采用腐蚀失重试验、极化曲线法和扫描电镜研究了AZ91镁合金在不同成分的汽车发动机冷却液中的腐蚀速率,Tafel曲线和腐蚀形貌,分析了不同发动机冷却液对镁合金耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,组分为55%乙二醇+无机盐添加剂+有机羧酸的冷却液抑制AZ91镁合金腐蚀的效果最佳。  相似文献

研究了AZ91D、AM50、AM60铸造镁合金与A3钢、316L不锈钢、H62黄铜、LY12铝合金组成的电偶对分别在青岛和武汉现场暴晒3个月和6个月后的大气电偶腐蚀行为及规律.结果显示, 镁合金始终是电偶对的阳极; 当其与其它4种材料偶接时, 其腐蚀速率增加.镁合金与A3钢偶合后, 其大气电偶腐蚀效应最大, 而与LY12铝合金组成的电偶对的大气电偶腐蚀效应最小.不同镁合金的大气电偶腐蚀效应存在如下关系: γAZ91D>γAM50>γAM60.暴晒3个月后, 青岛的大气电偶腐蚀效应明显高于武汉的大气电偶腐蚀效应.随着暴晒时间的延长, 青岛和武汉的大气电偶腐蚀效应分别呈降低和升高的趋势.  相似文献

介绍了Mg合金的腐蚀原理、腐蚀类型以及合金元素在镁合金中的作用。综述了Mg合金的化学转化膜、阳极氧化、微弧氧化、化学镀等经典的表面处理方法 ,以及快速凝固工艺和表面改性技术对Mg合金表面耐蚀性能的影响。Mg合金易发生全面腐蚀、电偶腐蚀、点蚀、应力腐蚀和高温氧化。解决Mg合金腐蚀的方法有 :一是研究新合金 ,提高Mg合金自身的热力学稳定性 ,稀土Mg合金是最有前途的耐蚀合金 ;二是通过表面处理使Mg合金表面富SiO2 和Al2 O3 、含SiC和F-等物质或获得的非晶态的涂层结构能有效地提高Mg合金的耐蚀耐磨性能 ;三是改进加工工艺 ,快速凝固和激光退火不仅能获得力学性能优秀的Mg合金产品 ,还能获得纳米结构的表面涂层防护膜 ,提高Mg合金的耐蚀耐磨性能。使镁合金表面涂层结构纳米化、玻璃化是表面处理工艺的发展趋势。  相似文献

在浓度为50%和85%的乙二醇自制冷却液及商用冷却液中对镁及镁合金和纯铝进行了全浸腐蚀测试。结果表明:纯铝比纯镁更耐蚀;在同一浓度的冷却液中,AZ91D的腐蚀率小于AZ31的腐蚀率,而随着乙二醇浓度的提高,镁合金的腐蚀率下降。  相似文献

以AZ91镁合金为研究对象,研究了NaCl溶液的浓度、腐蚀时间、温度和搅拌速度对AZ91镁合金耐腐蚀性的影响。利用扫描电镜观察了腐蚀后的表面形貌和横截面形貌,定性分析了AZ91镁合金在NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,随NaCl溶液浓度、腐蚀时间、温度和搅拌速度增加,AZ91镁合金腐蚀速率主要呈递增趋势,且腐蚀形式为沿晶腐蚀。  相似文献

在北京大气环境下,研究AM60镁合金和不同金属材料(碳钢、不锈钢、黄铜和铝合金)偶接的电偶腐蚀行为规律。研究表明,镁合金作为阳极发生不同程度的电偶腐蚀,通过1a的北京大气环境下的暴露试验后,AM60镁合金的电偶腐蚀效应由强到弱的顺序为:碳钢、黄铜、不锈钢和铝合金,其中镁合金与LY12铝合金偶接的电偶腐蚀效应最小。通过与其它地区室外暴晒的镁合金电偶腐蚀效应的对比,表明环境因素影响着镁合金的电偶腐蚀效应。同时阴极材料、试验时间、试样尺寸(偶接面积)和试验环境都会对镁合金电偶腐蚀效应产生影响。经1a曝晒的AM60镁合金形成了具有保护性的腐蚀产物层阻碍了腐蚀发展。北京地区高自然降尘量导致金属表面湿润时间加大,从而加速了AM60镁合金的电偶腐蚀。采用XRD方法分析表面的腐蚀产物,用金相显微镜和扫描电镜(SEM)观察试样腐蚀后的表面形貌特征和腐蚀产物的结构,并用与之相连的能谱仪分析腐蚀产物中的元素组成。  相似文献

