法来解决延度低、抗老化性能差的问题.试验数据表明,利用上述方法,可以使塔河原油所产道路沥青的延度和抗老化性能得到改善,主要技术指标符合优质产品规格要求.  相似文献

对道路沥青及现行道路沥青标准指旨标合理性进行了讨论,并对现行的道路沥青标准的制定、道路沥青标准与生产之间关系进行了分析。通过不同基属原油经不同生产工艺生产的道路沥青针入度、软化点、延度指标之间的关系,指出延度与针入度没有比较明确的对应关系.讨论了GB/T15180—94标准中以升入度20为间隔进行的分级可能对生产造成的问题.提出了普通和高等级道路沥青指标的修改建议。  相似文献

In this paper, various brand heavy paving asphalts conforming to GB/T15180-94 standard have been prepared by blending-oxidizing Anshan vacuum residue, and their pavement performances have been evaluated. The laboratory test shows that the prepared AH-70 and AH-90 has the characteristics of good temperature susceptibility, good high-temperature stability and good low-temperature cracking resistance. The mathematic model of the relationship between penetration, softening point of the asphalt and the blender content has been set up and, the relationship between penetration, softening point and the oxidation time has been found. Those mathematic models built by gradual regression of the experiment data can be used to determine the adding amount of the two blenders. Fan daobo experiential equation, which described the relationship between softening point of the paving asphalt and its compositions, has been corrected and the corrected equation is more suitable for the prepared paving asphalts than Fan daobo experiential equation.  相似文献

Grey System Theory is used to study the relationship between the change of compositions of the aged asphalt and the change of its service performance, such as softening point, penetration, and viscosity. The results show that the increase of the asphaltene content and the collapse of the colloidal stability are the main reasons why the service performances of the aged paving asphalt deteriorate. In this paper, the mathematical method is first introduced to the study on the relationship between the change of compositions of the aged paving asphalt and the change of its service performance. 对齐鲁石化公司胜利炼油厂利用科威特原油开发生产的齐鲁牌AH—90重交通道路沥青及其混合料的性能进行了试验,并在高速公路上铺筑了试验路,对其路用性能进行了较为全面的研究,与国产原油某AH—90重交通道路沥青进行了对比分析。试验结果证明了齐鲁牌AH—90重交通道路沥青在高速公路上应用的可行性和可靠性。  相似文献

针对单家寺稠油开采、管道输送过程中注入了蜡含量高的低硫中间基原油影响了沥青质量的问题,研究了加入聚合物对其改性的途径。在单家寺沥青中加入丁苯乳胶(SBR)后的改性沥青及其混合料的使用性能的评价结果表明,改性单家寺沥青的使用性能可满足“八五”国家科技攻关提出的建议值,可用于高等级公路的建设。  相似文献

针对沥青质含量较高的塔河原油,采用适当的工艺开发出了符合JTG F40-2004技术要求的SBS改性道路沥青。通过加入稳定剂使SBS与基础沥青反应形成了较稳定的均匀微观结构,从而解决了SBS改性沥青的储存稳定性问题。常规方法评价结果表明,塔河原油SBS改性道路沥青具有较小的感温性以及优良的高低温性能。采用SHRP方法对塔河原油SBS改性道路沥青进行了评价,并与其它油种SBS改性沥青作了比较,结果表明,塔河原油SBS改性道路沥青的SHRP性能等级为PG70-34和PG76-34,具有非常好的高低温性能及抗疲劳开裂性能。  相似文献
