1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐离子液体的合成研究 总被引:9,自引:1,他引:9
由N-甲基咪唑和溴代正丁烷合成了中间体溴化1-正丁基-3-甲基咪唑,讨论了反应时间和反应温度对反应的影响,最佳的反应条件是:80℃反应18 h。中间体再经过离子交换,得到标题化合物。又采用微波法完成了上述反应,原料配比和微波功率对反应有影响。反应物的摩尔比应在1.1∶1为好,微波功率采用240 W。产物的结构经IR和1H NMR确认。 相似文献

以N-甲基咪唑和1-溴代正丁烷为原料,两步合成法制备了离子液体[bmim]BF4。考察了反应时间、反应温度、原料配比对中间体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑溴盐[bmim]Br收率的影响和离子交换时间和离子交换温度对目标产物[bmim]BF4产率的影响。结果表明:①合成中间体[bmim]Br的最佳条件为:反应温度65℃,反应时间16 h,N-甲基咪唑与1-溴代正丁烷的摩尔比为1∶1.1,产品收率可达94.8%;②合成离子液体的最佳条件为:反应温度65℃,反应时间24 h。 相似文献

采用微波辐射法一步合成1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸([Bmim]PF6)离子液体,产物结构经过IR和1H NMR验证。通过考察各种影响因素对产物的影响得出最佳的反应条件:n(溴代正丁烷)∶n(1-甲基咪唑)∶n(六氟磷酸钾)=1.1∶1∶1.6(摩尔比),70℃以及250 W的微波功率下照射15 min,收率可达到92.7%。 相似文献

以1-氯戊烷和N-甲基咪唑为原料合成了室温离子液体1-戊基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐(PMIMBF4)和六氟磷酸盐(PMIMPF6),通过考察各种影响因素对中间产物氯代咪唑盐(PMIMCl)的影响得出合成1-戊基3-甲基咪唑离子液体的最佳条件为:原料N-甲基咪唑与1-氯戊烷的投料比为1.2∶1,反应温度为70-75℃,反应时间为24 h。最终产物的收率为92%-94%。产物结构用FT-IR和1HNMR光谱进行表征。 相似文献

We report on the individual roles of charge carrier density and network modification in sodium ion conducting glasses from the Na2O-P2O5-SO3-AlF3 (NAPFS) system. For this, a broad range of glass compositions was considered across the series of 44Na2O/(56 – x − y)P2O5/xAlF3/ySO3, 47Na2O/(53 − x − y)P2O5/xAlF3/ySO3, and 50Na2O/(50 − x − y)P2O5/xAlF3/ySO3, with x = 8, 12, 16, 20 and y = 0, 5, 7, 10, 12. Impedance spectroscopy was conducted on these glasses at frequencies from 10−2 to 106 Hz and over temperatures from 50 to 250°C, and complemented by structural analyses using Raman spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance data. While the trends in dc conductivity and activation energy follow that of Na2O content (increasing from 44 to 50 mol%), substantial enhancement of conductivity (by about two orders of magnitude) and correspondingly lower activation energy were also found for constant Na2O concentration when adjusting SO3 or AlF3 within specific limits of glass structure. 相似文献

Perfect crisscross chain arrangements with high inter-chain H-bonding structure of conjugated polyamides are capable of inter-chain proton transfer and this property of conjugated polyamides makes them semiconducting material. To establish this, we synthesized in situ HCl doped Hydrazine-Fumaryl Polyamide (HFP) material via the condensation polymerization method. HFP was further modified by doping with Lewis acids BF3 and AlCl3 to increase the amorphous nature and ionic conductivity. Among the synthesized material, HFP–AlCl3 showed the highest amorphous property with the best bulk conductivity in the order of 10−5 S/cm at room temperature. HFP and doped HFP showed correlated hopping type (n < 1) ionic dynamics in the polymer matrix. There was a high amount of charge associated with the polymer matrix (>106 F/m) with negligible electrode-electrolyte effect contribution. A structure‐based method was proposed to estimate the electrical conductivity of ionic liquids covering wide ranges of temperature (238.15–484.1 K) and electrical conductivity (0.0001524–19.3 S/m) based on experimental data collect from literature from 1998 to 2015. The influences of temperature and ion structure on electrical conductivity were also discussed. The mean absolute percentage error between the calculated and literature data was 6.02%, with 6.12% for the training set (1978 data points, 177 ILs) and 5.10% for the test set (217 data points, 11 ILs). © 2016 American Institute of Chemical Engineers AIChE J, 62: 3751–3762, 2016 相似文献

以哌啶、溴代正丁烷和烯丙基溴为原料,采用两步法合成出了烯丙基哌啶类离子液体,并用红外光谱(IR)对产物进行了分析表征。同时考察了其在不同溶剂中的溶解性能及导电性能。结果表明,离子液体在水、乙醇、乙酸、丙酮中可以较好的溶解,而在乙醚、正己烷中基本不溶;离子液体的电导率随浓度的增大和温度的升高而增大。 相似文献

对乙炔炭黑作导电填料的导电硅橡胶的导电性和电热性进行了研究。结果表明,由乙炔炭黑用量和渗滤阈可以预测和控制导电硅橡胶的体积电阻率;导电硅橡胶的电阻-温度变化规律符合隧道效应理论模型,导电硅橡胶的电压-电流特性呈非线性欧姆性,且乙炔炭黑用量越大,电压-电流特性的非线性欧姆性越显著;发热量与热损耗量达到平衡时,导电硅橡胶的表面温度可维持140℃,导电硅橡胶可作面状发热体使用;在满足导电性能的前提下,为保证导电硅橡胶良好的物理性能,应控制乙炔炭黑用量。 相似文献
