采用液滴微流控法,制备了单分散性良好的水包油(O/W)乳液,以此乳液为模板,通过紫外光引发聚合得到单分散多孔聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)/甲基丙烯酸2-羟乙酯(HEMA)多孔微球。研究了油相中表面活性剂聚蓖麻酸甘油酯(PGPR)含量对微球表观密度孔隙率及对乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)的吸附能力的影响。结果表明:增加PGPR含量可改变微球的多孔结构并增大其吸附能力,在油污废水处理领域具有潜在的应用价值。  相似文献

无皂乳液聚合制备亚微米级单分散聚苯乙烯微球   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
采用无皂乳液聚合法制备了具有单分散性的亚微米级聚苯乙烯微球,考察了聚合体系pH值、单体及引发剂用量对聚合转化率、微球粒径及其分布的影响。结果表明,采用NaOH和NaHCO,复合溶液调节聚合体系pH值是控制聚合动力学、微球粒径及单分散性的有效手段,当其质量比为1:1时效果较好。随碱性复合溶液加入量的增加,最终转化率下降,微球粒径则由于复合溶液同时起到电解质的作用而存在极大值。随过硫酸钾(KPS)质量分数的增加,反应前期聚合转化率增大,但其用量过大,会导致体系pH值偏低,KPS过早消耗完毕,故反应后期最终转化率偏低;其用量过低,会影响粒径的单分散性。当KPS质量分数为单体的2%~3%时,聚合体系稳定性增加并改善了微球的单分散性,粒径趋小。单体用量的变化对聚合速率影响不大,随单体质量分数的提高,微球最终粒径增大,当单体质量分数过高,会影响微球的单分散性乃至体系失稳,一般以不超过10%为宜。  相似文献

以多孔聚(苯乙烯.二乙烯基苯)接枝马来酸酐聚合微球[P(St-DVB)/MAH]为底物,成功制备了表面均匀包覆纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)的复合微球.主要考察了聚合物微球的表面性质(多孔性和表面功能基团)对TiO2粒子在其表面包覆分散性和数量的影响.复合粒子微球的形态通过扫描电镜和X射线衍射分析等进行了表征.结果表明,聚合物微球的多孔性和表面功能基团都提高了TiO2粒子在微球表面的分散性.平均孔径为136.8 nm的多孔微球与无孔和平均孔径为42 nm的多孔微球相比,能够进一步提高表面TiO2粒子的均匀性和连续性,产生表面均匀覆盖粒径为60 nm TiO2的复合微球.  相似文献

以苯乙烯分散聚合制备单分散种子微球(PS),再用超声分散改进的二步种子溶胀聚合制备了聚苯乙烯-二乙烯苯(PSt-DVB)多孔微球。用光学显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)和比表面积孔径分布测定仪(BET)等对种子微球和多孔微球的表面形貌及孔结构进行了表征。结果表明,随分散介质极性的增大,所得PS种子微球的粒径变小,相对分子质量增大;固定种子微球用量,随着DBP和DVB用量的增加,交联微球比表面积上升、孔径下降。以乙醇为介质制备种子微球,当DBP体积为1.0 mL,DVB体积为8~10 mL时,能够得到4~7μm单分散性良好的多孔PSt-DVB微球。  相似文献

采用加入微量乳化剂(其浓度低于临界胶束浓度)的无皂乳液聚合法成功制备了单分散的聚苯乙烯(PS)微球。考察了聚合反应过程中的乳化剂浓度、单体浓度、引发剂浓度和离子强度等因素对PS微球粒径、单分散性和单体转化率的影响。用激光粒度仪和扫描电子显微镜对微球粒径、单分散性指数和表面形貌进行了表征。结果表明,改进的无皂乳液聚合法制备的PS微球具有粒径较小(100~350 nm)、单分散性好、转化率高等优点。  相似文献

以苯乙烯为单体,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为分散剂,采用连续分段添加引发剂的方法制备微米级的聚苯乙烯微球。研究了引发剂的添加方式,各组分用量变化对聚苯乙烯微球粒径和粒径分布的影响。结果表明:在反应过程中不断地补加引发剂可以保持活性自由基的生成速率,对聚苯乙烯微球的粒径和粒径分布有着重要的影响。在此基础上,通过改变各组分的用量可以制备出表面光洁,粒径在1.3μm左右的聚苯乙烯微球,且单分散性良好,单分散系数在1.02左右。  相似文献

