针对现在高精度油耗仪设计复杂的问题,介绍了一种使用光学CCD传感器测量发动机油耗的方式,并且设计了以单片机为核心的智能测量仪器。介绍了系统的测量原理、单片机的测量控制电路及程序流程,以及测量上位机软件的设计。该油耗仪功能强、精度高、可搭载在行驶的汽车使用,较为方便,可挂载到汽车上进行实时试验,提高了油耗仪的测量效率。  相似文献

为了研究太阳光照射条件下汽车内各个部位及车内空气温度的变化规律,设计了无线多点温度采集系统。该方案以STC89C52单片机为核心,采用DS18B20集成温度传感器测量车内各部位的温度,通过nRF905射频无线收发模块进行无线数据传输,使用VB语言编写上位机监控程序,将测量数据发送到上位机监控软件进行显示和数据保存。该温度采集系统实现了汽车室内外温度数据的多点测量、无线传输、数据显示与数据自动保存,为研究车内温度变化规律提供了实际的数据。  相似文献

为辅助《检测技术与仪表》课程综合实验教学、改善实验教学质量,以单片机数据采集系统为例,提出了基于LabVIEW和Proteus的虚拟数据采集系统设计方法.利用Proteus中的AT89C51单片机作为下位机,实现数据采集、数据显示及向上位机传输数据功能.以LabVIEW软件为平台构建上位机系统,实时采集下位机数据,对采集的数据进行保存和分析处理,按需要回放存储数据.利用Virtual Serial Port Driver 6.0虚拟的一对串口实现上位机与下位机之间的通信.实验结果表明,设计的虚拟数据采集系统与实际系统实验结果一致.  相似文献

针对传统尺寸测量系统处理速度慢、测量精度低等问题,设计了一种基于多FPGA技术和高灵敏度线阵CCD图像采集单元的高速尺寸测量系统。该系统采用延迟锁相环技术实现时钟同步,调用FPGA内部存储器IP核,并引入乒乓操作的异步FIFO设计对数据进行缓存,再由接口电路传输至上位机,实现对多参数物体测量。各子模块功能均在Xilinx FPGA的编译环境ISE中进行综合,使用MODELSIM工具进行时序仿真。实验结果表明,该系统可以满足高精度、高速实时测量的要求。  相似文献

基于物联网进行汽车智能测距,可以实现汽车车距的准确控制,对汽车安全设计和智能防撞控制具有重要意义。传统的汽车测距系统设计方法采用多处理器接口测距方法,随着物联网中汽车节点数据增加而测距效果不好。提出基于传感节点数据融合和分布式程序控制的汽车智能测距系统设计方法。首先构建汽车智能测距系统设计的总体模型,给出基于宽带自模糊度特征提取的车辆测距算法。基于物联网的汽车智能测距系统包括了超声波雷达信号的声学基阵、测距雷达信号收发转换和功率放大器以及模拟信号预处理机这三大部分。系统具有测距数据的测量、智能测距的回波模拟、多车道数据记录分析、上位机通信、多通道可编程信号处理等功能。采用TI5000系列DSP进行测距核心编程,实现系统硬件模块设计和软件编程设计。实验结果表明,采用该系统,具有较好的测距精度,稳定性和可靠性较好。  相似文献

系统作为一个海洋赤潮检测的一个子项目,需要实现对采样海水水藻浓度的稀释以及检测。系统由PC机构成上位机,单片机作为下位机。利用LabVIEW图形界面设计的强大功能实现上位机的界面设计以及程序设计。使用LabVIEW的串行模块实现与下位机的通信。下位机部分采用成本低廉的单片机AT 89C52,以RTX51嵌入式实时多任务操作系统为核心构建数据采集控制系统。既充分利用了LabVIEW的强大功能,又充分利用RTX51操作系统提高了系统的稳定性。  相似文献

