A visible light imaging Thomson scattering (VIS-TVTS) diagnostic system has been developed for the measurement of plasma electron temperature on the HT-7 tokamak. The system contains a Nd:YAG laser (A = 532 nm, repetition rate 10 Hz, total pulse duration ≈ 10 ns, pulse energy 〉 1.0 J), a grating spectrometer, an image intensifier (I.I.) lens coupled with an electron multiplying CCD (EMCCD) and a data acquisition and analysis system. In this paper, the measurement capability of the system is analyzed. In addition to the performance of the system, the capability of measuring plasma electron temperature has been proved. The profile of electron temperature is presented with a spatial resolution of about 0.96 cm (seven points) near the center of the plasma.  相似文献

We observed resonant coherent excitation of the 2s electron to the n = 3 states of 83.5 MeV/u Li-like Fe23+ ions planar-channeling in the plane of a Si crystal. A survival fraction of the Li-like ions was measured as a function of the angle between the incident beam and the [0 0 1] axis. Clear resonance dips corresponding to the transitions of a 2s electron to all the n = 3 states were observed. The transition of each resonance dip was identified by comparing with spectroscopic data. The resonance dips at the transition energies corresponding to the optically forbidden 2s1/2–3s1/2, 2s1/2–3d3/2 and 2s1/2–3d5/2 transitions were observed as well as the resonance dips at transition energies corresponding to the optically allowed 2s1/2–3p1/2 and 2s1/2–3p3/2 transitions.  相似文献

Based on the experiment of onset of nucleate boiling (ONB) in natural circulation and the nonequilibrium thermodynamics dissipative theory, the mechanism of ONB in narrow rectangle channels of natural circulation is proposed. It points out that the onset of nucleate boiling is influenced by the degree of superheat and the special conditions of narrow channels. Under the conditions of both density difference in natural circulation and narrow rectangle channels, the prediction model of ONB in natural circulation of narrow channels based on fluctuating is established. The experimental results show that the present model can be used to predict the heat flux of ONB in narrow rectangle channels. Features of ONB in natural circulation narrow rectangle channels are as follows: heating power is the incentive of the happen of ONB; the higher the heating power is, the higher the degree of superheat is, and the earlier the ONB will appear. With the pressurizing, the appearance of ONB will be delayed. The higher the degree of supercooling is, the later the ONB appears. The ONB will happen easier when there are noncondensable gases and roughness in the channels.  相似文献

We performed density functional theory calculations of H, C, and O chemisorption on the UN(001) and (111) surfaces using the generalized gradient approximation (GGA) and the Hubbard U parameter and revised Perdew-Burke-Ernzerhof (RPBE) exchange-correlation functional at non-spin polarized level with the periodic slab model. Chemisorption energies vs. distance of molecules from UN(001) and UN(111) surfaces have been optimized for four symmetrical chemisorption sites, respectively. The results show that the Hollow, N-top, and Hollow adsorption sites are the most stable sites for H, C, and O atoms with chemisorption energies of 13.06, 25.50 and 27.34 kJ/mol for UN(001 ) surface, respectively. From the point of adsorbent (UN(001) and UN(111) surfaces in this paper), interaction of O with the chemisorbed surface is of the maximum magnitude, then C and H, which are in agreement with electronegativities of individual atoms. For the UN(001) surface, U-N bond lengths change relatively little (〈 9%) as a result of H chemisorption, however C and O chemisorptions result in remarkable changes for U-N bond lengths in interlayer (〉 10%). Electronic structure calculations indicate that Bridge position is equivalent with Hollow position, and the most stable chemisorption position for H, C, and O atoms are all Bridge (or Hollow) position for the UN(1 11) surface. Calculated electronic density of states (DOSs) demonstrate electronic charge transfer between .9, p orbitals in chemisorbed atoms and U 6d, 5f orbitals.  相似文献

CBCT scanners have been widely used in angiography, radiotherapy guidance, mammography and oral maxillofacial imaging. To cut detector size, reduce manufacturing costs and radiation dose while keeping a reasonable FOV, the flat panel detector can be placed off-center horizontally. This scanning configuration extends the FOV effectively. However, each projection is transversely truncated, bringing errors and artifacts in reconstruction. In this paper, a simple but practical method is proposed for this scanning geometry based on truncation compensation and the modified FDK algorithm. Numerical simulations with jaw phantom were conducted to evaluate the accuracy and practicability of the proposed method. A novel CBCT system for maxillofacial imaging is used for clinical test, which is equipped with an off-center small size flat panel detector. Results show that reconstruction accuracy is acceptable for clinical use, and the image quality appears sufficient for specific diagnostic requirements. It provides a novel solution for clinical CBCT system, in order to reduce radiation dose and manufacturing cost.  相似文献

