中压交流气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(C-GIS)通常由于发热元器件全部密封在狭小的充气隔室空间内,热量很难有效排出。特别是对于仅充有微正压气体的大电流交流气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备,由于充气隔室内气体分子密度接近大气压条件下的分子密度,当开关柜额定电流大于等于3 150 A时,柜内发热尤其严重,严重的发热缩短了开关设备的运行寿命。文中通过对气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备发热与散热机理的分析和试验结果的对比,提出了额定电流4 000 A的气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备降低温升的一种设计方案。实验结果表明该方案可满足标准要求。  相似文献

为了减少温室气体排放,不用或少用含SF_6的中压开关设备是发展方向。文章介绍了中压环保气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备的发展现状、技术特点,分析了国内现有产品的主要技术参数以及应用情况,并与空气绝缘金属封闭开关设备和含SF_6的金属封闭开关设备进行了比较,指出中压环保气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备具有绿色环保、环境适应性强、体积小、高模块化等优势。围绕绝缘优化、温升控制、密封与检漏三个方面进行了分析和展望,对中压环保气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备的研制、改进与应用提供有益的参考。  相似文献

This paper describes insulation technology for 72/84 kV vacuum interrupter for a new cubicle-type gas insulated switchgear (CGIS). The insulation performance has been increased significantly by a multi-gap shield configuration around the ceramic surface, which resulted in a 40% volume reduction of the vacuum interrupter. The CGIS housing the vacuum interrupter also reduced by 40% in volume. 雷电流特征参数的测量对于研究雷电放电过程以及雷电防护有着十分重要的意义。介绍了一套多通道雷电流在线监测系统。使用自行研制的基于柔性罗氏线圈的雷电流传感器,通过电磁耦合把大的雷电流转化为低电压信号;采用高速数据采集处理单元对耦合出来的电压信号进行高速采集,保证信号的完整性和精确度;利用通用分组无线服务技术(GPRS)进行无线数据传输;利用专家分析查询系统对远程接收系统测得的雷电流波形信号分析处理,并对系统进行远程控制,保证系统稳定运行。系统经过在500 kV神保双回线路、500 kV太山双回线路实际运行,于2013年6月25日捕获了雷击500 kV架空输电线路实测波形,成功监测到雷电流幅值、波头时间等特征量,同时监测并记录雷电流全波波形数据,为雷电监测数据比对与仿真反演提供更全面的基础资料。  相似文献

A DC −1 MV insulating transformer has been developed for the power supply of the neutral beam injector (NBI ) at ITER (International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor) . A DC long‐pulse −1 MV insulation structure between the primary and secondary windings, considering potential variation in the insulator for DC long pulse, has been designed. Simultaneous development of a compound bushing, which consists of an AC 500 kV condenser bushing inside a cylindrical fiber‐reinforced plastic tube, has been carried out. The DC −1 MV insulation design has been verified by high‐voltage insulation tests of AC 50 Hz 1300 kV peak for 1 min, DC −1200 kV for 1 h, and a long‐duration test of DC −1060 kV for 5 h. The results showed that the insulating transformer satisfies the power supply requirements for the ITER NBI . Copyright © 2016 Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan. A new technique for optimal planning of MV and LV segments of a distribution system is presented in this paper. The main goal is to find optimally distribution transformer and substation locations and ratings, as well as, the route and type of Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) feeders. The proposed technique is applicable to both uniform and non-uniform load densities areas. In this method, the planning area is divided into regions with relatively uniform load density such as urban, semi-urban, sub-urban. Each of regions is divided into zones, called LV zone. Each LV zone is supplied by an MV/LV transformer. The dimensions of LV zones are found based on the average load of each region. The placement and rating of MV/LV transformers, the type and route of LV conductors in an LV zone all depend on its loads’ location and power. Regarding the placement and rating of MV/LV transformers in planning area and the space of regions, the dimensions of a zone which is supplied by a HV/MV transformer, called MV zone, is determined. Additionally, the location and rating of HV/MV transformers as well as the feeder's routes and types are calculated. Since the dimensions of an LV zone influence the associated length of MV feeder, the MV feeder cost needs to be included in the total cost associated with the LV zone. This requires the MV feeder type to be known to calculate the corresponding cost. However, the MV feeder type is determined as an output from MV zone planning. As a result, an iterative based method is proposed to consider this common element in computations to develop integrated planning of both LV and MV zones. It is observed that the iterative technique quickly converges to the same results as the exhaustive search method.Discrete particle swarm optimization (DPSO) method is employed for solving the planning problem. The results are compared with nonlinear programming, genetic algorithm and exhaustive search methods. It is observed that DPSO is as accurate as the exhaustive search method for integrated planning of MV-LV distribution systems while its computation time is significantly lower.  相似文献

This paper describes the design, implementation, and performance of a medium-size distribution-type static synchronous compensator (D-STATCOM) with the simplest two-level three-leg voltage-source converter (VSC) topology. Reactive-power control is achieved by phase-shift-angle control, and VSC harmonics are eliminated by selective harmonic elimination method (SHEM). VSC has been designed at the highest low-voltage level of 1 kV and connected to a medium-voltage (MV) bus through a low-pass input filter and $Delta/{rm Y}$ -connected MV/1-kV coupling transformer. At the MV side of D-STATCOM, line-current harmonics are minimized to comply with the IEEE Std. 519-1992 for the weakest supply conditions by applying 8-angle TLN2 elimination technique. This necessitates switching the water-cooled high-voltage insulated-gate bipolar transistor (HV-IGBT) modules at 850 Hz, thus eliminating 5th, 7th, 11th, 13th, 17th, 19th, 23rd, and 25th voltage harmonics at the input of VSC. By carefully designing the laminated bus system and selecting minimum stray-inductance dc-link capacitors directly mountable on the laminated bus, stray inductance of the commutation path is brought to a nearly absolute minimum of 60 nH, thus maximizing the utilization of wire-bond single-side cooled HV IGBTs and eliminating the need for resistor-capacitor-diode (RCD) clamping snubbers. The performance of SHEM, together with the phase-shift-angle control, has been tested in the field on a 0–1780-kVAr capacitive 6.3-kV VSC-based D-STATCOM ($-750/+900 hbox{kVAr}$ VSC) prototype. Field-test results show that SHEM, together with phase-shift-angle control, leads to optimum switching frequency and device utilization for HV IGBTs and high system performance at the expense of slower response as compared to the other known control techniques.   相似文献
