对实验室间比对结果分析的统计方法进行了探讨。比较了常用的统计方法——稳健统计法和经典统计法的计算过程,对几次实验室间的比对结果分别用这两种统计方法进行了分析,同时结合格拉布斯检验法对离群值进行判断,从而探讨了两种统计方法的适用范围。认为当比对数据较多时,可采用稳健统计法给出严格的评价结论;当比对数据较少时,应先利用格拉布斯检验法对离群值进行剔除,同时要考虑方法标准或产品标准规定的允许误差,然后对余下的数据用经典统计法进行分析和评价。  相似文献

针对原油样品中硅的分布,研究了碱熔与酸溶相结合对原油样品进行预处理的方法,并利用ICP-AES仪对原油中的硅进行测定。对实验条件、干扰等进行了考察,确定了一种较好的熔样方法,建立的实验方法简便快速,取得了较好的实验效果。实验方法的相对标准偏差为9.5%,回收率达到82-104%,有较好的精密度和准确度。  相似文献

提出了故障行为特征提取的概念。对呼吸裂纹转子系统进行了以故障诊断为背景的动力学分析。提出了呼吸裂纹的界定方法。建立了呼吸裂纹转子系统的集总化模型,并利用数值方法对其求解。对开关函数和时变刚度的物理性质进行了深入讨论。用幅值谱对处于相对于裂纹不同位置处的振动响应进行了分析比较,根据差异,提出多测点信号幅值谱比较和构造复信号进行瞬时频率分析的特征提取方法,数值仿真和实验验证表明该方法是可行的。  相似文献

This paper starts from a notice made in the semiconductor industry: a process control system and especially control charts provide information that can be exploited for correlation analyses during process investigations. In this industry, key and costly investigations are made for improving yield and reducing scrap. Daily, engineering teams are working at manufacturing improvements. Without process data, their work could take much more time and lead to weak improvements. Nevertheless, design of process control systems and in particular control charts lacks from taking into account this remark as there is no sound application to infer an optimal control chart depending on business parameters like yield, scrap, customer audits, etc. Meetings between several engineering teams (process control, quality, process integration, industrial engineering and production) occur frequently to find an affordable quantity of controls for each operation. The literature point of view does not provide more recommendations to take into account the reuse of data into these costly investigations. The paper investigates this issue. For this first investigation, work has been focused on the design economics of control charts for a simplified process model. The paper translates this concept into the Lorenzen and Vance's (1986) model. It simulates the design economic of a control chart taking into account this new model and infers new optimal statistical process control (SPC) set points. An analysis of this new link is made in a context of yield improvement, providing reference for knowing optimal quantity and frequency of controls.  相似文献

In this simulation model, three dimensional temperature fields for the wide-band laser cladding are performed by means of the finite element analysis in heat conduction, operating conditions and technical parameters. Some hypotheses and simplifications are reasonably made using commercial finite element analysis software in this paper. The results show that it is helpful to form a bioceramic coating that includes hydroxyapatite in the process of laser cladding with technical parameters optimized.  相似文献

An analysis was performed to evaluate the bearing strength of pin-loaded composite joints using a two parameter characteristic curve model. This model involves determination of characteristic dimensions in tension and compression and based on this model, a two-dimensional stress analysis was used to determine the stress distribution around the fastener hole. In this analysis, characteristic dimensions in tension and compression were evaluated using the point stress failure criterion and joint bearing failure evaluated using the Yamada-Sun failure criterion. Results were compared with available experimental data for joints made from AS4/3501-6 graphite epoxy composite laminates and good correlation observed when evaluated as function of edge distance to hole diameter. However, the analysis yields conservative results when joint strength is evaluated as a function of plate width to hole diameter.  相似文献

Considerable progress has been made in the understanding of fretting fatigue over the last decade. Experiments have become more standardised and carefully controlled and this has provided the data necessary for development of methods for predicting fretting fatigue performance. This paper reviews a number of recent developments, starting with attempts to apply multiaxial initiation criteria to the fretting problem. The importance of the size effect is highlighted and an analogy is made between fretting and notch fatigue. Methods for characterising crack initiation using asymptotic analysis are discussed, together with short crack arrest concepts which provide a means of predicting fretting fatigue limits from plain fatigue data.  相似文献

The improved method has been presented for knowledge reduction in rough sets (R-S) theory, when R-S is used to model the information expression of oil and vibration diagnosis. Therefore, the typical fault simulation tests of rolling bearings have been made, and the application method of R-S has been also analysed in this paper. The diagnosis model of holding rack fault in rolling bearing was presented based on the improved reduction method. It is suited to information fusion to combine information when oil analysis and vibration analysis are combined for fault diagnosis.  相似文献
