DISA-1变电站自动化系统中遥信误报的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
遥信误报是电力调度自动化系统在运行中常见且用户反应强烈的问题之一,遥信的频繁误报造成了运行执班人员很大精神负担,甚至导致调度人员判断错误造成事故。文中初步探讨了遥信误报产生的原因,提出了反遥信误报的措施,在DISA-1中从软、硬件两方面对遥信误报问题进行了研究,提供了一些有效消除遥信误报现象的方法。  相似文献

遥信信号直接反映变电站相关设备的运行状态,是电网调度中最重要的信号之一,因此,其可靠性、准确性非常重要。现场运行中发现,遥信的误报或漏报现象经常发生,不断地启动打印机、语音告警、推画面,给运行值班人员造成很多干扰;特别是在故障处理过程中的误报、漏报,不仅影响运行人员对事故的正确判断与处理,同时极易引起操作失误,扩大事故,进而引发电网事故。  相似文献

遥信信息的可靠性在无人值班变电站中占有重要地位。对某调度自动化系统多次发生的V.24接口远动通道遥信误报故障进行原因分析,并提出解决措施,对远动终端进行网络化改造,安装网络接口转换装置,将V.24接口转换为以太网接口。通过网络化改造,提高了遥信的可靠性,保证了调度自动化的正常运行。  相似文献

The authors propose an algorithm for long-term transmission expansion planning. The algorithm is based on the linear power flow and failure probabilities for the operation cost model, and the maximum principle for the long-term investment model. The optimization problem consists of the long-term problem to determine the annual investment, and the yearly problem to determine the optimal operation. 电力系统机组组合问题是一个高维、离散、非线性的工程优化问题。提出了一种基于Benders分解的启发式算法。该算法一方面充分利用研究时段负荷曲线的特征,将问题进行解耦,减小被研究问题的规模。另一方面,利用Benders分解算法在混合整数规划中的有效性,提高了解决问题的效率。算例表明该方法效率高、结果稳定,有较好的实用价值。  相似文献

把电容器配置优化问题分解成主-从两个问题,并采用解析和软优化算法结合的混合方法求解。主问题是优化电容器补偿点的个数和补偿地点;从问题是假定补偿点个数和补偿地点都确定的前提下,计算不同负荷水平下的最优补偿容量,并归整到电容器组的可选容量上。基于最优匹配注入流法实现了一个解析算法,用于计算从问题。而采用自适应参数调整的遗传算法来求解主问题。通过对选择压力、变异和杂交算子的自适应调整,改进后的算法可以明显改善遗传漂移现象和提高收敛速度。该算法以最大经济效益为目标,可以计算出各个补偿点的安装容量、单台容量和各负荷水平下的投运容量。最后的算例结果表明该文的算法是有效的。  相似文献

This paper proposes a new multi-level methodology based on the optimal reactive power planning. The developed methodology is designed to solve the problem of the non-feasibility solution of the fuel cost minimization problem (for a given operating point) where the classical method such as interior point method (IPM) is applied. The proposed solution to solve this problem is based on the application of the optimal reactive power planning problem considering voltage stability as the initial solution of the fuel cost minimization problem. To improve the latter the load voltage deviation problem is applied to improve the system voltage profile. For à good result improvement, the reactive power planning problem and the load voltage deviation minimization problems are solved using a new optimization method namely the Differential Search Algorithm (DSA). Moreover, the fuel cost minimization problem is solved using IPM. To identify the candidate placements of compensation devices for the optimal reactive power planning problem, a new voltage stability index namely: The Fast Voltage Stability Index (FVSI) is used. The methodology has been tested with the equivalent Algerian power system network, and the simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed approach to improve the reactive power planning problem and to minimize the system voltage deviation.  相似文献

The non-linear problem of simultaneous approximation of the magnitude and phase by an FIR digital filter is studied. Usually this problem is solved indirectly by solution of the complex Chebyshev approximation problem of the frequency response of the filter, which can be described as a linear or non-linear convex semi-infinite programming problem. In the present first part of the paper the relationship between the magnitude/phase problem and the Chebyshev problem is investigated and an alternative approximate representation in the form of a convex semi-infinite programming problem is derived. The latter problem can be solved by the same methods for such problems which were used previously by the authors for the solution of (constrained) complex Chebyshev approximation problems. In part II of the paper some earlier approaches to FIR filter design are reconsidered and discussed with regard to the magnitude/phase problem. It is further demonstrated there by several examples of filter designs that the new approach of this paper leads to very good results. © 1997 by John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

电力系统可靠性评估逆问题是指从已知的可靠性指标值出发求取未知的元件可靠性参数的问题,是电力系统可靠性领域一个重要的潜在研究方向。只有在待求可靠性参数个数与可靠性指标个数相等的特殊情形下,采用现有的逆问题研究方法才能取得参数的准确值。针对以上不足,首先,基于可靠性指标解析计算函数,构建逆问题的非线性方程组模型。其次,为计及已知可靠性指标个数大于、等于或小于待求参数个数的3种情形,将方程组模型转化为优化问题,建立逆问题的一般性模型。针对逆问题存在多解的情形,以可靠性参数优化为例,说明如何构建对应于具体工程问题的逆问题模型。然后,提出基于改进区间优化算法的逆问题求解方法,该方法能够在逆问题的不同情形之间进行切换,并确保求得最优解。最后,将所提方法应用于RBTS、IEEE-RTS系统和91节点系统,算例结果表明:针对逆问题的上述3种情形,采用所提方法均可有效求得准确的元件可靠性参数。  相似文献

This paper presents an application of elitist nondominated sorting genetic algorithm version II (NSGA-II), a multiobjective algorithm to a constrained single objective optimization problem, the transmission constrained generation expansion planning (TC-GEP) problem. The TC-GEP problem is a large scale and challenging problem for the decision makers (to decide upon site, capacity, type of fuel, etc.) as there exist a large number of combinations. Normally the TC-GEP problem has an objective and a set of constraints. To use NSGA-II, the problem is treated as a two-objective problem. The first objective is the minimization of cost and the second objective is to minimize the sum of normalized soft constraints violation. The hard constraints (must satisfy constraints) are treated as constraints only. To improve the performance of the NSGA-II, two modifications are proposed. In problem formulation the modification is virtual mapping procedure (VMP), and in NSGA-II algorithm, controlled elitism is introduced. The NSGA-II is applied to solve TC-GEP problem for modified IEEE 30-bus test system for a planning horizon of six years. The results obtained by NSGA-II are compared and validated against single-objective genetic algorithm and dynamic programming. The effectiveness of each proposed approach has also been discussed in detail.  相似文献

研究了一类不确定非线性系统的鲁棒控制问题,目的是在未满足不确定性匹配条件的情况下设计稳定系统的状态反馈。通过将设计鲁棒控制器问题转化为设计最优控制器问题以补偿系统中的不确定性,说明了最优控制的解即为鲁棒控制的解,并通过仿真说明这种设计方法的效果。  相似文献

多机多阶段流水车间(Flowshop)提前/拖期调度问题的目标是使工件的提前/拖期惩罚成本最小,这是一个NP完全问题,很难用一般的方法解决.本文首先给出了问题的数学模型,然后构造并采用多种群并行自适应遗传算法求解该问题.仿真结果表明此算法不仅具有较强的全局收敛性,而且有更快的寻优速度,是求解复杂调度问题的有效算法.  相似文献
