金属标准物质中杂质的辉光放电质谱法溯源分析

标准物质定值分析的溯源性要求比常规分析高很多。在常规分析中,有证标准物质（CRM）可用于校准以及建立可溯源性。尽管与标准物质生产和认定相关的ISO导则并没有十分明确地提到校准,但众多标准物质生产者在定值分析时却不接受基准标准物质用于校准。这些要求制约了标准物质定值方法的使用,因为这些方法可以采用已知高纯度的标准物质、化学计量法及已知高纯度标准物质的混合物进行校准。有效的固体取样技术,例如通常使用的块状标准物质进行校准的辉光放电质谱法（GD MS）或火花源发射光谱法（spark OES）,似乎不太适合定值分析。尤其是固体样品中痕量元素分析测定的有力工具辉光放电质谱法,除金属杂质外,使用特定气体混合物,这种方法也可以分析相关的非金属杂质如硫和磷。我们开发了一种可以使用已知高纯度的标准物质混合物和化学计量法的校准方法,这种校准方法同样可用于辉光放电质谱法。与溶液中基体匹配技术类似,此校准方法基于掺杂的粉末压片。本文还结合铜和钢标准物质的定值分析结果进行了陈述。

本文根据国家有关规定和相关标准，对三类医疗器械产品CDIC颌面及颅外科用钛骨固定器进行安全风险分析方法进行了介绍，应用该方法分析后，结论是产品的潜在风险均分布在广泛可接受区和合理可降低区，合理可降低区的潜在风险，只要实施了降低／控制风险措施，即可将风险降到最低。产品的受益远大于潜在风险，由产品造成的潜在风险是可以接受的，临床使用是安全的。     

A Delphi study examining standards for patient handling

This article presents the findings of a local initiative to develop practice standards for patient handling in a specialist orthopaedic hospital. The changes in practice needed were first, to implement the statutory minimum standards for load handling (HSE 1992a); second, to minimise the high risk of injury, particularly to the back, faced by nurses mobilising patients; and third to meet the need for an instrument which could be used in developing and evaluating better clinical conditions for patients and working conditions for nursing staff. Participants reached a level of consensus over a broad range of standards, but even after three rounds, consensus on four standards was not reached. The author suggests this type of study can be used to develop standards applicable on a local level.     

军民融合背景下我国金属材料标准融合发展浅析

在军民融合上升为国家战略的背景下,军民融合标准化建设具有重要意义,材料标准化已成为标准化军民融合的发展重点。以金属材料标准为例,深入分析我国标准现状以及存在的问题,探索军民融合背景下通用性标准建立的方法,为我国军民融合背景下材料标准融合发展提供新思路。研究发现我国现行金属材料标准存在数量大、行业级以上标准少,标准体系不完善,标准不通用,关键材料生产过程控制标准缺失等问题。建议通过建立主干材料技术与管理标准体系,进行主干材料标准化顶层设计,通过整合修订现行标准形成主干材料通用标准,从而促进主干材料的标准化和通用化,推动主干材料的系列化发展和体系化选用,实现以标准融合推动军民技术融合的目标。     

钛可溶阳极电解产物后处理实验研究

针对钛可溶阳极电解产物后处理工艺带来的钛粉中O、H、Cl污染问题,先将无水乙醇和电解产物按一定液固比混合球磨,用无水乙醇选择性溶出电解产物中的低价钛氯化物,再用水洗涤除去电解产物中的KCl、NaCl获得钛粉.实验结果表明:无水乙醇与电解质液固质量比为10:1,即可完全浸出电解产物中低价钛氯化物,所获得的钛粉中的O、H、Cl含量完全达到钛粉行业标准YS/T654-2007中的TF-2级别.乙醇滤液可用蒸馏方式回收,回收率为96.3％.     

Quality assurance in the dental profession

The dental profession has traditionally attempted to ensure quality and to guarantee high educational standards by restricting licensure. Recently, many factors have increased public and government interest in the quality of care provided by health professionals. A framework for understanding quality assurance is presented. This framework incorporates with Donabedian's dimensions of structure, process and outcome the additional dimensions of system capacity and community. All dimensions of quality are assessed by comparison with an accepted standard. Quality assurance can be considered as occurring at a system level, a managerial level, and a practice level. All quality assurance activities work to fulfil society's requirements to maintain self-governing professional status.     

Recent development in standards of steels used for pressure vessels in China

In this paper,five items of standards of steels used for pressure vessels which are issued recently or about to be issued and put into effect have been introduced.The differences of standards mentioned above and the former standards and the primary qualifications have been formulated.These qualifications indicate that,some qualifications of national standards of steels used for pressure vessels are on the international advanced level.     

An improved assessment method for the temperature dependence of yield strength values

In Europe work is in progress to establish new standards for materials and it is very important that accurate data are used as a basis for property values in these standards. In addition reliable evaluation methods must be employed when the values are derived. A systematic evaluation method for yield strengths at elevated temperatures has been developed which is a modification of the ISO 2605/111 (ENV22605-3) procedure. The method has been applied to a number of steel types and has proven to provide values in good accordance with experimental data. Comparisons with existing national and international standards showed the importance of using experimental values when establishing new standards. The method is intended for use in the standard developments by the European Committee for Iron and Steel Standardisation (ECISS).

Design Processing of Regular and Nonstandard Structural Components

A design standard can be complemented with a case base of nonstandard designs to form a richer knowledge source that can be used in the development of a system for processing of both regular and nonstandard structural designs. This leads to the question of classification of a design context to regular or nonstandard, which relates to the interpretation of the standards scope. This paper describes a software system, called SADA-II, which has been developed to address the issues of standards scope characterization and nonstandard component design processing. SADA-II also introduces a method for processing of standards provisions that are written in a generic format (e.g., pertaining to different section shapes) and explores the potential of integrating the system with a graphics package and other CAD applications. Illustrative examples for the application of SADA-II to detail structural design are provided.
