本文提出了大量铁存在时间EDTA做隐蔽剂,选择658nm波长,用偶氮氯膦-mA(CPA-mA)的分光光度法直接测定钢中的稀土总量,在试验条件下偶氮氯膦-mA与各等量的单一稀土配俣物的吸光度基本接近,此时,各等量稀土配合物之间吸光度的差别也大大小于用草酸做隐蔽剂时的差别,从而减小了由于试样中各稀土元素的配合分未知而引起的测定误差。  相似文献

In the present study we investigate the microstructure of tempered martensite ferritic steels. It is well known that inside former austenite grains and inside packets of former martensite laths ultrafine micro grains (average size near: 1 μm) govern the strength of this material class. Micro grain boundaries are decorated by carbides (average size after creep near: 0.05 μm). However, in transmission electron micrographs it is commonly found that there are micro grain boundaries with a high carbide density while there are others where no carbides can be detected. In the present study we make an attempt to decide whether the crystallographic character of micro grain boundaries can be related to the number density of carbides at the boundaries. Kikuchi line diffraction patterns were used to determine the misorientation angle between two adjacent micro grains; we select only micro grain boundaries which represent <110> ‐ and <100> ‐ twist boundaries. A quantitative microstructural analysis was performed to determine the density of carbides on boundaries. Our results are discussed on the basis of general tendencies which were reported for grain boundaries in the literature.  相似文献

Effect of Rare Earths on Properties of BNbRE Rail Steel   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The development and properties of BNbRE rail steel and the effect of RE on rail steel were studied. The results show that the properties of rail steel (δb ≥980 MPa, δ5≥ 8 % ) can be improved by adding RE and niobium and adjusting the content of C, Si and Mn in steel. At the same time, the abrasion resistance, contact fatigue and fatigue property of BNbRE rail steel are excellent. It also shows that RE in rail steel has the functions of purifying steel, modifying inclusion and micro-alloy action effect. The improved steel-making process enhances the quality of molten steel. Although the content of RE is low, excellent properties of BNbRE rail steel are achieved.  相似文献

Fifteen rare earth-tetraphenylporphyrin(RE-TPP)complexes were directly prepared by mixing equalmolar concentrations of RE(ClO_4)_3 and H_2TPP in acetone media.The electrochemical behaviors of these com-plexes and the influence of dissolved oxygen were investigated by voltammetry.Althrough there are some differ-ence between the behaviors of light and heavy rare earth-porphyrins,the central RE ions of the all fifteen com-plexes were reduced from tervalent to divalent state,meanwhile the dissovled oxygen was reduced as superoxideion O~-.which readily combined with the complex forming peroxide additive complex such as RE-TPP·O~(2-)_2.  相似文献

The areal distribution of some elements in the rare earth bearing spheroidal phases in pure aluminium andAl-Mn alloys was studied by SIMS(secondary ion mass spectrometry).The results show that cerium,iron.silicon and hydrogen are significantly segregated in the phases.Thus the existence of hydrogen-rich rare earthbearing eompounds is confirmed.It indicates that the rare earths have a hydrogen fixation effect in aluminiumand aluminium alloys.  相似文献

本文利用透射电子显微镜及物理化学相分析技术研究了中碳硅-锰钢中回火马氏体脆性(TME)的微观机制,着重探讨了回火过程中析出的碳化物对TME的作用。结果发现,对应于40Si2Mn2钢中TME产生的回火温度区间,存在有由碳化物向渗碳体的转变,析出了细小弥散的颗粒状渗碳体。这种对应现象在40Si2Mn2Mo钢中也得到证实。40Si2Mn2Mo钢的TME产生的回火温度和弥散渗碳体的析出温度都要高于40Si2Mn2钢。由此得出:在回火过程中大量细小弥散渗碳体的析出是中碳硅-锰钢中TME产生的一个重要原因。  相似文献

用热模拟实验机Gleeble-1500模拟了F45MnV钢(%:0.44C、1.18Mn、0.10V)热轧过程中的加热、轧制及冷却参数。通过实验发现,加热温度由950℃增至1100℃,钢中奥氏体平均晶粒尺寸由25.7μm增加至84.3μm;加热温度为1000~1050℃时,奥氏体晶粒尺寸为64.0~62.8μm,在该温度范围内轧制,有利于钢的质量控制和保证性能的稳定;随冷速由0.25℃/s增加至2℃/s,变形量70% 900℃,终轧的F45MnV钢的抗拉强度由815 MPa迅速提高至960MPa。  相似文献