Online engineering practice is offering nowadays new potentials for training of measurement technologies and experimental procedures. In a laboratory mainly devoted to Instrumentation for Measurement by hands-on activity in engineering fields, students and engineering professionals are using, at present, online experiments in a blended-learning approach. A set of experiments has been designed and developed as well as some virtual simulators. The experiments integrated in a Moodle platform are using a web-server system based on LabVIEW 7.1, linked to them by data acquisition interface cards, a video server, and a booking system developed as an extension of the Moodle platform. This paper reports a particular setup specially designed for remotely measuring and determining mechanical material properties and its combination with the design of a highly interactive user interface. The user may remotely conduct the experiment, getting numerical, graphical, and live video output information and receiving e-mailed experimental results.   相似文献

设计了一套基于USB 2.0高速串行总线的数据采集系统,实现了某超光谱成像仪研制过程中的光谱图像数据采集、传输、显示与存储。系统的软硬件设计综合应用了USB、LVDS、时钟数据恢复、8B/10B编码、乒乓缓存、多线程和DirectDraw等技术.相对于传统的基于ISA/PCI总线的成像光谱仪数据采集系统,该设计支持热插拔和总线供电,具有低功耗、小型化和轻量化等特点,对类似数据采集系统的设计具有参考和借鉴意义。  相似文献

Capturing high quality palmprint images in a very short time period is a fundamental step in palmprint research. While a palmprint scanner capable of this function is especially important for developing a real-time online palmprint identification system, limited research effort has been put into designing and implementing palmprint acquisition systems. A novel palmprint acquisition system is presented, which is designed for various civilian applications such as access control, ATM, etc. The novel contactless design on the user interface prevents the distortion of the palm skin introduced by the traditional glass plate of a palm scanner. The system is designed to have the best performance at reasonable price. It has a resolution of 150 dpi that is able to obtain palmprint features, including the principal lines, wrinkles and ridge texture. The proposed system provides an important step for implementing a personal identification system using palmprint. Over 9,400 palmprint images were collected by the proposed system. An online palmprint identification system was then developed based on the proposed acquisition system.  相似文献

This article describes the design, dynamic modelling and experimental validation of a new three-degree-of-freedom flexible arm which is suitable for industrial applications. The arm was designed on the assumption that all its mass was concentrated at the tip. In keeping with this, the arm was built with very lightweight links, and all the actuators were located at its base. A second feature is a special mechanical configuration that approximately decouples radial tip motion from angular tip motions; i.e. the first actuator produces an azimuthal movement, the second actuator produces an elevation movement and the third produces an approximately radial movement. From the dynamics point of view, this new mechanism also decouples the forces transmitted by the actuators to the tip of the arm, i.e. the torque generated by each actuator produces a tip force which is orthogonal to the forces produced by any of the other actuators. On the assumption that all the mass is concentrated at the tip, a compliance matrix can be used to model the oscillations of the structure. Then, dynamics of the arm becomes very simple (a lumped single mass model instead of the usual distributed mass model), and its control system can be significantly simplified: minimum sensing effort is required (only motor and tip measurements are needed), and PID controllers combined with a dynamic inversion subsystem can be used. These design specifications have been experimentally validated on the prototype we have built. Experimental identification of the dynamics has confirmed the validity of the assumption of a single mass concentrated at the tip. A flexible manipulator of simplified dynamics has been built and tested which is much lighter than equivalent standard industrial robots.  相似文献

In recent years, the realization of a haptic system has been desired strongly in the fields of medical treatment and expert's skill acquisition. An integrated system design of the analysis of the interaction between a robot and the environment required for stable contact operation, an observation method of the reaction force from the environment, and the architecture of a bilateral control system are absolutely essential for acquisition and reproduction of a vivid tactile sensation. In this paper, a haptic training system is realized based on multilateral control. The law of action and reaction is attained by three robots. Bilateral control is extended, and multilateral control is introduced. Multilateral control is designed similarly as bilateral control based on modal decomposition; force is controlled in the common mode, and position is controlled in the differential mode. The scaling factors of position and force are set independently. Therefore, it is possible to change a trainer's assistant force according to a trainee's skill level. The proposed training system based on multilateral control will be a fundamental technology for the evolution of haptic devices  相似文献
