本研究主要以丙烯酰胺和天然淀粉为原料,进行接枝共聚及阳离子化,合成阳离子型天然高分子改性絮凝剂。正交试验研究表明丙稀酰胺浓度为7.108g/100mL,引发剂浓度为0.30g/50mL,温度为30~40℃时,接枝物产率高于60%。以高岭土悬浊液为处理体系,结果为投加量14mL/L时即有理想的絮凝除浊效果。对城市污水絮凝实验表明,浊度去除率最高达90%左右,COD去除率在80.0%以上。 相似文献

通过研究5种无机、有机絮凝剂对电镀废水的处理效果,确定了能有效除去铬的复合絮凝剂的复配比和复配关系。复合絮凝法具有沉淀污泥少、絮凝颗粒大、沉降速度快等特点,当以最佳量投加时,滤液无色。铬的除去率达到99.99%。 相似文献

研究了助凝助沉剂在化学中和-混凝沉淀处理含镍废水过程中的助凝助沉作用.结果表明,采用化学中和-混凝沉淀处理含镍废水,可以使出水Ni2 质量浓度<1 mg/L.助凝助沉剂粉煤灰、焦炭、硅藻土和碳酸钙均有很好的助凝助沉作用,可以大大地改善污泥的特性,可使含镍污泥7 min和15 min的沉降比降低70%以上.采用粉煤灰作为助凝助沉剂,适宜投加质量浓度为2 g/L;污泥的沉降时间由30 min缩短到5 min,污泥体积减少58%;过滤后,滤饼的含水量降低6.8%.工业实验的结果与小试实验结果基本一致. 相似文献

采用荧光光谱研究了电子受体氯冉酸与电子给体吡哌酸之间的荷移反应。实验结果表明,在丙酮-甲醇介质中即可生成稳定的n-π络合物,其荧光发射显著增强。据此提出了一种基于荷移反应简便可靠地测定吡哌酸的荧光光谱新方法,用曲线交叉法和平衡移动法测定络合物的组成比为1:1。线性范围为0.10~7.0μg/mL,最低检出限为0.10μg/mL,回收率为97.4%~99.3%,相对标准偏差为1.3%。2.6%。最后探讨了荷移反应的机理,该方法用于PIP药片的测定,结果令人满意。 相似文献

In the current research, an exothermic reaction is proposed to be coupled with naphtha reforming reactions. Hydrodealkylation (HDA) of toluene, which is a well-known petrochemical reaction, is discussed and is suggested as a potential exothermic reaction to be coupled with the endothermic naphtha reforming reactions. The first, the second, and the third reactor of the conventional naphtha reforming process have been substituted in three different cases by thermally coupled reactors and optimized parameters of the final case have been investigated. Considering lower operational costs due to the elimination of inter stage heaters, investigation of thermally coupled reactors has been the first priority of this research. The investigation shows that substitution of the first two reactors and, in the final case, all conventional reactors by the new configuration can improve the production yield of the aromatics by 14% and 21%, respectively compared with conventional naphtha reforming process. The final case has been optimized as well, and 45% and 11% improvement in aromatics and hydrogen production has been observed. 相似文献

Aqueous acetamide has been found to be a good solvent for the extraction of tar acids from low temperature carbonisation tar oils. Saturated acetamide solution at 15–30° in the molar ratio acetamide/tar acids of 3 : 1 effects a recovery of about 90% of tar acids originally present in the oil in two extraction stages. The tar acids are obtained in 77% purity, the impurities consisting of neutral oils and tar bases. Re-extraction with light petroleum can raise the purity of tar acids to 94%. Tar acids can be separated from the purified acetamide extract by suitable dilution with water. The system tar acids—(bases + neutral oils)—saturated aqueous acetamide has been studied. It has been shown that three theoretical counter-current extraction stages are required to effect a recovery of 95% of tar acids from a feed oil containing 45% tar acids. 98% recovery of the tar acids could be achieved in four stages. 相似文献

针对装载各种油类物质的化工集装罐清洗废水难生物降解,乳化程度高的特点,分别采用化学混凝破乳法、生物处理法及混凝处理与生物处理相结合的方法对其进行了处理。结果表明:在5种无机混凝剂中,处理效果最好的为聚合氯化铝,其最佳投加质量浓度为0.35 g/L,最适pH为6.8;微生物处理实验中,驯化得到一株可降解混合油的菌株,其最佳投加体积分数为12%,培养时间为36 h。研究证明,生物—混凝联合工艺优于混凝—生物联合工艺,该联合工艺可使COD去除率达到98.57%,油去除率达到95.18%,处理后水可作为清洗水回用,实现了节能减排。 相似文献
