微波非金属厚度测量仪   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
迄今,测厚仪有射线、超声、涡流和同位素等各种类型,新近发展了微波测厚仪,它既有测量金属片材、带材的厚度仪,又有测量非金属材料的厚度仪。根据非金属材料微波测厚法基本原理〔1〕研制的微波测厚仪补充了超声波测厚仪之不足,为非金属材料厚度的测量提供了新方法。利用微波测厚具有设备简单、测量速度快,对样品能进行非破坏性相对测量,不需要耦合剂等优点。经过仪器校正和在标准试件上标定后,可以用于绝对厚度的测量。  相似文献

同面多电极电容传感器的仿真与试验研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
针对非金属材料表面下异常或损伤的检测,提出一个同面8电极电容传感器。采用二维有限元法对该传感器的电势分布、灵敏度分布、电容测量及材料内部发生异常改变时的电容变化进行了仿真计算,用一种工程塑料作为样本,对同面多电级电容传感器用于检测非金属材料表面下的损伤或异常的可行性和有效性进行了试验研究。用主元分析方法对仿真计算的电容值和实测的电容值进行了异常识别,主元分析方法能很好地识别出非金属材料表面下的异常或损伤。仿真和初步的试验结果表明,当非金属材料表面下发生异常变化或损伤时,与材料的健康状态相比,测得的电容值减小了;用同面多电极电容传感器能有效的检测出非金属材料表面下的异常或损伤,该方法可用于实际的非金属材料表面下异常检测和健康状态监测。  相似文献

基于白光技术研究聚酰亚胺、F3和F46等3种非金属材料表面粗糙度的测量方法。分别利用基于白光共焦技术设计的粗糙度轮廓仪和基于白光干涉技术设计的三维形貌测量仪对三种不同材料的试件进行测量试验,重点关注上述3种非金属材料的吸光程度对测量精度的影响,并以触针式接触测量法的测量结果为参考,对测量结果进行不确定度评定。试验数据的分析结果表明,白光共焦法的测量不确定度为9.2%,白光干涉法的测量不确定度为9.8%,这2种基于白光技术的测量方法都是可行的。  相似文献

通过分析ESD模拟器的校验原理,介绍了一种符合国际电工委员会IEC000-4-2标准的ESD模拟器电流校验系统。该系统由电流探头、同轴电缆与衰减器、数字存储示波器和法拉第笼组成,能自动采集ESD电流波形,计算上升时间、峰值电流、30ns电流、60ns电流等参数。测量数据以EXCEL或位图格式存入软盘,供微机分析结果并打印校验报告。测量结果变异系数小于3%。除用于ESD模拟器校验,该装置还可广泛用于其它形式静电放电电流测量和静电放电机理研究。  相似文献

This paper presents a contactless system for automatic gauge blocks calibration based on combination of laser interferometry and low-coherence interferometry. In the presented system, the contactless measurement of the absolute gauge block length is done as a single-step operation without any change in optical setup during the measurement. The optical setup is combined with compact gauge block changer with a capacity of 126-ga blocks, which makes the resulting system fully automatic.The paper also presents in detail a set of optimization steps which have been done in order to transform the original experimental setup into the automatic system which meets secondary length metrology requirements. To prove the measurement traceability, we conducted a set of gauge block length measurement comparing data from the optimized system and the established reference systems TESA NPL A.G.I. 300 and TESA–UPC operated in Czech Metrology Institute Laboratory.  相似文献

A compact and inexpensive iodine-stabilized diode laser system with an output at 531 nm has been applied to long gauge block measurements. Although the optical frequency of the output beam was widely modulated (modulation width of ∼22 MHz), the coherence length and interference phase stability are sufficiently long and high, respectively, for the interferometric measurement of long gauge blocks of up to 1000 mm in length. The effective uncertainty of laser frequency in the interferometric measurement was theoretically and experimentally confirmed to be less than 10−9.  相似文献

Currently, most measurement and geometrical verification processes are based on the characterization of distances or angles between geometrical elements. In a previous paper, a method was developed for the verification of ISO specifications using the statistical information included in a set of points. This method is based on the development of measurement sequences and hence a sequence of geometrical constructions. The main problem in this verification process is to propagate uncertainties. With a correct expression of a virtual gauge, it is possible to avoid this propagation; indeed by using virtual gauge manipulation, initial best-fitted surfaces are never touched. The aim of this paper is to present a new approach using this statistical information to describe the measured part and develop a virtual gauge system for verification. This will be done in two parts. The first part will focus on the statistical modelling of the measured surface; the second part will describe a verification method based on a virtual, i.e. numerical, gauge.  相似文献

This paper shows a micro computer aided error calibration system for CMMs and machine tools, which is a fast and efficient error calibration system: A micro computer stores the error calibration data of a step gauge which were precalibrated with more precise equipments such as laser interferometer, then the step gauge is probed with the specific CMMs or machine tools. The probing data are compared with the stored precalibration data, in order to give the linear displacement accuracy of the machines. High degree of computer integration has been performed in the measurement path planning, measurement operation, and error evaluation. Thus a rigorous computer aided error calibration system has been implemented with full potential of practical application to most of commercial CMMs and machine tools of CNC type.  相似文献
