对具有高维数据特征的直觉模糊决策问题进行了研究,定义了直觉模糊张量的一般形式和运算法则;建立了基于直觉模糊张量的广义直觉模糊加权平均算子,探索了广义直觉模糊加权平均算子的基本性质;证明了广义直觉模糊加权平均算子是直觉模糊加权平均算子的一般形式。提出了基于广义直觉模糊加权平均算子的决策方法,通过算例验证了该方法能够有效解决具有高维数据特征的直觉模糊决策问题。  相似文献

判定区间q阶orthopair模糊数(IVq-ROFNs)排序关系是解决区间q阶orthopair模糊(IVq-ROF)决策问题的关键环节,而可能度测度是重要工具之一.针对现有得分函数、精确函数和可能度测度无法处理的反直觉问题,提出一种基于IVq-ROF可能度的多属性决策方法.首先,定义IVq-ROF环境下的可能度测度,并讨论其相关性质;然后,通过解决反直觉问题的例子说明本文所提IVq-ROF可能度测度的可行性和优势性;最后,构建基于IVq-ROF可能度的多属性决策模型,并由两个算例分析现有可能度在IVq-ROF环境中扩展的适用性,验证本文所提方法的有效性与合理性.  相似文献

指出<卓越绩效评价准则>实施中排序决策的重要意义.提出用语言变量表示作为排序基础的两两对象的比较评价,且用模糊三角数来表示相对属性判断值.提出一组对象比较时的相对属性测度、模糊测度矩阵、模糊相对属性权重向量等概念.并在对模糊相对属性权重向量清晰化的基础上最终完成对一组对象的排序.举出某公司供应商选优方案排序的示例,由3名评判者对4个供应商从供应品质量、供应品价格、供应时间、诚信程度4个方面进行排序,在两两比较基础上,应用三角模糊数方法实现选优,最终结果为u1>u2>u4>u3.  相似文献

动态变化的实际决策环境使得决策者的决策偏好发生变化,进而使决策者在不同时间点的决策信息发生变化,从而影响决策结果.因此,考虑决策者信息变化的多属性群决策问题是一个值得关注的问题.进而提出了考虑决策信息变化的多属性群决策方法,以获得更加符合实际的评价结果.首先,基于专家共识最大化的原则,根据专家对决策单元属性的评价信息构建非线性规划模型求解专家权重,根据专家对决策单元属性评价信息的变化调整专家权重;其次,基于结构熵权法,根据专家对属性的排序信息确定属性权重,根据专家对属性重要性排序的变化调整属性权重,采用EDAS方法对决策单元进行排序.最后,采用供应商评价的算例验证了所提出方法的可靠性及有效性.  相似文献

为充分利用梯形模糊数的信息,本文定义了梯形模糊数上一种新的距离,证明了该距离具有完备性。利用这种距离,针对梯形模糊数上的多属性决策问题,给出了一种基于理想点的决策方法。对属性权重的"归一化"处理使得这种方法具有简单易行的优点,最后以实例说明了该方法的有效性。  相似文献

生产商选择合适的物流供应商有利于降低营运成本,提高竞争优势.高效的第三方物流活动在增强企业核心竞争力、降低企业成本等方面起着重要作用.针对传统的熵值和熵权计算公式的不足,提出改进的熵权计算公式.同时把专家的主观权重和样本自身产生的熵权相结合,通过一定的方式混合加权作为不确定属性的权重.在此基础上结合多属性决策模型建立多属性决策评价方法.该方法将主、客观分析相结合,具有一定的优势:既减少了决策问题的主观性,又使得整个评价过程能够量化,有效解决了第三方物流供应商选择评价中的不确定多属性决策问题.最后通过实例分析证明该方法的可行性和有效性.  相似文献

针对多属性决策存在的复杂性和不确定性问题,提出基于区间二型模糊平均解距离法 (evaluation based on distance from average solution,EDAS) 的多属性决策方法。采用区间二型模糊集合 (interval type-2 fuzzy sets,IT2FS) 表达评价信息解决专家的偏好信息存在个体化差异问题,并纳入EDAS对备选方案进行排序。以区间二型模糊数表达评价信息构建决策矩阵,以计算得到的综合评价值的去模糊化结果作为最终的方案排序依据。针对EDAS中属性权重需要从外部获取的问题,采用区间二型模糊集合改进的最优最劣法 (best-worst method,BWM) 确定属性权重。最后,以某汽车制造企业选购新能源汽车云服务方案为例,验证所提方法的有效性。  相似文献

The Taguchi method is a powerful method of solving quality problems in various fields of engineering. However, this method was developed to optimize single-response processes. In many multi-response optimization problems, the important response is determined subjectively, based on knowledge or experience. However, using only exact numbers to represent this importance is problematic, because there is uncertainty and vagueness. The concept of intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) is a powerful method for characterization, using a membership function and a non-membership function. This paper proposes an efficient VIKOR method that optimizes multi-response problems in intuitionistic fuzzy environments. The importance weights of various responses are evaluated in terms of IFSs. In the proposed method, the similarity measure between IFSs is used to determine the crisp weights of the responses. This scheme eliminates the need for complicated intuitionistic fuzzy arithmetic operations and increases efficiency in solving multi-response optimization problems in intuitionistic fuzzy environments. Two case studies: plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition and a double-sided surface mount technology electronic assembly operation are used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

