提出了一种应用于笔记本电脑的双频段八天线系统.该八天线系统由一个四天线系统、两个双天线系统和两个T形谐振带构成.在分析了四天线系统和两个双天线系统的耦合机理后,提出了减小耦合的方法.实测结果表明:天线样品在2.4-GHz无线局域网(Wireless Local Area Network,WLAN)频段的-10 dB公共阻抗带宽为90 MHz(2.4~2.49 GHz),在5.2/5.8-GHz WLAN频段的-10 dB公共带宽为0.9 GHz(5.15~6.05 GHz),其中在5.15~5.19 GHz频段内的反射系数为-9.5~-10dB;八个天线单元在2.4/5.2/5.8-GHz WLAN频段内的互耦均低于-15 dB;在2.4-GHz和5.2/5.8-GHz WLAN频段内的增益分别高于2.7 dBi和3.3 dBi、效率分别高于53%和65%.根据实测三维辐射方向图计算了八天线系统的包络相关系数.  相似文献

设计了一种新型基于哑铃型光子带隙(PBG)的宽带高增益E形贴片天线.实现X波段天线单元38.2%的阻抗带宽(VSWR<2)且频带内增益提高1-2.5 dB.将PBG结构应用于天线阵列,实现了全频带增益的提高,且单元端口互耦隔离度最大可提高5 dB.仿真和实测结果有好的一致性.  相似文献

提出了一种用于双频MIMO天线的谐振器去耦结构。通过双频单极子MIMO天线对该解耦结构进行验证。双频单极子天线分别工作在低频2.4GHz和高频5.8GHz。 双频解耦结构在低频段主要是采用两个反向的π型微带谐振器解耦,高频段主要是采用π型缝隙谐振器解耦。天线采用微带线馈电,解耦谐振器与天线地板印刷在PCB同一面,结构紧凑易于与系统集成,可以广泛应用于物联网通信系统中。 实测结果:双频谐振器去耦结构实现隔离度高于22dB,单极子天线阻抗带宽分别为2.0GHz-3.0GHz和5.0-6.0GHz(S11<-10dB),低频段增益最大增益点1.5dBi,高频段最大增益点3dBi。  相似文献

为满足高速铁路无损探测需兼顾低频探测深度与高频探测精度的要求,采用理论计算与软件仿真结合的方法,设计制作了一种双频带(300MHz/1 GHz)指数型TEM喇叭天线并对其进行了测量。所设计的指数型TEM喇叭天线采用末端加载和适当天线臂切削来实现此超宽带天线的双频带工作。仿真与实测结果表明,天线分别工作在中心为360MHz、带宽约为110MHz的低频带和中心为1 020MHz、带宽约为260MHz的高频带,相对带宽均大于20%。实测天线的接收信号保真度较高,拖尾持续时间短,满足设计要求。此外,这种双频带天线系统可减少雷达系统天线和采样盒等设备的使用数量,降低雷达系统的成本,有较好工程应用前景。  相似文献

提出了一种应用于手持移动终端的九频段平面印制天线,该天线结构紧凑,尺寸为20 mm×28 mm×0.8 mm.利用弯折单极子、寄生地枝和耦合分枝激励起了五个谐振模式,并通过三个调节片和位于馈电点附近的阶梯形过渡结构改善了各个谐振模式的阻抗匹配,从而拓展了天线的工作带宽通过分析该天线关键参数对带宽性能的影响,对关键参数进行了优化,得到了满足性能要求的天线结构.天线样品的实测-6 dB阻抗带宽为700~1 008 MHz和1 692~2 984 MHz,覆盖了LTE700/2300/2500,GSM850/900,DCS/PCS/UMTS和2.4-GHz WLAN频段;工作频带内具有良好的辐射性能  相似文献

针对空间微波能量收集的应用场景,提出了一种微带线行波激励的双端口双频双圆极化复合微带天线。该天线由一个工作在低频段的微带圆环和一个工作在高频段的微带圆片复合而成,分别由两种不同的正交十字缝隙耦合馈电,采用微带线级联依次相差90°顺序旋转四馈电实现圆极化,通过对称性结构设计,分别从两个不同端口输入获得双圆极化性能。实验结果表明:在880~960 MHz和1.85~2.45 GHz频带内S11<-10 dB,阻抗相对带宽分别为8.7%和30%;在885~920 MHz和1.86~2.43 GHz频带内轴比小于3 dB,圆极化相对带宽分别为4%和29%;天线的方向性在工作频段内良好,在低频段增益达到5.4 dB,在高频段增益达到7.7 dB。该天线结构紧凑且加工简单,为双端口双频双圆极化天线的研究与设计提供了新思路。  相似文献