Corrosion action and passive mechanism of magnesium alloy in the fluoride solution were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS), and electrochemistry methods. The results show that an insoluble MgF2 film is generated on the surface of magnesium alloy activated in the hydrofluoric acid. And the mass of the deposited MgF2 film may reach a constant value, when the mass ratio of Mg/F on the magnesium alloy surface is fixed at 11.3-1. The activated magnesium alloy gains a 'passivation state' in a mixture of sulfuric acid and hydrofluoric acid at a volume ratio of less than 1.2. At the same time the mass of magnesium alloy is maintained as a function of the time. When the ratio is above 1.4, the mass of magnesium alloy rapidly decreases. The passive film formed through adsorption of HF2- (or H2F3-, H3F4-) ions by the deposited MgF2 film can protect the magnesium alloy from corrosion in fluoride solution, but not in non-fluoride solutions. The passive state is maintained for activated magnesium alloy in an acidic sulfuric nickel solution with added fluoride. If fluoride and carbonate are added to the acidic sulfuric nickel solution, a replacement reaction between magnesium alloy and solution takes place.  相似文献

研究了北京大气环境下,AM50镁合金作为阳极发生不同程度的电偶腐蚀行为规律。结果表明其中镁合金与LY12铝合金偶接的电偶腐蚀效应最小。通过与其他地区室外暴晒的镁合金电偶腐蚀效应对比,表明环境因素,尤其是试验开始初期阶段的大气环境状况对于镁合金初期电偶腐蚀行为有着重要的影响。同时阴极材料、试验时间、试样尺寸(偶接面积)和试验环境都会对镁合金电偶腐蚀效应产生影响。采用XRD分析表面的腐蚀产物,用金相显微镜和扫描电镜(SEM)观察试样腐蚀后的表面形貌特征和腐蚀产物的结构,并用与之相连的能谱仪分析腐蚀产物中的元素组成。  相似文献

The galvanic corrosion behaviors of Ni? C filled conductive silicon rubber (CSR) with different resistivity coupled to magnesium alloys were investigated in 3.5% sodium chloride solution at different temperatures. Such investigations were carried out by means of electrochemical measurement, weight‐loss determination, and surface characterization. The results indicated that the changes of CSRs' resistivity and the temperature of the electrolyte would affect the Tafel slope, cathodic corrosion current, and linear polarization resistance of the cathodic branch of the polarization curve. The lower the resistivity, the larger the average galvanic corrosion current density and the average galvanic corrosion rate of Mg alloys at the same temperature. The corrosion morphology revealed that the greater the corrosion current density, the more serious the corrosion on the surface of Mg alloys.  相似文献

研究压铸AZ91D镁合金在不同pH值的0.1mol/LNa2SO4溶液中的腐蚀行为,利用SEM、FTIR及XRD等手段对压铸AZ91D镁合金在Na2SO4溶液中的腐蚀速率、腐蚀产物形貌和腐蚀产物组分进行定量和定性分析。结果表明:压铸AZ91D镁合金在不同pH值Na2SO4溶液中的腐蚀速率顺序从高到低依次为pH2,pH4,pH7,pH9,pH12,酸性溶液的腐蚀速率大于碱性溶液的腐蚀速率;在Na2SO4溶液中,腐蚀产物主要为Mg(OH)2和MgAl2(SO4)4·22H2O,不同的pH值能改变腐蚀速率和腐蚀产物形貌;氯离子和硫酸根离子有不同的点蚀引发时间。  相似文献

采用微观分析、电偶腐蚀试验、极化曲线分析等方法对AZ91-xCe压铸镁合金(x=0,0.85,1.7%)的微观组织及电偶腐蚀行为进行了研究。结果表明:稀土Ce细化了-αMg、-βMg17Al12相,在合金中形成针状和块状金属间化合物Al11Ce3,通过优化合金微观结构,减少合金腐蚀表面的活性点,生成含有稀土氧化物的腐蚀产物膜,提高了AZ91镁合金的抗电偶腐蚀性能。  相似文献

The corrosion performance of sand cast MEZS, zirconium-grain-refined MEZR, sand cast AZ91S, and high pressure diecast AZ91D magnesium alloys were evaluated by means of salt spray testing, optical metallography, hydrogen evolution, polarisation curve measurement and AC impedance spectroscopy. The results show that the corrosion resistance of the four alloys can be ranked in decreasing order as AZ91D > AZ91S ≈ MEZR > MEZS and that the intergranular phases and chemical composition of the matrix phase have a significant influence on the corrosion performance. Alloys with a finer grain size and higher aluminum or zirconium contents exhibit better corrosion resistance.  相似文献

