An Er:Yb:GdAl3(BO3)4 crystal was grown and room-temperature polarized absorption, emission, and gain spectra were investigated. Fluorescence decay curves of Er3+ at 1530 nm and Yb3+ at 1040 nm in the crystal were measured. Efficient laser operation of Er:Yb:GdAl3(BO3)4 crystal at 1.5-1.6 mum was realized. Quasi-continuous-wave output powers of 1.8 W with slope efficiency of 19% and 0.78 W with slope efficiency of 14% were achieved in diode-pumped c-cut and c-cut and a-cut crystals, respectively. The output spectrum and polarization of Er:Yb:GdAl3(BO3)4 laser were also investigated.  相似文献

Energy transfer between Cr3+ and Nd3+ ions has been investigated in the 4.2-300-K temperature range by using steady-state and site-selective time-resolved laser spectroscopy. Radiative and nonradiative energy transfer has been studied from the time-resolved emission spectra and the donor fluorescence decays. The transfer efficiency was calculated as a function of temperature by using the Cr3+ lifetimes of the single doped and co-doped samples. Laser experiments were carried out in a diffusive cavity by pumping a co-doped rod 54 mm long and 5 mm in diameter with xenon flashlamps. The laser spectral emission shows a complex structure which varies as a function of pump energy. The temporal evolution of the laser spectrum is discussed in terms of a simple four-level spectral rate-equation laser model which takes into account the existence of two main broad Nd3+ site distributions with a large spectral overlap  相似文献

采用高温固相法合成了一系列Gd2(MoO4)3:D y3+, Tm3+白色荧光粉。通过XRD衍射、荧光光谱分析对荧光粉的物相结构以及发光性能进 行了研究,且通过色坐标监测样品的发 光颜色。发射光谱显示荧光粉Gd2-x(MoO4)3:xDy 3+在387nm激发下,Dy3+2F96H15/2跃 迁的蓝光发射及2F96H13/2跃迁的黄光发射最强,随着Dy3+浓度增加 ,色坐标由白光向黄 光转移。在Gd2(MoO4)3:Dy3+,Tm3+的发射光谱中,在361nm激发下,可以同时看到Dy3+的 黄光发射和Tm3+的蓝光发射,即Dy3+2F9/2→6H13/2黄光 跃迁和Tm3+1D23F4蓝光跃 迁,因此,通过调节Dy3+,Tm3+的浓度可以使样品发出白光。当Dy3+浓 度为12%,Tm3+ 浓度为7~14%时,样品皆在白光区。当Dy3+,Tm3+浓度均为12%时,样品的色 坐标为(0.338,0.329 )最接近标准白光(0.33)。同时,在 Dy3+与Tm3+共掺的体系中,可以看到Tm3+向Dy3+的能量传递。  相似文献

采用高温固相还原反应合成了新型单相荧光粉Ca 9NaZn(PO4)7(CNZP):Ce3+,Tb3+,并对样品的发光性能和 能量传递过程进行分析。研究表明,在波长为310nm紫外光激发下, Ce3+、Tb3+ 双掺体系发射光谱同时包含Ce3+的宽带和Tb3+的 线状发射光谱;在CNZP体系中,Ce3+→Tb3+间能量传递的临界距离Rc=1.216nm,为共振能量传递,机理被证实为四 极子-四极子相互作用。从CIE色度坐标图可以看出,利用 能量传递效果和改变CNZP:0.02Ce3+,yTb3+中 掺杂离子的相对浓度可实现颜色从蓝紫色到绿色的调控,表明所得荧光粉在WLED用紫 外激发荧光粉中具有潜在的应用价值。  相似文献

采用激光烧结技术快速成功地将比例适当的Al2O3和WO3粉末合成了形貌良好且致密的Al2(WO4)3材料,并对该材料采用多种分析手段进行了分析。 拉曼光谱分析说明在合适工艺参数下激光烧结可避免原料挥发,使原料完全参与反应。X射线衍射(XRD)分析表明合成物主要是Al2(WO4)3,属空间群Pnca,具有正交结构,可能显示负热膨胀特性,另外还含有少量的AlxWO3(x≤1)和WO3-x(x<1)。扫描电镜(SEM)发现合成物晶粒呈球形、细小、排列致密、少有气孔、尺寸约在10 nm左右。能量散射光谱(EDS)分析显示合成物内部成分分布均匀。热分析则得出合成物中少许杂相为复杂非平衡相。  相似文献

