微造型对滑动轴承摩擦学性能影响的研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
基于N-S方程,利用ANSYS中CFX模块,进行微造型滑动轴承计算流体力学(CFD)分析,着重讨论微造型的几何参数、密度、位置对滑动轴承摩擦学性能的影响。研究结果表明:适当减小微造型的深度或长度、适当增加微造型的宽度有利于增加轴承的最大压力和承载能力、减小轴承的摩擦系数;存在使得轴承承载能力最大或摩擦系数最小的最优微造型密度;在油膜最大压力附近布置微造型,更利于增加轴承承载能力、减小轴承摩擦系数。  相似文献

合成了一种桥联环三磷嗪化合物,通过核磁共振磷谱(31P-NMR)和傅立叶变换红外光谱对其结构进行了表征.用Optimal SRV型摩擦磨损试验机考察了其作为季戊四醇酯(PET)添加剂对钢/钢的摩擦学性能.研究结果表明,作为高温润滑油添加剂,与[四(3-三氟甲基苯氧基)-二(4-氟苯氧基)]环三磷嗪(X-1P)相比,合成的桥联环三磷嗪(L-2P)具有更为优良的摩擦学性能.通过对钢球的磨损表面进行扫描电子显微镜和X-射线光电子能谱仪分析,发现桥联环三磷嗪在摩擦中与摩擦副表面发生了复杂的摩擦化学作用,形成了含FeF2等物质组成的边界润滑膜.  相似文献

Nanostructured n-Al2O3/Ni feedstock for thermal spraying was manufactured by the method of chemical wrapping and spray drying. The nanostructured coating was sprayed with this feedstock. Tribological properties of the coatings and steel 45# were tested. Within the testing range, the friction coefficient of coatings against GCr15 steel decreased and the mass loss of coatings increased at first then decreased with the increase of load. Under each load, the coatings’ fraction coefficients and wear losses were lower lower than that of steel 45#. Scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometer analysis show that adhesion is the dominating wear mechanism, and fatigue exists at the same time. Material transferred from counter-part to the coating is the main factor which influences the coatings’ friction coefficient and wear losses.  相似文献

Mechanical properties and tribological behavior of a novel cast heat-resisting copper based alloy are investigated. The corresponding properties of a commercial aluminum bronze C95500 (ASTM B30) are compared with the alloy. The results show that the alloy possesses better mechanical properties and tribological behaviors than that of C95500 at elevated temperature. The tensile strength, elongation and hardness at 500℃ are 470MPa, 2.5% and HB220, respectively. The wear rate of the developed alloy at ambient and elevated temperature is about one-sixth and one-fortieth of that of C95500, respectively. The alloy is very suitable for ma-nufacturing heat-resisting and wear-resisting parts. Major strengthening mechanisms for the alloy are solution strengthening and the second phase strengthening.  相似文献

在蓖麻油中引入磷和氮,合成了一种磷氮化改性蓖麻油型添加剂,并利用红外光谱对其主要官能团进行了鉴定,利用四球试验机考察其在150SN基础油中的摩擦学性能,用扫描电子显微镜观察分析磨斑表面的形貌.结果表明:磷氮化改性蓖麻油型添加剂具有优异的极压、抗磨减摩性能,且在150SN基础油中的最佳添加量为2%,它较150SN基础油能明显减轻钢球表面磨损.  相似文献

合成了分散性良好 ,粒径约为 5nm的二烷基二硫代磷酸 (DDP)修饰PbO纳米微粒 ,并用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了其作为润滑油添加剂的摩擦学行为 .结果表明 ,DDP修饰PbO纳米微粒在极低的添加浓度下即具有良好的抗磨效果 ,但是却不能降低基础油的摩擦系数 .摩擦过程中在摩擦表面产生的PbO沉积膜对其摩擦学性能起了主要贡献  相似文献

合成了5种具有不同碳数的水溶性烷在酚(或醇)聚氧乙稀醚磷酸酯稀土铈络合物,利用四球机试验考察了它们的摩擦学性能;并采用俄歇(Auger)电子能谱考察了摩损表面上的元素成分。实验结果表明,人水溶性稀土络合物中的碳数及氧乙烯链(C2H4O)的含量对摩擦学性能有较大的影响,碳数较多的稀土络物(特别是C12~C18)的抗磨性能和承载力均好。Auger能谱的分析显示出该类稀土络合物的抗磨性能与摩擦表面中存在铈、磷等活性元素有关。  相似文献