In a quasi-two-dimensional model, the scattering of incident ordinary electromag- netic waves by a dipole-electrostatic drift vortex is studied with first-order Born approximation. The distribution of the scattering cross-section and total cross-section are evaluated analytically in different approximate conditions, and the physical interpretations are discussed. When the wavelength of incident wave is much longer than the vortex radius (kia〈〈1), it is found that the angle at which the scattering cross-section reaches its maxim depends significantly on the approximation of the parameters of the vortex used. It is also found that the total scattering cross-section has an affinitive relation with the parameters of the plasma, while it is irrelevant to the frequency of the incident wave in a wide range of parameters of the vortex. In a totally different range of parameters when incident wave is in the radar-frequency range (then kia 〈〈 1, the wavelength of incident wave is much shorter than the vortex radius), the numerical procedure is conducted with computer in order to obtain the distribution and the total expression of the scattering crosssection. Then it is found that the total scattering cross-section in the low frequency range is much larger than that in high frequency range, so the scattering is more effective in the low frequency range than in high frequency range.  相似文献

In this study, lime-hydrate (Ca(OH)2) desulfurizer was treated by plasma with strong ionization discharge of a dielectric barrier. The removal of SO2 from simulated flue gas was investigated. The principles of SO2 removal are discussed. Several factors affecting the efficiency of SO2 removal were studied. They included the ratio of calcium to sulfur (Ca/S), desulfurizer granularity, residence time of the flue gas, voltage applied to the discharge electrode in the plasma generator, and energy consumption. Experimental results indicate that the increase in Ca/S ratio, the applied voltage and discharge power, the residence time, and the reduction in the desulfurizer granularity all can raise the SO2 removal efficiency. The SO2 removal efficiency was up to 91.3% under the following conditions, namely a primary concentration of SO2 of 2262×10^-6 (v/v) in the emission gas, 21%(v/v) of oxygen, 1.8% (v/v) of water, a Ca/S ratio of 1.48, a residence time of 2.8 s, a 3.4 kV voltage and a 10kHz frequency power applied to the discharge electrodes in the plasma generator, and a flow rate of 100 m^3/h for emission gas.  相似文献

The equation of state of symmetric nuclear matter is studied with an equivalent mass model. The equivalent mass of a nucleon has been expanded to order 4 in density. We first determine the first-order expansion coefficient in the quantum hadron dynamics, then calculate the coefficients of the second to fourth order for the given binding energy and incompressibility at the normal nuclear saturation density. It is found that there appears a density isomeric state if the incompressibility is smaller than a critical value. The model dependence of the conclusion has also been checked by varying the first-order coefficient.  相似文献

Bacillus megaterium BM302 bred by ion-beam implantation produces L-sorbose dehydrogenase accelerative protein (SAP) to accelerate the activity of L-sorbose dehydrogenase (SDH) of Gluconobacter oxydans in the 2-keto-L-gulonic acid (2KLG) fermentation from L-sorbose by the mixed culture of B. megaterium BM302 and G. oxydans. The SAP purified by three chromatographic steps gave 35-fold purification with a yield of 13% and a specific activity of 5.21 units/mg protein. The molecular weight of the purified SAP was about 58 kDa. The SDH accelerative activity of SAP at pH 7 and 50℃ was the highest. Additionally, it retained 60% activity at a pH range of 6.5 ~ 10 and was stable at 20℃ ~ 60℃. After 0.32-unit SAP was added to the single cultured G. oxydans strains, the SDH activity was apparently accelerated and the 2KLG yield of GO29, GO112, GO and GI13 was enhanced 2.1, 3.3, 3.5 and 2.9 folds respectively over that of the strains without the addition of SAP.  相似文献

Mutant strains of GO112 and BM302 with a high 2-keto-L-gulonic acid (2KLG) transformation rate induced by ion beam implantation were separately and combinatorially compared with the original strains GO29 and BM80 to study the mutagenic effects of ion beam implantation. Both the sole GOl12 and mixed BM302:GOl12 demonstrated improved SNDH activity and 2KLG yield compared to the original strains. The mutant combinations of BM302:GOl12 showed a longer stationary phase and higher biomass than BM80:GO29. The mutant BM302 exhibited a stronger capacity to maintain a stable pH environment at mixed fermentation with Gluconobacter oxydans (G. oxydans) for 2KLG transformation and facilitated the growth of G. oxydans compared with the original strain BM80. The promotive capacity to L-sorbosone dehydrogenase (L-SNDH) from the supernate of BM302 was 1.6-fold higher than that of BM80. Genes encoded SNDH in GO29 and GOl12 were amplified and sequenced, and mutations including three transitions (CG →TA, CG →TA, GC → AT) and one transversion (AT→ TA) were confirmed from GO29 to GOl12. The corresponding amino acid was changed as Leu →Phe, Arg → Gln and Asn → Lys.  相似文献