The spectroscopic properties of Ho3+ laser channels in KGd(WO4)2 crystals have been investigated using optical absorption, photoluminescence, and lifetime measurements. The radiative lifetimes of Ho3+ have been calculated through a Judd-Ofelt (JO) formalism using 300-K optical absorption results. The JO parameters obtained were Ω2=15.35×10-20 cm2, Ω 4=3.79×10-20 cm2, Ω6 =1.69×10-20 cm2. The 7-300-K lifetimes obtained in diluted (8·1018 cm-3) KGW:0.1% Ho samples are: τ(5F3)≈0.9 μs, τ( 5S2)=19-3.6 μs, and τ(5F5 )≈1.1 μs. For Ho concentrations below 1.5×1020 cm-3, multiphonon emission is the main source of non radiative losses, and the temperature independent multiphonon probability in KGW is found to follow the energy gap law τph -1(0)=βexp(-αΔE), where β=1.4×10-7 s-1, and α=1.4×103 cm. Above this holmium concentration, energy transfer between Ho impurities also contributes to the losses. The spectral distributions of the Ho3+ emission cross section σEM for several laser channels are calculated in σ- and π-polarized configurations. The peak a σEM values achieved for transitions to the 5I8 level are ≈2×10-20 cm2 in the σ-polarized configuration, and three main lasing peaks at 2.02, 2.05, and 2.07 μm are envisaged inside the 5I75I8 channel  相似文献

采用高温固相法制备了Sr5-x (PO4)2SiO4:xEu2+(x =0.010,0.015,0.020,0.025,0.050, 0.100)荧光粉,研究掺杂 浓度和测试温度对荧光粉发光性能的影响。随着Eu2+掺杂浓度的增加,发射强度呈现 先增大后减小的变化 趋势,并在x=0.015时达到最大值。Eu 2+掺杂浓度较低时(x≤0.025),Eu2+取代不同格位的 Sr2+,使得发射 光谱具有双发射峰;当x>0.025时,由于 存在Eu 1到Eu 2的能量传递使发射光谱中Eu 1的峰位消失,只存 在Eu 2的峰位。发射光谱随Eu2+浓度增大出现了红移现象,这是由于半径较小的Eu 2+(0.109nm)取代较 大的Sr2+(0.113nm)使得晶胞收缩,晶场强度增大,从而导 致Eu2+的5d能级劈裂程度增大,电子跃迁释 放能量降低。此外,测试温度增加时,发射光谱出现与Varshini方程不相符的蓝移现象,这 是晶格结构稳定性和声子辅助隧穿效应共同作用使较小波长的Eu 1的发射居于主导地位的结 果。  相似文献

采用固相法于550℃灼烧4h,合成了Eu3+ 单掺杂的NaY(MoO4)2材料,研究了材料的 发光特性。X射线衍射(XRD)结果显示,掺杂少量杂质的材料仍为纯相的NaY(MoO4)2。以 393nm波长 近紫外光作为激发源时,NaY(MoO4)2:Eu3+可以发射主峰位于616nm波长的红色光,对应Eu3+5D0-7F2跃迁发射。研究发现,增大Eu3+掺杂量 时,对应材料的发射强度会逐渐增大,但是 未发现浓度猝灭现象,通过相应的衰减曲线解释了此结果。测量不同Eu3+掺杂量下 , NaY(MoO4)2:Eu3+的色坐标结果显示,色坐标基本不变,位于红色区域。上述 结果表明, NaY(MoO4)2:Eu3+在白光LEDs领域有一定的应用潜力。  相似文献

针对已有的固相合成法和湿化学法等合成方法中存在的工艺复杂、反应时间长、反应不充分等缺点,提出应用激光烧结快速合成技术制备质地致密、成型较好的La2(MoO4)3材料。对样品的拉曼光谱,X射线衍射,样品表面形貌和热膨胀性进行了分析和讨论。结果表明,制备的样品基本上是单一相的La2(MoO4)3,扫描电镜显示出样品表面多为细小晶粒的团聚体;能谱分析表明样品表面上各小晶粒的成分基本相同,说明得到的样品成分均匀;La2(MoO4)3在低温下是单斜结构,达到室温及以上时为正交结构,其极有可能是各向异性负热膨胀材料。  相似文献

测量了0.8 at.-% Nd3+:Y0.5Gd0.5VO4的吸收光谱和荧光发射谱,光谱显示该晶体在808.5 nm有很强的偏振光吸收峰,且π偏振光(E∥C)吸收远强于σ偏振光(E⊥C)吸收,半高宽度分别为4.5 nm和12 nm,吸收截面分别为19.69×10-20 cm2和6.41×10-20 cm2;其荧光发射( 4F3/2→ 4I11/2跃迁)峰值波长在1064 nm,半高宽度为3.7 nm; 4F3/2→ 4I11/2跃迁的荧光寿命为110 μs;光谱特性表明Nd3+:Y0.5Gd0.5VO4晶体是潜在的高效率激光晶体材料.  相似文献

