金属基生物活性羟基磷灰石涂层材料的研究进展 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
羟基磷灰石(HA)是人体和动物的骨骼和牙齿的主要无机成分,人工合成的羟基磷灰石具有良好的生物相容性和生物活性,但质脆;医用金属材料具有较好的强度、韧性和优良的加工性能,但是生物相容性差。金属基生物活性HA涂层材料兼备金属材料优良的力学性能和生物陶瓷材料的生物相容性,成为近年来发展最为迅速的一种生物材料。本文简要评述了国内外金属基HA涂层材料的研究进展状况,主要介绍了制备金属基HA涂层材料的各种物理化学方法,提出了一些存在的问题和解决方法,展望了制备HA复合涂层的发展前景。 相似文献

Carbon nanotube reinforced hydroxyapatite composite coatings produced through laser surface alloying
Carbon nanotube (CNT) reinforced hydroxyapatite composite coatings have been successfully fabricated by laser surface alloying. The phase compositions and the microstructure of the composite coatings were studied using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). TEM observation showed that a large amount of CNTs can be found with their original tubular morphology in the composite coatings, even though some CNTs react with titanium element in the substrate during laser irradiation. Additionally, measurement on the elastic modulus, hardness of the composite coatings by nanoindentation tests indicated that the mechanical properties are affected by the amount of CNTs in the starting precursor materials. Therefore, CNT reinforced hydroxyapatite composite coating is a promising coating material for high-load-bearing metal implants. 相似文献

先用10mol/L的NaOH溶液处理镍钛片,随后采用电沉积法制备羟基磷灰石涂层。电沉积工艺参数为:硝酸钙0.042mol/L,磷酸二氢铵0.025mol/L,EDTA-2Na1.5×10-4mol/L,温度65℃,pH4.5,电流密度1mA/cm2,时间1h。采用扫描电镜、红外光谱仪和能谱仪对所得涂层进行表征。NaOH溶液处理有利于羟基磷灰石的生长。溶液中EDTA-2Na的存在不影响羟基磷灰石的生成,只是促使羟基磷灰石末端聚拢,使羟基磷灰石之间的空隙扩大,并减少涂层的CO3-2含量,增加OH-,有效减少了涂层的镍含量。 相似文献

Coating on prostheses and implantable devices is one of the ways to increase the osseointegration of these products. However, plasma spray techniques, that are normally used, present high complexity and high cost. In this work, a new methodology for coating with nanometric hydroxyapatite is presented, with a low cost and ease of production. The technique proposed involves the formation of a suspension of hydroxyapatite (HAp) and oil of turpentine (OT) and its application, with a paintbrush, on the titanium substrate. In order to qualify the process for medical devices, the properties of the titanium substrate, before and after the coating process, the calcium phosphate phases present and the adhesive bond of the coating were evaluated. The results indicated that thermal treatment does not affect the properties of ASTM F67 titanium in order to compromise the properties and the analyses, by X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy, proved that no formation of second phases of calcium phosphate occurred. The adhesive bond assay showed that the coating behaved according to ISO 13779–2, i.e., it had adhesive bond values higher than 15 MPa. The proposed new coating method proved promising for the titanium coating and is an alternative to the complex and high cost processes normally used in metal implants. 相似文献

Bone, a natural composite, comprises non-stoichiometric calcium hydroxyapatite (HAp) precipitated in a controlled reaction environment of a highly aligned, anisotropic organic template (type I collagen) that leads to its exotic tensile and compressive strength. It differs from stoichiometric hydroxyapatite in composition, crystallinity, and other physical and mechanical properties. In the present study, functionalized biomolecular template-induced precipitation of HAp on an SS 316 L substrate following biomimetic route exhibits distinct alterations in crystal growth and geometry, which in turn indicates the potential of the process to develop a non-stoichiometric HAp coating on metal implants. 相似文献

The effect of tin oxide and calcium phosphate on the strength of adhesion of material for an artificial tooth primer coat
to the metallic crown is considered. An alternative method for fast determination of the strength of adhesion of metal to
ceramics using a Micro Scratch Tester instrument is based on depositing a scratch on a finished coating with a diamond indenter.
It is found that the hydroxyapatite additive ensures the optimum adhesion.
