某低品位难选钼铅矿选矿试验研究

某低品位钼铅矿中钼铅矿物粒度较细且不均匀,部分细粒辉钼矿、方铅矿与脉石矿物之间呈包裹关系,难以分选。研究了浮选钼—重选铅—钼精矿浸出除铅流程。其中:浮选钼采用一次粗选—两次预精选—粗精矿再磨—四次精选流程,获得的钼精矿品位为53.68%,回收率为88.33%;钼精矿品质为特级。铅精矿品位为60.10%,回收率为36.58%;铅精矿品质为二级。分选效果较好。     

今年上半年中国钼精矿产量快速增长

据中国有色工业协会统计，今年上半年，我国钼精矿产量同比增长27．8％，而今年一季度我国钼精矿产量同比增长仅为0．2％。2006年1—6月份我国钼精矿产量列于表1。

钼精矿市场价格及市场前景钼精矿今年８月下旬的出厂价是：金堆城钼业公司Ｍｏ≥４５％２４７５０元／吨；粤北有色公司Ｍｏ≥４５％２２０５０元／吨。可是就在去年１—３月，钼精矿的价格却高达１００００元／吨。钼精矿价格的大起大落不取决于国内，而取决于国际市场。...     

ICP-OES法测定钼精矿及焙烧钼精矿中的钨量

钨含量高低是衡量钼精矿及焙烧钼精矿产品品质的重要指标之一,对其后续生产钼铁、钼金属制品的产品质量有重要影响,故钼精矿产品标准YS/T 231—2015和焙烧钼精矿产品标准GB/T 24481—2009都将其列为杂质含量指标。钼精矿及焙烧钼精矿中钨量的测定目前主要采用的方法为行标YS/T 555.8—2009,该方法通过过氧化钠熔融样品后三氯甲烷萃取分离钨钼,用硫氰酸盐分光光度法进行测定。试验采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定钼精矿及焙烧钼精矿中钨量,试验对分析谱线、共存离子干扰、分解方式和硫酸及磷酸用量等方面进行了考察,进行了精密度试验和方法比对,结果表明试验方法操作简便、准确度好、精密度高,且能延展方法下限。     

我国钼精矿销售中的几个问题

近年来我国钼精矿出口数量逐渐增加,预计到1990年我国钼精矿出口将达到2000吨以上。外商对我国出口的钼精矿均提出对铋元素含量的要求,而我国1982年发布的“钼精矿质量标准”(GB3200—82)中未对铋含量提出规定。国外各钼生产国及厂家钼精矿质量标准中除苏联外均对铋元素作了规定。现将美国、瑞典、苏联以及西德的钼精矿质量标准列表于下:     

福建某低品位铜钼多金属矿选矿工艺研究

福建某低品位铜钼多金属矿含Mo 0.051%、Cu 0.16%,矿石中钼、铜主要以辉钼矿、黄铜矿形态赋存,同时嵌布连生关系复杂,不利于铜钼分离。结合工艺矿物学分离结果确定了硫化矿混合浮选—混合精矿再磨—铜钼与硫分离—铜钼分离的选矿工艺流程,在经优化后的药剂制度条件下全流程闭路试验获得了钼精矿、铜精矿、硫精矿三个产品,钼精矿中Mo回收率达到了80.26%,铜精矿中Cu回收率达到了87.03%,实现了对该低品位铜钼多金属矿中金属资源的综合回收。     

用P-204及三辛胺萃取钼

<正> 钼精矿冶炼过程中无论用焙烧法还是湿法,总有一定量的钼进入烟尘或溶液中。如焙烧钼精矿的烟尘淋洗液中,一般含有8—12克/升钼。若每年处理300M~3这种淋洗液,就可回收2—3吨金属钼。为此,本工作对从用离子交换法提取铼后的焙烧钼精矿烟尘淋洗液中萃取回收钼进行了研究。     

用低品位钼粗精矿制备工业氧化钼试验研究

研究了用低品位钼粗精矿制备氧化钼,确定的工艺流程为钼粗精矿—氧化焙烧—多次循环碱浸—浸出液除磷—沉淀粗钼酸钙—除硫—沉淀钼—煅烧—氧化钼。试验结果表明:在580℃下氧化焙烧1.5h,9次循环碱浸,钼平均浸出率为85.42%;浸出液中除磷、硫过程中,钼回收率分别为99.64%、99.66%;钼综合回收率为84.82%,所得产品符合GB/T 24482—2009工业氧化钼质量要求。     

从叶拉齐捷斑岩铜矿中综合提取钼与黄铁矿的工艺

用优先浮选法从浮选叶拉齐捷斑岩钼铜矿所得的混合精矿中分选钼精矿。在调和稠密矿浆后以 NaS_2及 NaHS 抑制铜矿物。所得钼精矿含 Mo 为43.46%,Mo 产率为84.8%。其尾矿进行浓密及分选。用二段浮选以分选钼精矿及黄铁矿精矿。黄铁矿精矿含硫>45%,铜精矿含铜26—28%。

熔炼次数对M17返回料合金成分、组织和性能的影响

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。
