随着石化设备腐蚀失效案例的不断增加,如何有效利用这些案例成为防腐工作的关键。笔者通过收集大量的石化企业典型的腐蚀案例及其防护措施,并对其进行分析归纳,利用SQL Server+ASP.NET技术开发了具有B/S结构的石化设备腐蚀案例库Web系统。本案例库可以实现腐蚀案例在线查询、添加、编辑、删除等,提高了腐蚀案例共享的效率,可以为石化设备防腐工作提供很大帮助。  相似文献

本文论述了工业装置与设备腐蚀控制或防护设计中应理顺材料与环境的关系,尤其是防止局部腐蚀和环境敏感断裂,对设备的失效分析和系统的安全性分析更应从材料与环境两方面考虑,这里的环境是广义的环境,包括自然与社会环境,人是控制腐蚀的决定性因素,装置和设备的腐蚀失效,大多由决策失误、操作失误和监管不力造成的。全面腐蚀控制不能忽略全员腐蚀控制,最后提出预防为主的理念。  相似文献

根据对现有的压力容器、石油管道腐蚀失效案例和现有失效知识的分析与总结,提出了晶间腐蚀和氢致开裂两种模式的腐蚀失效特征。依据这些失效特征建立相应的两种腐蚀失效模式的失效判断规则,根据这些失效规则运用COM Wizard、数据库技术和可靠性技术建立有效的腐蚀失效模式诊断专家系统。该专家系统根据输入的腐蚀失效特征来识别案例的腐蚀失效模式并给出综合可信度作为诊断结果的评价参数。  相似文献

CORIS™ – an expert system for the selection of materials used in sulfuric acid The expert system on the behaviour of materials in sulfuric acid is programmed under NEXPERT OBJECT. The expert system includes about 1200 rules and 250 materials. The knowledge in the expert system is based on the DECHEMA Corrosion Handbook and on knowledge acquired from corrosion experts. The user can choose between materials selection, materials evaluation, and damage analysis. A user-friendly graphical interface is supplied for the convenience of the user. The result of the expert system search is a list of suitable materials and their behavior taking various types of corrosion into consideration.  相似文献

The influence of solid corrosion products on the corrosion mechanism On the basis of general notions of a model of corrosion phenomena at superficially heterogeneous electrodes, the attempt is made to develop a general system for such phenomena. The considerations are based on the physical separation of the anodic and cathodic reaction ranges when solid corrosion products are formed. In this context, the following cases are discussed: — Corrosion accompanied by the formation of a cover layer in water or in an inert salt solution; formation of a single corrosion product and destruction of the oxide film formed through contact with air; corrosion accompanied by the formation of several corrosion products; relationships between corrosion products and shifts in the rest potential.  相似文献

Expert systems for corrosion protection technology Corrosion science is a very interdisciplinary special subject, which involves parts of the classic disciplines chemistry, metallurgy and mechanical engineering. Solving of corrosion problems needs the recognition of relations between the different subjects as well as empirical and heuristical knowledge. These are reasons for the loss of 50 billion DM in Germany caused by corrosion damages. By applying existing corrosion control practices 20% per year could be saved. Corrosion experts are very rarely or it is impossible to obtain the required guidence on corrosion. Expert systems are suitable tools for the mentioned problems. In 1985, members of the Laboratory of Corrosion Protection Technologies at the Fachhochschule Hagen started with the development of the expert system CORROS. The domain of CORROS is the corrosion behaviour of corrosion system water/metallic materials.  相似文献

Microbial deterioration of materials – simulation, case histories and countermeasures: Metallic materials Overview Microbially induced deterioration of construction metals has been encountered in many industrial processes and installations. Corrosion failures of technical equipment often occur under operational conditions which do not appear to be conducive to microbial growth. Although, many different types of microorganisms can be implicated in corrosion processes, most widespread and distinctive is the corrosion resulting from the activities of the sulfate-reducing bacteria, further sulfur-oxidizing and various acid-producing bacteria. This paper deals mainly with case histories which occurred in energy producing installations and industrial waste-water treatment plants. An attempt was made to describe in detail the investigations which had hen performed in order to elucidate the cause of corrosion failures. Relatively simple diagnostic procedures can be helpful in explaining such cases; the condition is that microbial activity is included in considerations concerning potential contributors to the failure mechanism. Discussion of remedial measures includes methods based on the use of biocides as well as alternative procedures.  相似文献

In this research, the effect of ethanol as gasoline additive has been investigated into metal corrosion of a fuel delivery system. Corrosion tests have been performed in gasoline with different percentages of ethanol, using weight loss (immersion test) and electrochemical impedance stereoscopy (EIS) procedures. Surface of test specimens were checked by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) after 144 days of immersion in test solution. Also corroded components were analyzed using energy‐dispersive X‐ray analysis (EDAX) method. Test results, investigations, and analyses, altogether show more corrosion with the increase in ethanol percentage and water content in gasoline. Test results show that among different materials in fuel delivery system, aluminum alloys and hard soldering alloys have less corrosion than the others. Also chloride and sulfide were recognized as the main compound of corrosion products; therefore, the control of these two elements in fuel delivery system is a must in case of using ethanol as fuel additive in near future.  相似文献
