目的:探究现代端砚的创新设计方法.方法:以端砚从传统到现代演变发展为启示,分析了端砚制作工艺在现代社会的传承与创新方式,论述了现代端砚在生活中的设计存在不足,探讨了对其进行设计上创新的必要性和可行性.结论:在此基础上,提出了以现代美学为导向、以功能为核心进行创新设计的原则,主张从功能上创新、形制上创新、工艺美术上创新3个方面来设计符合现代美学生活的方式和大众审美的端砚.在传承的过程中应用其创新,使端砚重新定义并融入日常生活中.  相似文献

目的 从设计学角度提出西南地区竹编工艺数字化的设计策略,通过“艺术设计+数字平台”来实现竹编工艺的创新设计与应用,助推传统竹编工艺的保护、传承、传播与创新。方法 在对西南地区传统竹编工艺发展现状研究的基础上,将西南竹编工艺进行梳理与分类,并对工艺特征进行衍生设计,以非物质化形式构建起竹编工艺数据库平台,进而通过具体的设计实践在实现竹编工艺创新应用的同时,也验证了竹编工艺数字化设计策略的可行性。结果 通过研究建立起了西南竹编工艺数据库,将有效地推动西南地区竹编工艺的设计产出与实践应用,拓宽了竹编工艺的应用范畴。结论 设计与技术的结合,实现了传统手工艺的在地创新设计与在线推广传播,多元化的手段促进了传统手工艺的创造性转化和创新性发展,更好地助力乡村振兴。  相似文献

集成化的工艺设计提供了利用创新加工方法合理化潜能的可能性。通过将选择工艺及早集成到设计过程中,并考虑材料和加工方法特定边界条件的情况下来规划产品的特征。这样就可能优化地协调产品、材料和工艺,并由此缩短了工艺链。为了实现集成的工艺设计的系统化,对加工方法的选择以及创成工艺链进行了研究。工艺链一般由核心工艺(成形工艺)和若干辅助工艺(改变性能的工艺、变形工艺或连接工艺)所组成。其目标是开发一个将创新工艺及早与产品形成过程相结合的工具。  相似文献

The present work addresses the different factors and challenges one must cope with in the design process of a composite preform used for the load-carrying main laminate of a wind turbine rotor blade. The design process is split up into different key elements, each of which are presented and discussed separately. The key elements are all interconnected, which complicate the design process and involves an iterative procedure. The aim is to provide an overview of the process that governs the design of composite preforms for wind turbine blades. The design and improvement of chemical processes can be very challenging. The earlier energy conservation, process economics and environmental aspects are incorporated into the process development, the easier and less expensive it is to alter the process design. In this work different process design alternatives with increasing levels of energy integration are considered in combination with evaluations of the process economics and potential environmental impacts. The example studied is the hydrodealkylation (HDA) of toluene to produce benzene. This study examines the possible fugitive and open emissions from the HDA process, evaluates the potential environmental impacts and the process economics considering different process design alternatives. Results of this work show that there are tradeoffs in the evaluation of potential environmental impacts. As the level of energy integration increases process fugitive emissions increase while energy generation impacts decrease. Similar tradeoffs occur for economic evaluations, where the capital and operating costs associated with heat integration could be optimised. From the example designs considered here, an intermediate amount of energy integration produces the most economically beneficial and environmentally friendly process.  相似文献

This paper starts from a notice made in the semiconductor industry: a process control system and especially control charts provide information that can be exploited for correlation analyses during process investigations. In this industry, key and costly investigations are made for improving yield and reducing scrap. Daily, engineering teams are working at manufacturing improvements. Without process data, their work could take much more time and lead to weak improvements. Nevertheless, design of process control systems and in particular control charts lacks from taking into account this remark as there is no sound application to infer an optimal control chart depending on business parameters like yield, scrap, customer audits, etc. Meetings between several engineering teams (process control, quality, process integration, industrial engineering and production) occur frequently to find an affordable quantity of controls for each operation. The literature point of view does not provide more recommendations to take into account the reuse of data into these costly investigations. The paper investigates this issue. For this first investigation, work has been focused on the design economics of control charts for a simplified process model. The paper translates this concept into the Lorenzen and Vance's (1986) model. It simulates the design economic of a control chart taking into account this new model and infers new optimal statistical process control (SPC) set points. An analysis of this new link is made in a context of yield improvement, providing reference for knowing optimal quantity and frequency of controls.  相似文献