In this paper, a mechanism about the variability of the L-H transition power thresh- old PL-H is proposed which is based on the ion orbit losses. Only in the edge where there are enough ion orbit losses and the negative radial electric field Er is high enough can the H-mode be triggered. The ion orbit losses are determined by the ion in the loss region under certain edge conditions. For different mass A and different charge Z, the critical loss energy E Z2/A in the loss region. In H and D charges, because the D+ loss region is larger than H+, it can be deduced that the PL-H of H is larger than that of D. In a 4He discharge, experiment finds there exist a considerable number of 4He1+ in the plasma edge. The actual ion orbit losses are determined by the mixing ratio of a He1+ and 4He2+. The 4He1+ loss region is larger than that of 4He2+, and the loss region of D+ interposes between 4He1+ and 4He2+. Different 4He1+ content can cause the edge ion losses in a 4He discharge to be greater than, less than or equal to that in a D discharge. So a 4He discharge can exhibit multiple experimental phenomena in the PL-H.  相似文献

Based on the statistical characteristics of energy spectrum and the features of spectrum-shifting in spectrometry, the parameter adjustment method of Gaussian function space was applied in the simulation of spectrum-shifting. The transient characteristics of energy spectrum were described by the Gaussian function space, and then the Gaussian function space was transferred by parameter adjustment method. Furthermore, the spectrum-shifting in measurement of energy spectrum was simulated. The applied example shows that the parameters can be adjusted flexibly by this method to meet the various requirements in simulation of energy spectrum-shifting. This method was one parameterized simulation method with good performance for the practical application.  相似文献

In this work, study of laser-induced ions is presented. The plasma was produced by focusing a Nd:YAG laser, with a wavelength of 1064 nm, a pulsed width of 9-14 ns, a power of 1.1 MW and energy of 10 mJ, on silver target in vacuum (10-3 Torr= 1.3332 Pa). The characteristics of ion streams were investigated by CR-39 detectors located at angles of 0°, 30°, 60° and 90° with respect to normal of the target. The distance between the silver target and each detector was 11 cm. The energy of silver ions was found ranging from 1.5 eV to 1.06E4 eV. There was a high concentration of ions with low energy as compared to those with high energy, showing the energy distribution amongst the ions. The flux of ions was maximum in the axial direction which was decreasing with the angle increase with respect to normal of the target, and finally became minimum in the radial direction. Hence the silver ions have shown anisotropic behaviour.  相似文献

Presented in this paper is the development of the driver for the data acquisition card with a peripheral component interconnection (PCI) local bus on the ion cyclotron range of frequency heating (1CRH) system. The driver is mainly aimed at the embedded VxWorks system (real-time operating system) which is widely used in various fields of real-time systems. An efficient way is employed to develop this driver, which will advance the real-time control of the ICRH system on the experimental advanced superconductor tokamak (EAST). The driver is designed using the TORNADO integrated development environment (IDE), and implemented in C plus language. The details include the hardware configuration, analogue/digital (A/D) and digital/analogue (D/A) conversion, input and output (I/O) operation of the driver to support over five cards. The data acquisition card can be manipulated in a low-level program and meet the requirements of A/D conversion and D/A outputs.  相似文献

The non-thermal plasma as one of the most promising technologies for removing NOx and SO2 has attrm~ted much attention. In this study, a new plasma reactor combined with catalyst and additive was developed to effectively oxidize and remove NOx and SO2 in the flue gas. The experimental results showed that TiO2 could improve the oxidation efficiency of SO2 in the case of applying plasma while having a negative effect on the oxidation process of NO and NOx. With the addition of NH3, the oxidation rates of NOx, NO and SO2 were slightly increased. However, the effect of adding NH3 on NOx oxidation was negative when the temperature was above 200℃.  相似文献