以分散聚合合成的单分散聚苯乙烯微球作为种子微球,采用两步种子溶胀法制备多孔聚苯乙烯-二乙烯苯微球,并吸附玫瑰香精制备了香精多孔微球。利用马尔文激光粒度仪、比表面积孔径分布测定仪(BET)、热重分析仪(TGA)、扫描电镜(SEM)对种子微球和多孔微球的粒径、比表面积和孔结构、缓释性能、表观形貌进行了分析表征。结果表明:种球的粒径随着分散介质中无水乙醇体积分数的增大而增加;随着溶胀剂邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)用量的增加,多孔微球的平均粒径变大,分布变宽;随着交联单体二乙烯苯(DVB)用量增加,多孔微球平均粒径减小,分布变窄;以甲苯为致孔剂制备的多孔微球单分散性最好。当V(DBP):m(种球)=3:1,V(DVB):V(苯乙烯)=4:0时,制备的多孔微球的平均粒径约为4μm。以此多孔微球负载玫瑰香精,可以减缓香精的释放速率,提高起始分解温度,实现对香精的缓释。  相似文献

Despite its industrial importance, the subject of freeze-thaw (F/T) stability of latex coatings has not been studied extensively. There is also a lack of fundamental understanding about the process and the mechanisms through which a coating becomes destabilized. High pressure (2100 bar) freezing fixes the state of water-suspended particles of polymer binder and inorganic pigments without the growth of ice crystals during freezing that produce artifacts in direct imaging scanning electron microscopy (SEM) of fracture surfaces of frozen coatings. We show that by incorporating copolymerizable functional monomers, it is possible to achieve F/T stability in polymer latexes and in low-VOC paints, as judged by the microstructures revealed by the cryogenic SEM technique. Particle coalescence as well as pigment segregation in F/T unstable systems are visualized. In order to achieve F/T stability in paints, latex particles must not flocculate and should provide protection to inorganic pigment and extender particles. Because of the unique capabilities of the cryogenic SEM, we are able to separate the effects of freezing and thawing, and study the influence of the rate of freezing and thawing on F/T stability. Destabilization can be caused by either freezing or thawing. A slow freezing process is more detrimental to F/T stability than a fast freezing process; the latter actually preserves suspension stability during freezing. In 2002–2004, we examined the flight responses of 49 species of native and exotic bark and ambrosia beetles (Coleoptera: Scolytidae and Platypodidae) to traps baited with ethanol and/or (−)-α-pinene in the southeastern US. Eight field trials were conducted in mature pine stands in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Funnel traps baited with ethanol lures (release rate, about 0.6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to ten species of ambrosia beetles (Ambrosiodmus tachygraphus, Anisandrus sayi, Dryoxylon onoharaensum, Monarthrum mali, Xyleborinus saxesenii, Xyleborus affinis, Xyleborus ferrugineus, Xylosandrus compactus, Xylosandrus crassiusculus, and Xylosandrus germanus) and two species of bark beetles (Cryptocarenus heveae and Hypothenemus sp.). Traps baited with (−)-α-pinene lures (release rate, 2–6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to five bark beetle species (Dendroctonus terebrans, Hylastes porculus, Hylastes salebrosus, Hylastes tenuis, and Ips grandicollis) and one platypodid ambrosia beetle species (Myoplatypus flavicornis). Ethanol enhanced responses of some species (Xyleborus pubescens, H. porculus, H. salebrosus, H. tenuis, and Pityophthorus cariniceps) to traps baited with (−)-α-pinene in some locations. (−)-α-Pinene interrupted the response of some ambrosia beetle species to traps baited with ethanol, but only the response of D. onoharaensum was interrupted consistently at most locations. Of 23 species of ambrosia beetles captured in our field trials, nine were exotic and accounted for 70–97% of total catches of ambrosia beetles. Our results provide support for the continued use of separate traps baited with ethanol alone and ethanol with (−)-α-pinene to detect and monitor common bark and ambrosia beetles from the southeastern region of the US.  相似文献

Halyomorpha halys (Stål) (Pentatomidae), called the brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB), is a newly invasive species in the eastern USA that is rapidly spreading from the original point of establishment in Allentown, PA. In its native range, the BMSB is reportedly attracted to methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate, the male-produced pheromone of another pentatomid common in eastern Asia, Plautia stali Scott. In North America, Thyanta spp. are the only pentatomids known to produce methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate [the (E,Z,Z)-isomer] as part of their pheromones. Methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates were field-tested in Maryland to monitor the spread of the BMSB and to explore the possibility that Thyanta spp. are an alternate host for parasitic tachinid flies that use stink bug pheromones as host-finding kairomones. Here we report the first captures of adult and nymph BMSBs in traps baited with methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate in central Maryland and present data verifying that the tachinid, Euclytia flava (Townsend), exploits methyl (E,Z,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate as a kairomone. We also report the unexpected finding that various isomers of methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate attract Acrosternum hilare (Say), although this bug apparently does not produce methyl decatrienoates. Other stink bugs and tachinids native to North America were also attracted to methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates. These data indicate there are Heteroptera in North America in addition to Thyanta spp. that probably use methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates as pheromones. The evidence that some pentatomids exploit the pheromones of other true bugs as kairomones to find food or to congregate as a passive defense against tachinid parasitism is discussed.  相似文献
