设计了一种基于复合左右手传输线结构的零阶谐振天线,讨论了零阶谐振天线的工作原理。使用Ansoft Designer软件仿真和优化了中心频率为1.8 GHz,单元组为5单元、7单元、9单元单元和11单元的零阶谐振天线。文中给出了零阶谐振天线的具体设计尺寸和由9单元构成的零阶谐振天线的仿真图,其天线增益为8.7 dBi,在中心频率处电压反射系数为1.28。基于复合左右手传输线结构设计的零阶谐振天线其尺寸和损耗都比微带阵列天线小。  相似文献

主要阐述基于复合左右手传输线(CRLH TL)零阶谐振模设计小型化宽频带的手机天线。该天线低频段由尺寸较大的零阶谐振天线决定,高频段由尺寸较小的零阶谐振天线决定,尺寸较大的零阶谐振天线的右手模式与尺寸较小的零阶谐振天线的零阶谐振模谐振在相邻的频带上实现频带融合,从而扩展高频段的带宽。该天线覆盖了GSM900、PCS、UMTS、Bluetooth和ISM2400五个移动通信频带,天线厚度仅为1mm,所占面积为37×15mm2。测试结果与仿真结果吻合,满足移动通信终端对手机天线的要求。  相似文献

基于复合左右手传输线技术研究设计超小型的天线,通过对复合左右手传输线结构的适当调整获得一个零阶谐振天线,此时天线的工作频率不再依赖于天线的几何尺寸,而只与构成左手传输线的电感与电容相关,从而可大大降低天线的几何尺寸。文中基于复合左右手传输线设计了一款小型天线,使其可以工作在ISM频段,能够满足无线局域网(2.4~2.4835GHz)的要求。  相似文献

通过将天线谐振在零阶模式,以及在地平面增加细长线的方法设计了一款基于复合左右手传输线的小型天线,并利用仿真软件CST对该天线的特性进行了仿真验证。结果表明:天线的物理尺寸仅为23 mm×21 mm×1.8mm(0.188λ0×0.171λ0×0.015λ0),天线的零阶谐振频率为2.448 GHz,–10 d B回波损耗阻抗带宽达97.8 MHz,相对带宽达到4.0%,最大增益为2.451 d Bi。所设计的天线具有尺寸小,结构简单、频带宽,增益高等优点,能够满足无线局域网(2.4~2.483 5 GHz)的要求,有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

设计了一种新型的基于非对称共面波导(ACPW)馈电复合左右手传输线(CLRH-TL)的四频段混合小型化天线。天线由非对称共面波导接地面加载互补开口谐振环缝隙、单极子天线终端加载复合左右手传输线单元组成,将常规单极子天线与超材料结构的零阶谐振器天线双模式混合。实测结果表明:天线回波损耗大于10 dB的阻抗带宽分别为1.55~1.65 GHz,2.4~3.7 GHz,5.15~5.36 GHz,5.71~5.89 GHz,通带内具有良好的辐射特性。天线结构简单紧凑,易于集成,可应用于GPS,WLAN和WiMAX无线通信系统中。  相似文献

为了实现宽带复合左右手传输线,提出并设计了一种反对称X型周期性左右手传输线结构.建立了结构的集总参数等效电路模型,并通过提取等效电路的元件值和S参数仿真,验证了传输线结构的谐振特性.采用参数反演算法对传输线结构的本构参数进行了提取和分析,证实了该结构具有1.6 GHz的带宽,其中在10.08~10.9 GHz呈现左手特性,在9.3~10.08 GHz呈现右手特性,属于宽带左右手传输线结构.最后,应用印刷电路板技术制作了X型复合左右手传输线,并利用平板波导系统对其S参数进行了测试,实验测试结果和仿真结果吻合较好,证明了所设计的左右手传输线结构的有效性.为宽带左右手传输线结构的设计和分析提供了一种手段.  相似文献