AlON nanolayers are synthesized on Al substrate by the irradiation of energetic nitrogen ions using plasma focusing. Samples are exposed to multiple (5, 10, 15, 20 and 25) focus shots. Ion energy and ion number density range from 80 keV to 1.4 MeV and 5.6×10^19 m^- 3 to 1.3×10^19 m ^-3, respectively. Moreover, the effect of continuous annealing (473 K and 523 K) on an AlN surface layer synthesized with 25 focus shots is also examined. The main features of the X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns with increasing focus shots are: (i) variation in the crystallinity of AlN along (111), (200) and (311) planes, (ii) increasing average crystallite size of AlN (111) plane, and (iii) stress relaxation observed in AlN (111) and (200) planes. The crystallinity of AlN surface layer is comparatively better at 473 K annealing temperature. A broadened diffraction peak related to an aluminium oxide phase showing weak crystallinity is observed for 15 focus shots while non-bounded oxides are present in all other deposited layers. Raman and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analysis confirm the presence of AlN and Al203 for the surface layer annealed at 473 K temperature. Raman analysis shows that the overlapping of AlN and Al2Oa results in the development of residual stresses. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) results demonstrate that the formation of rounded grains (range from 20 nm to 200 nm) and variations in their microstructures features depend on the increasing number of focus shots. Decomposition of larger clusters into smaller ones is observed.  相似文献

A novel method to determine the density and temperature of a system constituted by fermions and/or bosons is proposed based on quantum fluctuations. For fermions system, the results in the limit where the reached temperature T is small and where there is no constraint for the reached temperature T compared to the Fermi energy ~f at a given density p are given, respectively. Quadrupole and multiplicity fluctuation relations are derived in terms of T/6f. We compared the two set results in the limit when Tis much smaller compared to Fermi energy Cf and they are consistent, as expected. The classical limit is also obtained for high temperatures and low densities. For bosons system, quadrupole and multiplicity fluctuations using Landau's theory of fluctuations near the critical point for a Bose-Einstein condensate (BEC) at a given density p are derived. As an example, we apply our approach to heavy ion collisions using the Constrained Molecular Dynamics model (CoMD) which includes the fermionic statistics. The multiplicity fluctuation quenching for fermions is found in the model and confirmed by experimental data. To reproduce the available experimental data better, we propose a modification of the collision term in the approach to include the possibility of ct-a collisions. The relevant Bose-Einstein factor in the collision term is properly taken into account. This approach increases the yields of bosons relative to fermions closer to data. Boson fluctuations become larger than one as expected.  相似文献

As electron-beam generating plasma is widely applied, the software tool EGS4 (Electron-Gamma Shower) was used to simulate the transmission and energy deposition of electron-beam in air. The simulation results indicated that the range of the electron-beam was inversely proportional to the gas pressure in a wide range of gas pressure, and the electron-beam of 200 keV could generate a plasma with a density 10^11 cm^-3 in air of latm. In addition, the energy distribution of the beam-electron and plasma density profile produced by the beam were achieved.  相似文献

This study investigated the effect of cold helium plasma treatment on seed germina- tion, growth and yield of wheat. The effects of different power of cold plasma on the germination of treated wheat seeds were studied. We found that the treatment of 80 W could significantly improve seed germination potential (6.0%) and germination rate (6.7%) compared to the control group. Field experiments were carried out for wheat seeds treated with 80 W cold plasma. Com- pared with the control, plant height (20.3%), root length (9.0%) and fresh weight (21.8%) were improved significantly at seedling stage. At booting stage, plant height, root length, fresh weight, stem diameter, leaf area and leaf thickness of the treated plant were respectively increased by 21.8%, 11.0%, 7.0%, 9.0%, 13.0% and 25.5%. At the same time, the chlorophyll content (9.8%), nitrogen (10.0%) and moisture content (10.0%) were higher than those of the control, indicating that cold plasma treatment could promote the growth of wheat. The yield of treated wheat was 7.55 t-ha-1, 5.89% more than that of the control. Therefore, our results show that cold plasma has important application prospects for increasing wheat yield.  相似文献

To overcome the problem of interlaminar delamination of thermoplastic polyurethane laminated glass, silicate glass was etched with hydrofluoric acid and thermoplastic polyurethane was then treated with cold plasma. Compared with the untreated samples, the interlaminar shear strength of acid etching samples, cold plasma-treated samples and acid etching combined with cold plasma-treated samples increased by 97%, 84% and 341%, respectively. Acid etching combined with cold plasma-treated samples exhibited a higher flexural strength and strain as compared with the untreated samples. The impact energy of acid etching samples, cold plasmatreated samples and acid etching combined with cold plasma-treated samples increased by 8.7%, 8.1% and 11.6%, respectively, in comparison with the untreated samples. FT-IR analysis showed that a large number of -C-O, CO N and CO O C groups appeared on the surface of cold plasma-treated thermoplastic polyurethane, which resulted in the formation of hydrogen bonds. SEM results showed that some pittings formed on the surface of the silicate glass treated by acid etching, which resulted in the formation of a three-dimensional interface structure between tile silicate glass and polyurethane. Hydrogen bonds combined with the three-dimensional interface between silicate glass and polyurethanes co-improved the mechanical properties of thermoplastic polyurethanes laminated glass.  相似文献
