采用化学染色法对化学镀银涤纶织物进行着色处理,获得了具有红色,黑色,桃红色等色彩的镀银织物,借助SEM分析了镀层的表面形貌,并测试了着色织物的色牢度.结果表明,着色织物的刷洗色牢度和摩擦色牢度基本能够满足使用要求.焙烘温度120℃,时间15min时,着色效果较好. 相似文献

采用化学镀技术,实现了涤纶针织物表面镀银-镍-铜,借助SEM、EDX和TG对镀层表面形貌、成分以及热性能进行了测试分析,并测试了化学镀织物的电磁波屏蔽效能和拉伸性能.结果表明,涤纶针织物化学镀银-镍-铜后热分解温度有所下降:镀银-镍-铜织物的电磁波屏蔽效能明显好于镀银-镍双层织物和镀镍织物;镀层的致密性和金属成分对电磁波屏蔽效能影响显著;化学镀涤纶针织物的应力-应变曲线同时具有金属和涤纶长丝的拉伸特性.主要受金属镀层厚度的影响. 相似文献

针对电磁辐射污染问题,应用棉/莫代尔纱线(CM)、镀银纱线(SP)、涤纶/棉纱线(PC)和涤纶长丝(PF)4种纱线织造13种织物,并对其中8种织物进行表面石墨涂层处理,应用矢量网络分析仪测试了不同比例镀银纱线织物和不同结构石墨涂层织物的电磁屏蔽效能。试验结果显示,镀银纱线织物的电磁屏蔽效能低于具有均匀银镀层的市售机织物和针织物;镀银纱线织物的表面电阻随着镀银纱线含量的增加而降低,电磁屏蔽效能随着镀银纱线含量的增加而增加。石墨涂层CM/PC织物和石墨涂层CM/PF织物的表面电阻在20~40 kΩ/cm,其最大的电磁屏蔽效能分别为1.2 dB和4.2 dB。 相似文献

探讨镀银纤维在纱线、织物中的分布均匀性对抗茵性的影响.采用琼脂平皿法分别对镀银纤维、镀银纤维介入织物不同技术路线的纱线及其嵌织织物试样的抗茵性进行了测试与分析,结果表明:镀银纤维具有良好的抗菌溶出性,进行抗菌织物设计时,在满足临界用量要求的前提下,可选择混纺、包芯、交捻、交织等多种技术手段开发抗茵织物,但应注意不同的技术手段对分布均匀性要求的差异. 相似文献

This study aimed to investigate the optimal electroless silver plating conditions on poly (ethylene terephthalate) (PET) to develop electromagnetic shielding fabrics by comparison with two different activation agents (silver nitrate mixture and palladium chloride mixture). The add-on yield and thickness of plated fabrics were improved when the electroless silver plating was performed after the activation by silver nitrate mixtures compared to the activation by palladium chloride mixtures. The stability of plated surfaces after the activation by silver nitrate mixtures was proved after laundering by surface morphology and electromagnetic wave shielding effectiveness. The electroless silver plating condition was optimized to temperature of 15 °C, plating time of 30 min, dextrose concentration of 45 g/L, and silver nitrate concentrations as a plating material of 50 g/L. The electromagnetic wave shielding effectiveness and electrical conductivity of plated fabrics were maintained even after repeated laundering cycles. Electron probe microanalysis was concluded that the silver was attached on plated PET surfaces, and about 17.8% of silver was observed by inductive coupled plasma spectrometer. 相似文献

Metallized textile has metallic color with reflective effect and smooth handle. The electroless copper plating on fabric using hypophosphite as a reducing agent is feasible process for design application. This study aims to investigate the appearance of the copper-plated Green-PN fabric produced by electroless plating with different deposition conditions including different nickel sulfate concentrations and pH of plating bath. Various colors were produced after the copper-plated fabrics had been exposed to the copper plating bath at 85°C and pH 8.5 for different time. Design application of the electroless copper plating on Green-PN fabric and Black-CVPN fabric was carried out. The electroless copper plating could change the original appearance of the fabric through the deposition of copper particles on the fabric surface. The final pattern was well-defined using many details such as lines and forms created by the design methods. The study laid the foundation of the electroless copper plating for textile design. 相似文献

为开发智能柔性传感器及具有防护功能的金属化导电纺织材料,采用高温无钯活性镍源和化学镀的方法制备涤纶镀镍非织造布。分析了镀覆温度、镀液pH值、镀覆时间、主盐浓度对涤纶非织造布电阻的影响,并测试了镀镍非织造布的导电性、保暖性和抗电磁辐射性能。得到涤纶非织造布化学镀镍最佳工艺:主盐硫酸镍浓度为0.1 mol/L, 镀覆温度为50 ℃,pH值为9,时间为60 min。结果表明:采用最佳工艺制备的镀镍非织造布的方块电阻下降至0.114 Ω/□,导电性能优异;且镀镍后非织造布热阻提高,克罗值增加,传热系数降低,在100~3 000 MHz范围内屏蔽效能增加,具有较好的保暖性和抗电磁辐射性能;涤纶表面镀层致密平整,镀层主要成分为金属镍。 相似文献

The aim of the study is to investigate design effects of the electroless metal plated fabrics in order to meet the requirement of high technical and apparel applications by using tie-dyeing technique. The appearance of nickel plated and nickel/copper multilayer plated fabrics obtained under different conditions and tie-dyeing technique was investigated, respectively. Metallized textile design by nickel and copper was developed using tie-dyeing method. The nickel/copper multilayer plated fabric indicates that the color changfe from red to gray is with respect to an increase of thickness of the nickel deposits. The resisting effects by using tie-dyeing on the metallized fabrics depend entirely on the texture and strength of the tie-dyeing conditions used. The study reveals that metallized textiles design by combining electroless plating and tie-dyeing are promising for decorative and fashion application. 相似文献

本论文研究了脂肪酶处理工艺参数对涤纶亲水性能的影响。利用涤纶面料的毛细效应表征其亲水性能。扫描电镜(SEM)结果表明,脂肪酶对涤纶纤维表面分子进行了降解,涤纶表面变得比较粗糙。水接触角从未处理时的121.5°降到处理后的59°,涤纶面料的亲水性的到显著改善。随着处理浓度和时间的增加,涤纶面料的芯吸高度增加。涤纶面料的芯吸高度随着处理液pH值和处理温度的增加先升高后降低。较佳的处理液pH值和处理温度分别为7和40℃。实验结果表明,脂肪酶作为一种清洁能源对涤纶面料亲水性的改善是可行的。 相似文献
