大塑性变形对纯铜力学性能的影响   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
室温下采用锻压对纯铜进行了大变形加工,对变形后的纯铜样品进行了拉伸和硬度测试,并采用扫描电镜对拉伸试样的断口进行了分析。研究结果表明:经过大变形后,由于纯铜的晶粒得以细化,抗拉强度、屈服强度、硬度和断裂延伸率都显著增加。  相似文献

针对挤压时平面分流组合模模芯变形对空心型材壁厚影响的问题,简述了分流组合模模芯发生变形的原因,并应用有限元方法对模芯的受力变形进行了分析。首先利用ANSYS软件对分流组全模上模进行三维造型,然后综合考虑分流组合模在挤压时的受力状况,将所受各力加载到有限元模型上,通过计算获得了模芯在受力作用下的偏移变形量及模芯沿挤压方向的变形量,结合实例分析表明计算结果与实际吻合较好,说明有限元方法对模芯变形的分析是有限的。  相似文献

针对利用变形诱导铁素体相变来细化晶粒这一材料研究领域的新方向,基于热力学原理,考虑变形诱导相变因素时,对奥氏体-铁素体相变在不同条件下形核的临界核胚尺寸进行了模拟计算,从相变时形核这一角度对变形诱导的铁素体相变进行了分析,比较了变形存储能对临界核胚尺寸的影响。计算表明,变形能的加入可以使临界核胚减小,并且提高铁素体开始转变的温度。  相似文献

借助有限元分析软件MARC/Autoforge,对螺纹钢三切分轧制进行了有限元模拟,重点分析了轧件的变形与预切分道次的作用。研究表明,三切分轧制轧件变形很不均匀;预切分道次可减轻轧件的变形与不均匀变形程度,对轧件的尺寸有一定的调节作用,增加预切分道次是合理的。  相似文献

借助有限元软件Marc,采用三维弹塑性有限元法对4辊轧机冷轧薄带钢过程带钢变形进行了分析。计算模型对辊系的弹性变形与带钢的弹塑性变形按照接触问题进行耦合分析,得到了带钢厚度沿带钢宽度方向分布、边部减薄及有载辊缝等一系列有意义的结果,为精确计算冷轧参数提供了参考数据。  相似文献

以厚度为6 mm的7075铝合金中厚板为对象,开展预拉伸对板材几何精度和力学性能的影响研究.试验表明,当预拉伸量相同时,板材宽厚比越大,回弹后的纵向永久变形率越小;预拉伸对板材的宽向尺寸影响很小,其预拉伸过程近似于纵向延伸、厚向减薄的平面应变状态;通过数据拟合,建立了3种宽厚比中厚板的预拉伸量与其纵向和厚向回弹后永久变形率之间的关系方程;随着纵向永久变形率的增加,预拉伸板时效后的屈服强度和抗拉强度均呈先增加后减少的趋势;在纵向永久变形率为2.0%~2.5%时,预拉伸板的强度性能达到最大值.   相似文献

 According to the character of the deformation zone on pair cross rolls, which is different from the regular 4-high mill, there are longitudinal and transverse two-way shear deformation in the deformation zone, the character of metal particles flowing velocity is more complicated than normal rolling. Comprehensive influences of normal stress and shear stress in rolling direction, width direction and thickness direction are considered. Establish the rolling force calculation model of PC hot strip mills. After the longitudinal and transverse discretization of deformation zone, the longitudinal and transverse distribution of rolling force is worked out by the differential method, then calculate total rolling force. Calculated results are verified by experimental data.  相似文献

Acoustoelasticity is a technique for the nondestructive evaluation of stress which relates changes in the speeds at which plane waves propagate through a solid to variations in the stress state. In the present work, the acoustoelastic behavior of a polycrystalline aggregate during elasticplastic deformation is investigated. Results are reported for a series of uniaxial tests in which the velocities of longitudinal and shear waves were monitored during elastic-plastic deformation of aluminum 5086-H32. A specific microstructural mechanism—the reorientation of grains due to plastic deformation—is investigated as a cause for the observed changes in acoustoelastic response which occur during elastic-plastic deformation. The Taylor theory analysis of the grain reorientation predicts velocity changes that are of the same sign and order of magnitude as the experimental results for shear waves but not for longitudinal waves.  相似文献

Principles in cast rolling with liquid core of thin slab continuous casting   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
Dynamic rolling deformation behavior of continuously cast slabs with liquid core is studied with the aid of the thermomechanically coupled finite element method (FEM) of elastic-plasticity. The effects of shell thickness and related height reduction on the longitudinal tensile strain of strand are analyzed from a simplified three-dimensional (3-D) model. The results show that the longitudinal tensile deformation can be omitted for strands with thin shell, but it cannot be neglected for those with thick shell. A new concept of inward pushing or pushing into the liquid core is put forward based on the analysis, which leads to a reasonable explanation and better understanding of the liquid core cast-rolling processes in the present Inline Strip Production (ISP) thin slab casting.  相似文献

The elastic deformation process in a periodic lattice is analyzed. It is concluded that the concepts developed to date for the treatment of high strain rate deformation are generally applicable, regardless of the magnitude of strain rate. Elastic deformation is shown to be fundamentally discontinuous, with very steep strain and stress gradients localized at the elastic wave front, which moves at sonic velocity. The observed strain is the sum of discrete steps, occurring in rapid succession, but explicitly determinable in time and location. It is pointed out that the externally applied deformation velocityv is the fundamental variable governing the deformation behavior. The relationship between strain, therefore also stress, and time of deformation is developed in terms ofv, the longitudinal wave velocityc, and length of a finite specimen.  相似文献

针对块与块之间的轧制力长短期自学习不能修正轧件个体差异的缺陷,提出了道次间辊缝动态修正模型。针对变形抗力参数的变化规律,提出了两维指数平滑处理模型,该模型采用指数平滑处理法,分别针对轧制规程的各个道次,按轧制顺序对各个轧件的参数进行纵向指数平滑处理;同时,针对轧钢前面道次变形抗力参数相对于纵向指数平滑的偏差进行横向指数平滑处理,以此确定在轧钢后几个道次的变形抗力参数,从而实现辊缝的道次动态修正。国内某3 000 mm轧机实际应用表明,该辊缝动态修正模型可使90%以上的轧件出口厚度波动控制在015 mm以内,具有较强的实用价值。  相似文献

The nonuniformity of deformation of metallic materials during metal forming, the causes of its appearance, its mechanisms, the effect of the deformation nonuniformity on the limiting strain of a billet, the loss of stability and its causes during plastic deformation are discussed. Experimental results are given for the loss of stability during longitudinal flat rolling. These results are important for understanding metal flowing under various loading conditions.  相似文献

The evolution of the phase composition and the imperfect substructure of the 30Kh2N2MFA bainitic structural steel subjected to compressive deformation by 36% is quantitatively analyzed. It is shown that deformation is accompanied by an increase in the scalar dislocation density, a decrease in the longitudinal fragment sizes, an increase in the number of stress concentrators, the dissolution of cementite particles, and the transformation of retained austenite.  相似文献