提出了一种新的简化左右手复合(SCRLH)传输线(TL)构造方法,推导了利用这种新的简化左右手传输线实现零阶谐振器(ZOR)的原理公式,理论预测了这种ZOR的特性,实验结果与理论预期符合很好。由于该ZOR的单元结构仅由微带线和接地短截线组成,因此其零阶谐振频率易于调节,且1单元的ZOR产生零阶谐振时的尺寸仅为同频率传统半波长谐振器的17.6%。  相似文献

提出了一种采用复合左右手传输线馈电的新型微带阵列天线.该天线利用左手传输线的相位超前特性来补偿传统的右手传输线所具有的相位滞后,从而保证了天线单元之间的同相位馈电,避免了因相位延迟导致的天线波束偏移,并进一步提高了天线的增益.仿真与实际测试证明:与同类型天线相比,该天线具有尺寸小、频带宽和馈电网络设计简单等优点,可在微波系统中实际使用.  相似文献

提出利用复合左右手传输线结构的零阶谐振设计一款具有双频特性的电小天线。该电小天线主要由介质基板、地面、加载了交指电容的贴片、弯曲线电感与圆角矩形虚拟地组成,具有电小尺寸特性(电尺寸为0.75)。该天线有两个工作频段,频段1的中心频率为1.22 GHz,频段2的中心频率为2.78 GHz,对应的相对带宽分别为3.28%和27.34%,同时覆盖了GPS L2 (1220 MHz)与WiMAX (2500~2700 MHz)两个通信频段。天线在两个工作频段内均具有良好的辐射特性,频段1和频段2的平均峰值增益分别为1.0 dBi和1.72 dBi,平均辐射效率分别为53.12%和74.07%。最终对所设计的天线进行实物加工和测试,测试结果与仿真结果吻合良好。  相似文献

基于简化复合左右手传输线理论提出了一款新型槽环天线,该天线采用交指电容加载技术,利用加载结构的非线性相移特性降低天线的谐振频率. 针对交指电容对天线电性能的影响进行了理论分析与实验测试.理论分析发现,减小交指电容的指间距,可降低天线的谐振频率;测试结果表明,该结构能显著提高天线的电性能:在天线谐振频率降低500 MHz的同时,带宽增加了50 MHz,交叉极化比提高了8.17 dB.  相似文献

In this letter, a novel zeroth‐order resonant (ZOR) antenna on vialess co‐planar waveguide (CPW) is proposed. It is based on a composite right/left‐handed CPW transmission line. To achieve a compact size, this antenna utilizes the ZOR condition, and its reactive parameters determine the resonant frequency. Each unit cell is composed of a metallic top patch and meander lines. Since it is realized on the CPW single layer, the proposed antenna has the benefits of being a compact size and easy to fabricate. The bandwidth of 6.8% and efficiency of 62% are experimentally achieved. Its bandwidth is enhanced compared with other ZOR antennas.  相似文献

A novel frequency‐switchable antenna that uses PIN diodes and a composite right‐ and left‐handed transmission line (CRLH TL) is proposed. The CRLH TL provides multi‐order resonance, including a zeroth‐order resonance (ZOR), and its shunt stub determines the ZOR frequency. Thus, the resonant frequency is arbitrarily chosen by lumped chip inductors on the shunt stub. Two prototypes are designed using different chip inductors while maintaining the antenna geometries. Antenna #1 can switch the resonant frequency from 1.8 GHz to 2.3 GHz. Antenna #2 can switch its resonance from 0.9 GHz to 2.3 GHz.  相似文献

将Minkowski分形理论应用于文献中提出的复合左右手传输线结构,使其带宽从2.78~3.30 GHz展宽到2.02~4.53 GHz.对新结构色散特性进行分析,给出色散曲线,确认其为平衡结构,并在此基础上设计了一款微带漏波天线.由于复合左右手单元结构具有左手和右手特性,漏波天线可以分别实现后向辐射和前向辐射,在平衡状态下,消除了平衡点附近的阻带效应,平衡点处的群速不为0,有行波传播,天线可产生横向辐射.仿真和测试结果表明,该文所设计的漏波天线工作频段为2.35~3.20 GHz,相对带宽为30.6%,且能实现从后向到前向连续辐射,克服了传统漏波天线后向辐射角和前向辐射角不连续的缺点.  相似文献

