针对白烟尘既富含铜、铅、锌、铋等多种有价金属,又含有砷、镉等有害元素的特点,提出一种两段逆流浸出工艺。采用该工艺进行实验处理某铜冶炼厂生产的白烟尘,分别考察了酸浸方式、初始硫酸质量浓度、酸浸液固比、酸浸温度、酸浸时间对铜砷浸出的影响。探索出最佳工艺条件液固比为4∶1,初始硫酸质量浓度80g/L,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为2 h。二次浸出液返回继续浸出白烟尘,此时白烟尘铜、锌、砷浸出率分别为95.7%、98.5%、92.2%,而浸出渣中铜、锌、砷品位降至0.42%、0.50%、1.28%。铅、铋的品位实现有效富集,二次酸浸渣中品位分别为47.73%和9.72%,相比原料分别富集约2.6倍和4.5倍。  相似文献

针对金铜冶炼产出的高砷烟尘,进行了酸浸工艺回收有价元素的研究。由白烟尘多元素分析和物相分析结果可知,采用硫酸直接进行浸出是可行的。对影响酸浸的因素分别进行了考察,确定了最佳工艺条件:反应温度40℃以上,溶液酸度85 g/L,液固比3:1,浸出时间2 h。此条件下,铜、砷、锌的浸出率分别高达96%、91%、97%以上,达到了从高砷白烟尘中分离有价元素的目的。本实验为该类白烟尘的利用提供了处理依据。  相似文献

采用氢氧化钠浸出高砷锡烟尘进行脱砷试验研究,在氢氧化钠浓度150 g/L、双氧水与烟尘质量比0.15、液固体积质量比5:1、反应时间4 h、反应温度90℃的条件下,砷浸出率92.5%,浸出渣含砷1.5%。浸出渣回收锡、铟,碱浸液冷却结晶回收砷酸钠,实现高砷锡烟尘中砷与锡、铟的有效分离。  相似文献

介绍了铜冶炼白烟尘在不同浸出体系下的浸出效果。结果表明,酸浸体系较水浸、碱浸体系效果更好。在H2SO4浓度2mol/L、液固比4:1、温度50℃、浸出时间2h、搅拌速度400r/min的最佳酸浸条件下,铜、锌、砷、镉和铁的浸出率分别为99.75%、99.81%、86.85%、95.85%和57.83%。采用铁粉置换-铁盐沉砷-中和沉锌镉的方法从酸浸液中回收Cu、As、Zn和Cd,在最优条件下,铜、砷、锌和镉回收率分别为99.70%、98.81%、99.47%和99.98%。  相似文献

研究了采用氧化浸出法从黑铜泥中综合回收铜砷,考察了酸度、双氧水用量、温度、浸出时间、液固体积质量比对铜和砷浸出率的影响。结果表明:在酸度200 g/L、双氧水用量30%、温度80℃、浸出时间2.0 h、液固体积质量比9∶1条件下,铜、砷浸出率达99.53%和98.24%;氧化酸浸液按n(NaHS)/n(Cu)=1.1加入硫氢化钠进行沉铜,铜砷分离后液中铜质量浓度低于0.01 g/L,砷质量浓度大于40 g/L,铜砷得到有效分离;富砷液通入二氧化硫还原,可得到三氧化二砷和还原后液,还原后液可返回氧化浸出。  相似文献

采用钙盐体系氯化法回收铜冶炼白烟尘酸浸渣中的铋,优化了浸出试验、中和试验、硝酸溶解—铁粉置换试验的影响因素,考察了浸铋前液循环利用对铋浸出效果的影响。结果表明:在液固比4∶1,浓硫酸用量30 g/L,氯化钙用量80 g/L,浸出温度65℃,浸出时间2 h的最佳条件下,铋浸出率达93. 6%;中和试验采用碳酸钙调节溶液pH值为3. 0,得到铋质量分数高于50%的氯氧化铋,铅、锑、铋的沉淀率在99%以上,银、砷、钙的沉淀率分别为90%、60%、18%;氯氧化铋经硝酸溶解,铁粉置换,可得到质量分数高于92%的海绵铋。浸铋前液循环利用于浸出工艺可获得良好指标。钙盐体系氯化法实现了含高浓度氯离子溶液的循环利用,降低了企业生产成本,为冶炼企业湿法回收铜冶炼白烟尘酸浸渣中的铋提供参考。  相似文献

针对铜冶炼系统含砷烟尘中砷难以高效富集和脱除的问题,采用水浸-碱浸两步浸出工艺进行脱砷研究。结果表明:含砷烟尘先在液固比1∶1的条件下常温水浸,然后在NaOH浓度2 mol/L、Na2S浓度0.2 mol/L、温度70℃、液固比4∶1的条件下碱浸,最终砷的平均浸出率为96.27%,浸出渣含砷量小于0.5%,铜、铁、锌、铅的平均浸出率分别为0.01%、0.01%、4.72%和11.17%。  相似文献

氧压浸出工艺作为一种强化冶金技术,具有技术指标稳定、作业环境良好、生产成本较低的特点,且对黑铜泥中砷浸出效果优于常规氧压酸浸、氧压碱浸。采用氧压浸出工艺处理黑铜泥,探索了硫酸初始浓度、压力、反应温度、液固比、反应时间等对铜、砷浸出的影响。结果表明,在液固比8 mL/g、硫酸初始浓度80 g/L、反应温度120 ℃、氧分压0.3 MPa、反应时间2 h的条件下,铜、砷浸出率分别达到99.78%、97.08%,其中砷浸出率分别比氧化酸浸、氧化碱浸工艺高出7.79、9.76个百分点。是黑铜泥浸出处理工艺的良好选择,适合常规铜冶炼企业技术升级改造。  相似文献
