当前我国建设工程的总体质量水平虽处于受控状态，但还有很大的上升空间，对影响工程质量的众多问题没有从实质上得到解决。通过对一些与工程质量相关问题的进一步反思，就“创建良好的工程质量氛围”、“工程质量的整改落实及监督方式的转变”、“施工资质与建筑物重要性的对等”等问题提出建议。

带支撑的钢框架梁柱节点的力学性能研究

针对钢框架腹板双角钢梁柱半刚性节点连接受力复杂、强度和刚度影响因素多等问题,应用非线性有限元软件ANSYS对带有支撑和无支撑的这种半刚性节点进行了数值模拟,分析比较了支撑对梁柱节点区域应力分布的影响,应力应变分布特征以及承载力的变化。结果表明:钢框架腹板双角钢梁柱半刚性节点加上支撑后,较大幅度的提高了节点的刚度和承载力,有效的转移了塑性铰,反复荷载作用下的滞回曲线更加饱满,拥有更好的抗震性能。

基坑降水对周围建筑桩基础沉降影响的研究

针对目前的计算理论很难考虑多因素耦合作用计算基坑降水引起的周围建筑桩基的沉降变形问题,采用大型有限差分程序FLAC3D,研究了基坑降水对周围建筑桩基础沉降变形的影响,对比了相同降水条件下,不同桩长的桩基沉降变形,得出了有益于以后工程实践的结论。