Planning of an automated digitization or inspection process takes time and requires experience. The accuracy of digitization and inspection depends directly on the planning of digitization strategies. This paper uses the fractional factorial experimentation approach to investigate the relationship between digitizing (inspection) uncertainty and digitizing (inspection) parameters with a coordinate-measuring machine (CMM). The parameters include travel speeds, pitch, probe angles (part orientations), probe sizes and feature sizes. Robust digitization (inspection) strategies are identified given the part geometry, dimensions and accuracy. Finally, future research directions are highlighted.  相似文献

基于决策者对风险的不同态度以及决策会受到人有限理性等复杂心理机制的影响;针对选取决策方案时所带来的区间数排序问题提出两种区间数排序方法。首先引入双参数来代表决策者的风险偏好以及衡量该决策者为了目标所作出的让步;由此给出一个全序来对区间数进行比较;且参数通过极大熵选取也使得排序方法较为科学合理;接着引入前景理论来体现决策者在不确定性情况下;非理性心理对于决策的影响并给出区间数排序的第二种方法。最后;通过既有案例来对已有的区间数排序方法与所提方法进行比较分析;验证了第一种双参数法在改变不同的参数后;能够包两种方法所得到的结果;从而双参数法应用更为广泛;第二种前景理论方法考虑了人们面临得失时的心理行为;决策结果更符合实际。  相似文献

针对全球价值链环境下供应商科学决策问题,提出基于不确定语言术语的多准则群决策模型。首先分别提取专家的偏好信息,将偏好信息转化为犹豫模糊语言术语,引入不确定语言变量进行词计算;其次,运用包络算子融合专家的偏好信息形成犹豫模糊语言术语集,设计集成准则权重的相对贴近度进行产品供应商排序,确定最满意供应商;此外,引入信息熵求解决策过程无先验知识的多准则权重;计算结果表明:3种信息熵参数条件下最满意汽车零部件供应商选择结果完全一致,基于相对贴近度值的供应商优劣排序结果相对于信息熵参数变化不敏感;验证了所提模型可行性、有效性和稳定性,为汽车零部件供应商的实际评价与选择提供有益借鉴。  相似文献

In new product development, design teams commonly need to define engineering characteristics (ECs) in a quality function deployment (QFD) planning process. Prioritising the engineering characteristics in QFD is essential to properly plan resource allocation. However, the inherent vagueness or impreciseness in QFD presents a special challenge to the effective calculation of the importance of ECs. Generally, there are two types of uncertain input in the QFD process: human perception and customer heterogeneity. Many contributions have been made on methods to prioritise ECs. However, most previous studies only address one of the two types of uncertainties that could affect the robustness of prioritising ECs. To address the two types of uncertainties simultaneously, a novel fuzzy group decision-making method that integrates a fuzzy weighted average method with a consensus ordinal ranking technique is proposed. An example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. Results of the implementation indicate that the robustness of prioritising ECs based on the proposed approach is better than that based on the method of Chen et al. (Chen, Y., Fung, R.Y.K., Tang, J.F., 2006. Rating technical attributes in fuzzy QFD by integrating fuzzy weighted average method and fuzzy expected value operator. 针对属性权重未知的重大民生决策事项,提出了一种基于公众双重评价的多属性大群体决策方法.首先,根据公众给出的双重评价信息确定各方案的属性值和整体表现情况.然后分别计算各方案属性值与认可度之间、属性值与非认可度之间的关联水平,根据两类关联度测度结果确定属性权重的取值区间.以所有方案属性值的信息离差度最小化为目标构建优化模型确定属性权重.利用TOPSIS法对方案进行排序,确定最优方案.最后通过算例对本文提出的方法进行验证.根据算例验证结果可知,本文提出的方法可以将公众评价信息融入决策活动之中,以此为依据确定相关决策信息和属性权重,使得决策结果能够充分反映民意,确保决策的有效性.  相似文献

This study introduces an innovative method to implement Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) in an Intuitionistic Fuzzy (IF) environment and targets inherent limitations of traditional FMEA, particularly its reliance on precise numerical values that can lead to human subjectivity and compromise accuracy of analysis. The primary aim is to increase the objectivity in evaluating Failure Modes (FMs) in industrial settings, thus enhancing safety and quality assessments. The novel approach integrates the Measurement Alternatives and Ranking according to the Compromise Solution (MARCOS) method within an IF framework. An implementation at a defense industry company is performed for evaluation of the FMs by four Decision Makers (DMs), each possessing different levels of experience and system knowledge. A key innovation of this study is the unique weighting methodology applied to DMs, based on predefined rules, which acknowledges and quantifies their varied expertise and insights. Our methodology significantly contributes to the study's practicality and significance in ranking FMs, emphasizing its effectiveness, robustness, and accuracy. The findings reveal that this method greatly reduces the subjectivity found in traditional FMEA, also providing a more detailed and reliable assessment. This is achieved by adapting the analysis to the specific knowledge levels of the DMs, leading to more dependable and objective quality evaluations in industrial processes. The application of this method in the real-world setting demonstrates its practical relevance and potential for wider adoption.  相似文献
