目的以1766名企业RD人员为被试,考察了企业RD人员工作倦怠的特点以及工作压力对工作倦怠的预测作用,并对社会支持和应对方式在工作压力和工作倦怠关系间的中介作用进行了检验。方法采用问卷调查法进行数据收集,并运用SPSS13.0进行数据录入和统计分析。结果 (1)本研究所有企业RD人员中,出现工作倦怠的人数占77.69%;离婚者的工作倦怠显著高于未婚者与已婚者;(2)企业RD人员的工作压力正向预测工作倦怠,社会支持、积极应对以及消极应对在工作压力和工作倦怠之间起部分中介作用。结论多数企业RD人员存在一定程度的工作倦怠;工作压力是工作倦怠的重要预测源且工作压力对工作倦怠的作用受到社会支持和应对方式的影响。此外,企业RD人员使用的应对方式并非单一或一成不变的,而是可能随着不同问题情境而发生相应改变。 相似文献

目的:探讨企业客户服务人员工作压力、一般自我效能感与工作倦怠的关系。方法:采用问卷调查法对金融、物业、销售行业292名客户服务人员进行调查。结果:(1)工作压力与工作倦怠的玩世不恭和成就感低落2个维度显著正相关,一般自我效能感与工作倦怠的情绪衰竭、玩世不恭、成就感低落3个维度均显著负相关;(2)工作压力对女性的影响比男性大,男性的一般自我效能感显著高于女性;(3)未婚员工比已婚员工表现出更大的焦虑和忧郁,工作压力更大;(4)国有企业、民营企业、外资企业客服人员的工作压力依次增大;(5)一般自我效能感在工作压力与工作倦怠的关系中起到了中介作用。结论:工作压力越大,工作倦怠越严重,一般自我效能感在工作压力与工作倦怠的关系中起到了中介作用。 相似文献

目的本研究以工作倦怠及工作满意度为结果变量,区分考察了依恋取向在上级和同事支持对工作健康的促进作用中所产生的调节效应。方法通过对服务行业207名员工进行问卷调查,结果依恋焦虑对上级和同事支持与工作倦怠的关系有一定的正向调节效应。低依恋焦虑取向者的倦怠水平随支持水平上升而显著下降;但对高依恋焦虑取向的个体,社会支持对工作倦怠的缓解作用会减弱。依恋焦虑对上级支持与工作满意度的关系具有负向调节效应,上级支持不能显著提升高依恋焦虑取向者对工作的满意。结论研究说明特异的依恋取向能影响个体利用社会支持抵御工作倦怠及提升工作满意的有效性。 相似文献

通过对322名企业员工的问卷调查,初步探索工作倦怠的形成机制。中介回归分析的结果显示:情绪衰竭完全中介工作需求对玩世不恭的影响,部分中介工作资源对玩世不恭的影响;玩世不恭完全中介情绪衰竭和工作资源对职业效能的影响。这些结果说明:工作倦怠的产生不是一蹴而就的,其内在形成过程是:工作需求过高、工作资源匮乏的工作环境导致员工出现情绪衰竭;在缺乏工作资源的情况下,员工不能有效应对情绪衰竭,引起玩世不恭;情绪衰竭和玩世不恭的长期后果是员工自我评价降低,职业效能低落。 相似文献

Driving a bus is a stressful job, and may result in aberrant behaviors or health problems. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of bus driver burnout on aberrant behaviors and health problems, as well as the role of self-criticism and confrontive and reappraisal coping as moderator variables in the hassle–burnout relationship. A self-administered questionnaire was designed to collect empirical data from bus drivers working at a Taiwanese motor transport company. The results confirm that burnout has a significantly positive relationship with both health problems and aberrant driving behaviors. In addition, although self-criticism positively moderates the relationship between job hassles and burnout, confrontive and reappraisal coping negatively moderate it. 相似文献

本文以石化行业员工工作绩效为焦点,探讨工作特征对员工职业倦怠及工作绩效的影响,运用问卷调查法对某石化企业188名操作员工(男147人,女41人)进行调查,结果表明:工作要求(工作环境、工作安全感、身体负荷、设备条件)显著影响职业倦怠中的耗竭和疏离感维度;工作资源(同事支持、上级支持、培训、管理制度)对职业倦怠中的职业效能维度有显著的影响,并通过影响职业效能对关系绩效影响显著;此外工作资源直接对任务绩效有显著的影响;职业倦怠中耗竭和疏离感维度对职业效能维度有负向影响,表明石化行业员工的工作特征对其职业倦怠及工作绩效有良好的预测作用. 相似文献

AbstractThis case research was designed to determine if non-urgent patient processes could be improved using a fast-track process in the emergency department of a medical center. The existing fast-track process served 40% of overall walk-in patients at the emergency department. We proposed a series of potential enhancements to patient flow. The proposed smart-track process highlights three features: (1) balancing workload, (2) a flexible re-visit option, and (3) renovation of a portion of the fast-track area into a consulting area. Simulation study results revealed that the enhanced smart-track process has the potential to reduce the average wait time of patients by 73.2% while reducing the burnout of medical staff. This study provides an example of how simulation can be used by engineering managers to make improvements to operations in the healthcare industry. 相似文献

The aim of this study was to explore whether work characteristics (job demands, job control, social support) comprising Karasek and Theorell's (1990) Job Demands–Control–Support framework predict employee safety performance (safety compliance and safety participation; Neal and Griffin, 2006). We used cross-sectional data of self-reported work characteristics and employee safety performance from 280 healthcare staff (doctors, nurses, and administrative staff) from Emergency Departments of seven hospitals in the United Kingdom. We analyzed these data using a structural equation model that simultaneously regressed safety compliance and safety participation on the main effects of each of the aforementioned work characteristics, their two-way interactions, and the three-way interaction among them, while controlling for demographic, occupational, and organizational characteristics. Social support was positively related to safety compliance, and both job control and the two-way interaction between job control and social support were positively related to safety participation. How work design is related to employee safety performance remains an important area for research and provides insight into how organizations can improve workplace safety. The current findings emphasize the importance of the co-worker in promoting both safety compliance and safety participation. 相似文献
