利用MSC.Marc软件建立蓄热式加热炉内板坯三维温度场有限元计算模型。结合首钢中厚板轧钢厂加热炉实际生产情况,模拟计算板坯加热过程中温度场的情况。根据板坯温度“黑匣子”试验结果,验证了模型计算结果的准确性,为研究加热工艺对板坯温度场影响、优化板坯加热温度制度提供了科学依据。 相似文献

为减少连铸与热轧工序之间坯料再加热的能源消耗,连铸直轧技术蓬勃发展,其关键技术之一在于连铸与轧制工序之间的补热工艺。针对板坯连铸直轧实际生产中对补热工艺的要求,建立了纵向磁通和横向磁通感应补热有限元模型,分析了板坯的补热过程。结果表明,纵向磁通对板坯表面整体补热效果好,但无法解决板坯边角温度偏低的问题;横向磁通可有效地对板坯边角进行局部补热;选择合适的电流大小和板坯移动速度,可使板坯温度分布更均匀。同时,使用自制的感应补热样机做补热试验,对补热效果进行检验,所得的试验结果与模拟结果一致。分析结果对板坯连铸直轧在实际生产中的感应补热工艺具有指导意义。 相似文献

The program was developed by finite element method to calculate the temperature distribution in hot strip rolling. The heat transfer coefficient of air cooling, water cooling and thermal resistance between work roll and strip were analyzed. A new heat generate rate model was proposed according to the influence of source current density, work frequency, air gap and distance to edge on induction heating by finite element method (FEM). The heat generate rate was considered into the thermal analysis to predict the temperature distribution in the induction heating. The influence of induction heating on the strip temperature was investigated with different strip thicknesses. The temperature difference became more and more obvious with the increase of thickness. The strip could be heated quickly by the induction heating both in surface and center because of the thermal conductivity and skin effect. The heat loss of radiation has important influence on the surface temperature. The surface temperature could be heated quickly with high frequency when the strip is thicker. 相似文献

板坯温度控制模型是加热炉过程控制的核心,主要任务是根据生产工艺和相关数学模型控制、协调和优化获得加热质量较好的板坯。针对中厚板加热炉过程控制的板坯加热环节多变量和温度预报不精准等问题,选取了热流密度和热物性参数,并结合有限差分法建立的二维差分模型,对板坯温度控制模型进行了优化。将优化后的模型嵌入到在线燃烧二级自动控制系统,主要现场应用效果为加热炉各段的温度稳定度在±10 ℃以内,板坯的开轧工艺温度合格率达到了98.28%,煤气节能率提高了5.56%,氧化烧损率降低了15.05%。通过现场应用效果可知,优化后的板坯温度控制模型在节能降耗的基础上,获得了加热质量较好的板坯,为各钢厂加热炉实际生产提供了重要的参考依据。 相似文献

根据工业纯钛的物理化学特性,对钛坯加热工艺进行探讨,并在现有步进梁式板坯加热炉上进行实践。通过实践得出:钛坯加热时,在低温段缓慢升温而高温段快速加热,可通过调整步进梁运行间隔时间来确保钛坯在各加热段上的加热时间满足工艺要求;为确保各段炉温满足钛坯加热工艺要求,加热过程中不使用预热段烧嘴;当钛坯运行到加热段后,加热段和均热段上的烧嘴全部打开确保炉内气氛呈微氧化性,烧嘴采用小流量燃烧控制;加热过程中烧嘴火焰不得接触钛坯表面。以上加热工艺通过现场实验,能满足板坯加热炉加热钛坯的工艺要求。 相似文献

A three-dimensional heat transfer model considering various skid button heights for the prediction of the temperature history of steel slabs was performed in order to obtain the optimal heating pattern of these slabs with minimum energy consumption in a walking-beam type reheating furnace. An algorithm was developed using a simplified conjugated-gradient method combined with a shooting method and was used as an optimiser to design the furnace temperature distribution. The effect of the skid button heights on the design requirements, such as the energy consumption necessary for heating a slab, skid-mark temperature uniformity at the furnace exit and slab discharging temperature, was investigated. The parametric study results indicated that the skid-mark temperatures significantly decrease with increases in the skid button heights. In addition, the optimal designs suggested lower energy consumption for heating a slab and improved skid-mark temperature uniformity as compared to the original operating conditions in a steel plant. 相似文献

The temperature distribution of steel plates is affected by heating rates and heating curves in the process of induction heating.The magnetic flux density inside the induction furnace was measured,the distribution of magnetic flux density was analyzed and the uniform area of the induction heating temperature distribution was ascertained.The locations for measuring temperature were set and the temperature in different processes was measured.The influence of heating rates and heating curves on the temperature difference of steel plates was studied.The experimental results showed that the steel plates’ temperature difference increased with the increase of the heating rate.The temperature difference was obviously affected by different heating curves when the heating rate was the same.A suitable heating curve would be beneficial to reduction of steel plates’ temperature difference. 相似文献
