2010年我们在鄂尔多斯做的“20＋10”的项目,是一个集群设计,我是策划组的成员之一,有20个建筑师,一人做一大块地,每个人要做几个办公楼、小房子。我们当时提了一个非常苛刻的条件——都设计成方房子,在这个方房子里面再找彼此之间的变化。这些方房子做完了以后,我们在中间预留了一条绿化带     

从大清王朝的荷兰大使官邸谈起 谈新建筑节能标准下的塑料门窗发展之路

我现在的单位是国务院参事室。这个单位的房子是1909年荷兰王国驻大清王朝的大使官邸。因为它是一个砖木结构的房子，我们在2003年的时候对其进行了返修加固。当时，国务院给我们一个任务——这个房子留下的还能用的各种材料，包括石材、铁艺、门窗、五金件，

<正>我认为,除了教堂、音乐厅等特殊的建筑,大多数建筑不需要强调个体。在城市中,普通的房子一座紧挨着一座,就像大街上的人。尽管有些人会与众不同,比如戴一顶特殊的帽子,或者把脸涂成彩色,或者穿着睡衣在街上跑,因为他们觉得自己是特殊的。但是这是极少数的。街道和街道上的房子就像一个社会。在一个社会中我们并不关心这些人中有10个博士或者有5个教授或是一个百万富翁。我们关心的是每一个人,所有人。因此,我认为是否能从一座房子看出他的建筑师并不重要。年代也是如此。一座新建的房子现在炫耀着"我代表着如今的

社区建设是一项广受关注的重要课题.近些年来随着住宅消费观念的提高,从"居者有其屋"发展到"居者优其屋",只有"以人为本",进一步研究居民的社区意识,进行相应的文态空间建设,研究其作为住区中良性引导空间的存在价值,才能更好地利于、促进文化交流,增强文化底蕴.     

Land use regulations and the returns to low-income homeownership

I investigate the relationship between land use regulations and the house prices of urban low-income homeowners in the United States between 1998 and 2010. Because low-income homeowners generally hold a larger fraction of their wealth as home equity and are less likely to sustain homeownership, the overall financial position of this population is especially dependent on house price movements during short holding periods and the timing of house purchase and sale. The data used for analysis include zip-code-level house price estimates provided by Fannie Mae and proprietary mortgage origination data for a representative sample of low-income US homeowners who received community reinvestment mortgages between 1998 and 2004. I estimate a series of linear mixed-effects models to predict house price appreciation and the risk premium associated with investment in housing as opposed to a risk-free asset. Controlling for a variety of related factors, including land scarcity and subprime lending activity, I find that land use regulations are associated with greater house price volatility and a greater risk premium for urban low-income households. Thus, the results suggest that the dependence of low-income homeowner wealth on the timing of house purchase and sale is weaker in less regulated markets.

The house is more than a place: the 'domus' is the principle of an order and a device for articulating differences and meanings one lives by. In many cultures domesticity - centrality, stability, continuity - is identified with woman. Yet, linking femininity and domesticity or house can only be reductive when one presupposes that the meaning of the house is simple - nothing more than 'place' and 'centre'. In this article I argue, mainly on the basis of seventeenth century Dutch interior paintings, that the pre-modern experience of the space of the house includes the awareness of 'counterforces' to the hearth-making. The female figure is as ambiguous as the house is, and incorporates as well that counter-force and openness that can save one from the suffocating house.