提出了一款用于翻盖手机中的四单元天线。该天线的阻抗带宽可以覆盖无线通信中的两个常用频段。在整个工作频段内的天线单元之间的互耦均小于-10分贝。参数分析给出了关键的结构参数对天线性能的影响。计算得到的相关系数和平均有效增益显示该天线系统能够提供很好的分集性能。  相似文献

基于层叠式结构,设计了一款双频全球卫星导航系统(Global Navigation Satellite System, GNSS)贴片天线。天线采用空气介质、层叠式圆形辐射片结构,实现双频带、低轴比、高增益的性能。双层辐射片共用一组馈针进行耦合馈电,能够减少一半馈针,有效简化了馈电网络的复杂性,同时保证了良好的圆极化性能。引入的4个馈电电容片可以抵消长馈针引入的电感,从而扩大工作带宽。而且对称的四馈针馈电技术和宽带相移网络的应用保证了天线相位中心稳定性。实测结果表明,该天线S11<-10 dB的频带范围为980~1 920 MHz(带宽940 MHz),增益大于3 dBic的频带范围为1 106~1 304 MHz(带宽198 MHz)、1 420~1 986 MHz(带宽566 MHz),而轴比在以上频带范围内均小于3 dB。实测频谱显示,该天线工作频段覆盖目前在运行的四大导航系统的工作频点,满足GNSS精确测量与定位系统终端设备应用需求。  相似文献

多工器是天线共用系统的重要器件,能够保证同一副天线下的多部设备互不干扰。针对750~950 MHz频段集群通信、移动电信、数据链等多种业务的天线共用需求,设计了一款通带带宽为11 MHz的五工器。利用高频结构仿真器(HFSS)电磁仿真软件和ADS电路仿真软件对所设计的五工器性能进行了仿真。仿真结果显示所设计的五工器带内插入损耗小于0.7 dB。加工制作了五工器实物,通带频率仿真与实测结果一致性较好,实测通带内插入损耗最大为0.8 dB,带宽为3 dB时,最大插入损耗为19 MHz。测试结果表明所设计的五工器满足使用要求。  相似文献

设计一种双频宽带多输入多输出(MIMO)天线。天线采用微带线耦合馈电,在天线的表面开有圆环形缝隙,把宽缝隙和窄缝隙结合到一起,因此在辐射体上同时存在2种缝隙结构;天线采用双面结构,带宽范围为1.7~2.33 GHz和3.2~3.9 GHz,2个频带的带宽分别为630 MHz和700 MHz,可用于移动通信的DCS(1 710~1 880 MHz)、PCS(1 850~1 990 MHz)、UMTS(1 920~2 170 MHz)以及WIMAX(3.3~3.6 GHz)。天线在低频段的最大增益为3.6 dB,在高频段的最大增益为5.1 dB,隔离度在-20 dB以下,符合MIMO天线的设计需求。  相似文献

DUV lithography, using the 248 nm wavelength, is a viable manufacturing option for devices with features at 130 nm and less. Given the low kl value of the lithography, integrated process development is a necessary method for achieving acceptable process latitude. The application of assist features for rule based OPC requires the simultaneous optimization of the mask, illumination optics and the resist.Described in this paper are the details involved in optimizing each of these aspects for line and space imaging.A reference pitch is first chosen to determine how the optics will be set. The ideal sigma setting is determined by a simple geometrically derived expression. The inner and outer machine settings are determined, in turn,with the simulation of a figure of merit. The maximum value of the response surface of this FOM occurs at the optimal sigma settings. Experimental confirmation of this is shown in the paper.Assist features are used to modify the aerial image of the more isolated images on the mask. The effect that the diffraction of the scattering bars (SBs) has on the image intensity distribution is explained. Rules for determining the size and placement of SBs are also given.Resist is optimized for use with off-axis illumination and assist features. A general explanation of the material' s effect is discussed along with the affect on the through-pitch bias. The paper culminates with the showing of the lithographic results from the fully optimized system.  相似文献

The relation between the power of the Brillouin signal and the strain is one of the bases of the distributed fiber sensors of temperature and strain. The coefficient of the Bfillouin gain can be changed by the temperature and the strain that will affect the power of the Brillouin scattering. The relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is thought to be linear by many researchers. However, it is not always linear based on the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Therefore, errors will be caused if the relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is regarded as to be linear approximately for measuring the temperature and the strain. For this reason, the influence of the parameters on the Brillouin gain coefficient is proposed through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.  相似文献