研究了AM60铸造镁合金与H62铜合金、LY12铝合金组成的电偶对在北京地区室外曝晒3个月和6个月后的大气电偶腐蚀行为及规律.结果表明:镁合金始终是电偶对中的阳极,当其与H62铜合金和LY12铝合金偶接时,其腐蚀速率增加1~7倍;镁合金与H62铜合金偶合后,其大气电偶腐蚀效应大于其与LY12铝合金组成的电偶对的大气电偶腐蚀效应;在6个月的实验周期内,随着曝晒时间的延长,镁合金在北京地区大气环境中的电偶腐蚀效应呈上升趋势;试样表面润湿时间短是造成AM60镁合金在北京曝晒第一个实验周期(2003.12~2004.2)的电偶腐蚀低于第二个由实验周期(2004.3~2004.5)的主要原因;北京地区高自然降尘量对镁合金电偶腐蚀将起到加速的作用.  相似文献

AZ series Mg alloys AZ31, AZ61, and AZ80 are widely applied in 3C (computer, communication, and consumer electronic) industry. Their corrosion characters in simulated sweat solution have been investigated by electrochemical technology, surface analysis, and pH measurements. Electrochemical test results showed that the three magnesium alloys revealed different corrosion resistance (Rt) in simulated sweat solution, Rt(AZ31) < Rt(AZ61) < Rt(AZ80). Three major components of simulated sweat solution played different roles during corrosion processes. Lactic acid was a kind of strong erosive medium for the magnesium alloys, and NaCl can induce pitting corrosion on alloys surface, while urea acted as a corrosion inhibitor. The corroded surface morphology of the three magnesium alloys was observed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and corrosion products were analyzed by X‐ray diffraction (XRD). Result of pH measurement tests showed that there were differences in climbing speed and final values of pH for the three magnesium alloys in simulated sweat solution.  相似文献

通过NaCl中性盐雾腐蚀试验定性地分析镁合金微弧氧化陶瓷层的耐蚀性,初步研究了陶瓷层表面微观结构对其耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:镁合金微弧氧化陶瓷层的微观组织结构的结合方式和生长方式直接影响其耐蚀性,微弧氧化试样的耐蚀性与陶瓷的厚度有关,陶瓷层厚度的增加并不一定能使其耐蚀性提高。  相似文献

为了调查BAl86SiMg钎料在乙二醇冷却液中的腐蚀行为,测量了BAl86SiMg钎料及其与3A21/6063铝合金构成电偶对时在乙二醇冷却液中的腐蚀速率,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱仪(EDS)和X光电子能谱(XPS)对腐蚀形貌和腐蚀产物进行了分析。结果显示:试样表面形成的Ca/Zn难溶性磷酸盐沉淀膜使BAl86SiMg钎料在乙二醇冷却液中的腐蚀为增重腐蚀,且腐蚀速率较低。BAl86SiMg钎料与3A21/6063铝合金可形成电偶对,加速钎料的腐蚀。  相似文献

本文针对可降解吸收的医用镁合金的耐腐蚀性较差、在临床上的应用受到了很大的限制的问题,介绍了3种典型医用镁合金耐腐蚀性能的变化和近几年有关可降解医用镁合金的腐蚀研究进展,总结了研究可降解医用镁合金耐腐蚀性能的实验方法和结果.结论 是未来医用镁合金既要充分发挥其可降解吸收的优点,又要把控好在人体服役期间的降解速度.  相似文献

Corrosion of magnesium alloys is an important issue for their applications in automobile and aerospace industry, pH values as a function of time in two types of simulated occluded corrosion cells (OCC) for magnesium alloys AZ80 and AM60 were measured. The influence of mass ratio of solution to material or liquid to solid ratio (L/S ratio), initial pH value and chemical compositions of solutions on pH value in OCC was discussed. The experimental results show that pH value for magnesium alloys increases gradually or rapidly in Occ, depending on L/S ratio, initial pH value of solution and chloride ions concentration etc, and then reaches up to 10.5 10.6 and finally stabilizes at the level. The onset in the pH value time curve corresponds to the precipitate of magnesium hydroxide according to the theoretical calculation.  相似文献