An efficient, integrated, low-threshold, tunable, laser-diode pumped Nd3+ fiber laser has been fabricated. The integrated fiber laser incorporated two highly reflecting intracore Bragg reflectors, which were formed holographically by transversely exposing the core to a UV two-beam interference pattern. When the fiber laser was diode pumped, a maximum output of 2.3 mW was observed at 1.088 μm, and a slope efficiency of 41% was measured  相似文献

By using a GaAs as both an output coupler and a saturable absorber, we present a doubly passively self-Q-switched Cr4+:Nd3+:YAG laser in a short cavity for the first time to our knowledge. This laser can generate more symmetric pulse shape and shorter pulsewidth in comparison with the solely self-Q-switched Cr4+:Nd3+:YAG laser. The output pulse energy and peak powers are higher than those in our previous doubly passively Q-switched lasers. By considering the Gaussian spatial distribution of the intra-cavity photon density and the free carrier absorption (FCA) in GaAs wafer, a set of modified rate equations have been introduced to describe the performances of the doubly Q-switched Cr 4+:Nd3+:YAG laser with GaAs coupler. The numerical solutions of the equations and the experimental results are found to agree with each other very well. The effect of FCA process in GaAs wafer has been discussed and proved to play an important role in the pulse compression and symmetry  相似文献

本文对Li-La磷酸盐玻璃单掺Cr~(3+)离子及双掺Cr~(3+)、Nd~(3+)离子的光谱性质进行了研究,测定了玻璃的吸收光谱、荧光光谱和荧光寿命。Li-La磷酸盐玻璃中Cr~(3+)→Nd~(3+)的能量转移效率为38%,最适当的钕离子浓度为2×10~(21)cm~(-3),Cr_2O_3含量≥0.1wt%。  相似文献

采用高温固相法合成了蓝色荧光粉KNaCa2(PO4)2:Eu2+,利用X射线衍射(XRD)和光谱技术等表征了材料的性能。结果显示,少量Eu 2+的掺入并没有影响KNaCa2(PO4)2的晶体结构。 在399nm近紫外光激发下,KNaCa2(PO4)2:Eu2+材料发 射蓝光,发射光谱为400~600nm, 主发射峰位于471nm,对应Eu2+的4f65d1→ 4f7跃迁发射;471nm发射峰,对应的激发光 谱为250~450nm,主激发峰位于399nm,与近紫外芯片匹配很好。 以365nm近紫外光作为 激发源时,KNaCa2(PO4)2:Eu2+材料的发射强度约为商用蓝色荧光粉BAM:Eu 2+的85%;而以 399nm近紫外光作为激发源时,相较于BAM:Eu2+,KNaCa2(P O4)2:Eu2+材料具有更强的发射强 度。此外,KNaCa2(PO4)2:Eu2+和BAM:Eu2+的CIE色坐标接近,均位于蓝 色区域,色坐标分别 为(0.154,0.154)和(0.141,0.112)。研究结果 表明,KN aCa2(PO4)2:Eu2+是一种在三基色白光LED中有应用前景的蓝色荧光粉。  相似文献

Yb3+:KGd(WO4)2晶体具有增益带宽大、掺杂浓度高等突出特点,是近年来引起广泛关注的可用于构建锁模飞秒和辐射平衡激光系统的激光介质。这里建立了基于准三能级系统的微观动力学理论模型,并将其应用于端面泵浦Yb3+:KGd(WO4)2种子源和激光放大系统的理论分析中。首先从速率方程出发,讨论了准三能级激光系统的种子源部分的物理特性,指出种子源部分存在着最佳的晶体长度和输出耦合镜反射率。由于Yb3+:KGd(WO4)2晶体材料的热传导率很低,研究中拟采用主控振荡功率放大结构以实现30 W量级的激光输出,并在此基础上探讨了主控振荡功率放大器部分的输出物理特性。研究结果对将来构建实用化的Yb3+:KGd(WO4)2激光系统有着重要的理论指导意义。  相似文献

研究了被动调Q激光器选用激光加热基座法(LHPG)生长的Cr4+∶YAGNd3+∶YAG一体化复合型单晶光纤。初步实验结果表明该单晶光纤完全满足全固化被动调Q激光器的要求。对配置两种不同结构输出镜时分别对应的输出光束的特性进行了观测。已实现了脉宽9ns,最大平均输出功率达19mW,频率为10kHz的调Q激光。  相似文献