With the introduction of computer-aided tools, traditional manufacturing tasks such as design, machining and inspection are now highly automated. However, due to the complexity and enormous knowledge involved in each process, most of these activities are still dealt with separately. Recent development of concurrent engineering emphasizes the importance of bringing manufacturing knowledge into the early design stage for optimum product and process design. In this paper, a knowledge-based CAD/CAM system which integrates process planning for finish milling and dimensional inspection of sculptured surfaces in die and mould manufacturing is presented. Optimum production plans are determined by minimizing the integral cost of machining and inspection. NC path generation and inspection planning are then verified by dynamic geometric simulations which provide the designer with the evaluations of machinability and inspectability. The implied significance is that strong inter-dependency may exist among various design life-cycle activities and that optimum solutions can be obtained by taking into account the interactions of the life-cycle events.  相似文献

Computers are being integrated into the technological design process, just as they are being integrated into banking practice, airline reservations, and many other activities. Until now, computers have served as tools used by designers in methods dictated by the paper-based information systems to which humanity has become accustomed. Computers perform design calculations or analyses, and produce documentation such as drawings, schedules, specifications, and tapes to control production machines. However, as more technical information is stored in computer memories, and as the communication networks between computers develop, different working methods, adapted to electronics-based rather than paper-based information systems, may develop.This paper explores briefly the process of design, and then, using some concepts published in the last few years, proposes a model of the design process that can be implemented by computer. Emphasis is placed on the ‘frame’ concept with a final reference to recent research in artificial intelligence. The paper does not attempt to give a comprehensive survey of the subject of problem solving in engineering design. Furthermore, the ideas expressed have not yet been used to create a working design program. The examples used as illustrations of various concepts are therefore only partial.  相似文献

Many capital good firms deliver products that are not strictly one-off, but instead share a certain degree of similarity with other deliveries. In the delivery of the product, they aim to balance stability and variety in their product design and processes. The issue of engineering change plays an important in how they manage to do so. Our aim is to gain more understanding into how capital good firms manage engineering change, design variety and process variety, and into the role of the product delivery strategies they thereby use. Product delivery strategies are defined as the type of engineering work that is done independent of an order and the specification freedom the customer has in the remaining part of the design. Based on the within-case and cross-case analysis of two capital good firms several mechanisms for managing engineering change, design variety and process variety are distilled. It was found that there exist different ways of (1) managing generic design information, (2) isolating large engineering changes, (3) managing process variety, (4) designing and executing engineering change processes. Together with different product delivery strategies these mechanisms can be placed within an archetypes framework of engineering change management. On one side of the spectrum capital good firms operate according to open product delivery strategies, have some practices in place to investigate design reuse potential, isolate discontinuous engineering changes into the first deliveries of the product, employ ‘probe and learn’ process management principles in order to allow evolving insights to be accurately executed and have informal engineering change processes. On the other side of the spectrum capital good firms operate according to a closed product delivery strategy, focus on prevention of engineering changes based on design standards, need no isolation mechanisms for discontinuous engineering changes, have formal process management practices in place and make use of closed and formal engineering change procedures. The framework should help managers to (1) analyze existing configurations of product delivery strategies, product and process designs and engineering change management and (2) reconfigure any of these elements according to a ‘misfit’ derived from the framework. Since this is one of the few in-depth empirical studies into engineering change management in the capital good sector, our work adds to the understanding on the various ways in which engineering change can be dealt with.  相似文献