The parallel thinning algorithm with two subiterations is improved in this paper. By analyzing the notions of connected components and passes, a conclusion is drawn that the number of passes and the number of eight-connected components are equal. Then the expression of the number of eight-connected components is obtained which replaces the old one in the algorithm. And a reserving condition is proposed by experiments, which alleviates the excess deletion where a diagonal line and a beeline intersect. The experimental results demonstrate that the thinned curve is almost located in the middle of the original curve connectivelv with single pixel width and the processing speed is high.  相似文献

Today, micro-system technology and the development of new MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) are emerging rapidly. In order for this development to become a success in the long run, measurement systems have to ensure product quality. Most often, MEMS have to be tested by means of functionality or destructive tests. One reason for this is that there are no suitable systems or sensing probes available which can be used for the measurement of quasi inaccessible features like small holes or cavities. We present a measurement system that could be used for these kinds of measurements. The system combines a fiber optical, miniaturized sensing probe with low-coherence interferometry, so that absolute distance measurements with nanometer accuracy are possible.  相似文献

Waveguide multilayer optical card (WMOC) is a novel storage device of three-dimensional optical information. An advanced readout system fitting for the WMOC is introduced in this paper. The hardware mainly consists of the light source for reading, WMOC, motorized stages addressing unit, microscope imaging unit, CCD detecting unit and PC controlling & processing unit. The movement of the precision motorized stage is controlled by the computer through Visual Basic (VB) language in software. A control panel is also designed to get the layer address and the page address through which the position of the motorized stages can be changed. The WMOC readout system is easy to manage and the readout result is directly displayed on computer monitor.  相似文献

This paper presents a new method to increase the waveguide coupling efficiency in hybrid silicon lasers. We find that the propagation constant of the InGaAsP emitting layer can be equal to that of the Si resonant layer through improving the design size of the InP waveguide. The coupling power achieves 42% of the total power in the hybrid lasers when the thickness of the bonding layer is 100 nm. Our result is very close to 50% of the total power reported by Intel when the thickness of the thin bonding layer is less than 5 nm. Therefore, our invariable coupling power technique is simpler than Intel's.  相似文献

The collinearly phase-matching condition of terahertz-wave generation via difference frequency mixed in GaAs and InP is theoretically studied. In collinear phase-matching, the optimum phase-matching wave hands of these two crystals are calculated. The optimum phase-matching wave bands in GaAs and lnP are 0.95-1.38μm and 0.7-0.96μm respectively. The influence of the wavelength choice of the pump wave on the coherent length in THz-wave tuning is also discussed. The influence of the temperature alteration on the phase-matching and the temperature tuning properties in GaAs crystal are calculated and analyzed. It can serve for the following experiments as a theoretical evidence and a reference as well.  相似文献

Composition dependence of bulk and surface phonon-polaritons in ternary mixed crystals are studied in the framework of the modified random-element-isodisplacement model and the Bom-Huang approximation. The numerical results for Several Ⅱ - Ⅵ and Ⅲ- Ⅴ compound systems are performed, and the polariton frequencies as functions of the compositions for ternary mixed crystals AlxGa1-xAs, GaPxAS1-x, ZnSxSe1-x, GaAsxSb1-x, GaxIn1-xP, and ZnxCd1-xS as examples are given and discussed. The results show that the dependence of the energies of two branches of bulk phonon-polaritons which have phonon-like characteristics, and surface phonon-polaritons on the compositions of ternary mixed crystals are nonlinear and different from those of the corresponding binary systems.  相似文献

An insert layer structure organic electroluminescent device(OLED) based on a new luminescent material (Zn(salen)) is fabricated. The configuration of the device is ITO/CuPc/NPD/Zn(salen)/Liq/LiF/A1/CuPc/NPD/Zn(salen)/Liq/LiF/A1. Effective insert electrode layers comprising LiF(1nm)/Al(5 nm) are used as a single semitransparent mirror, and bilayer cathode LiF(1 nm)/A1(100 nm) is used as a reflecting mirror. The two mirrors form a Fabry-Perot microcavity and two emissive units. The maximum brightness and luminous efficiency reach 674 cd/m^2 and 2.652 cd/A, respectively, which are 2.1 and 3.7 times higher than the conventional device, respectively. The superior brightness and luminous efficiency over conventional single-unit devices are attributed to microcavity effect.  相似文献