In this paper, a new composite right/left-handed transmission line (CRLH-TL) with equilateral slots is proposed for efficiency-improved zeroth-order resonant antennas. A 1-D infinitesimal equivalent transmission line circuit model is derived, and the characteristic impedance and dispersive relation are theoretically computed. Based on the isotropic arranged unit cells of the slot-loaded composite right/left-handed transmission line (SL CRLH-TL), 2-D zeroth-order resonators are designed for planar magnetic monopole antenna applications. The SL CRLH-TL provides the zeroth-order resonance with some degradation of the quality factor. Therefore, a highly efficient radiating resonator can be designed with higher gain at the zeroth-order frequency. The theoretical approach was verified by the experimental results. The radiation efficiency was improved by up to 45.6% for the nine-rectangular zeroth-order resonant antenna and 21.4% for the seven-hexagonal zeroth-order resonant antenna without degrading the radiating performance. Moreover, the antenna gains of these two antennas were enhanced by 7.56 and 6.31 dB, respectively, due to the increase of the radiation efficiency.   相似文献

基于复合左右手传输线(CRLH TL)原理,利用微带与共面波导组合的双层介质结构,设计了一种新型带通滤波器。其等效左手电容由金属 绝缘体 金属(MIM)耦合结构提供,等效左手电感由蘑菇型零阶谐振器(MZOR)中的短路通孔实现。通过研究MZOR中U型槽长度变化对滤波器性能的影响得知,该带通滤波器具有结构紧凑,带宽较大,插入损耗较小等优点。HFSS仿真结果显示,滤波器的通带为3.4~7.2 GHz,通带内插入损耗低于-0.5 dB,回波损耗小于-11.5 dB。因此,该滤波器可应用于超宽带无线通信系统。  相似文献

A new type of nonreciprocal phase-shift transmission line is proposed; it realizes the dominant right-handed mode in one direction of the power flow along the line, and the dominant left-handed mode in the opposite power direction. These right and left handed modes can have the same wave number vector at a specific frequency but there is no significant coupling effect. An equivalent circuit model is provided to explain its nonreciprocal transmission characteristics. A nonreciprocal phase-shift composite right/left handed transmission line is designed to satisfy specific performance parameters and fabricated as a ferrite microstrip line. The leaky wave radiation characteristics of the fabricated nonreciprocal line are investigated. An experiment and analyses confirm obliquely unidirectional leaky wave radiation from the line for the two different directions of the transmitted power.   相似文献

本文通过分析左右手传输线的后向波理论,提出了一种基于复合左右手传输线的有源漏波阵列天线。该天线的有源辐射单元部分采用左右手传输线结构,通过添加有源放大器和移相器,在传输方向上可以实现前后向波束大范围扫描,在组阵方向实现波束相扫,整个阵列实现两维电扫功能。仿真与实验结果吻合良好,表明该设计方法的正确性和可行性。  相似文献

在传统互补开环谐振(CSSRR)结构上添加T型枝节,形成一种新型复合左右手传输线(CRLH TL)。采用理论分析、电磁仿真和电路仿真研究其电磁特性,给出了单元结构的等效电路,计算了色散曲线,证明该结构是一种具有双频特性的CRLH结构。利用该结构设计、制作并测试了一种C波段四频微带天线,测试结果表明该天线具有较宽的阻抗带宽和很好的辐射特性。  相似文献

In this letter, it is shown that, contrary to previous assumptions, the broadband characteristics of metamaterial transmission lines are not exclusive of the so called CL loaded composite right/left handed (CRLH) structures. In the balance condition, the typical frequency gap between the left handed (LH) and right handed (RH) transmission bands of these CRLH lines collapses, the characteristic impedance varies smoothly in the vicinity of the transition frequency, and broadband response results. However, through an appropriate design, similar behavior can be obtained in resonant type metamaterial transmission lines, namely transmission lines loaded with complementary split rings resonators. A detailed analysis of the structures, based on the equivalent circuit model is provided, and implications of balancing are pointed out. In this letter, it is clearly demonstrated that broadband balanced CRLH lines can also be implemented by means of the resonant type approach  相似文献
