利用化学平衡法研究了1250℃下的SiO2-CaO-FeO-Fe3O4(Fe2O3)-ZnO渣系Fe3O4含量与其它组元的关系。结果表明,在工业炼铅炉渣的成份范围内,SiO2的含量升高,Fe3O4的含量就下降,CaO含量升高,Fe3O4的含量也升高;FeO含量的变化,对Fe3O4的含量影响不大。  相似文献

The single crystal growth of stoichiometric host luminescent crystal Na_5Eu(WO_4)_4 has been investigated.Using Na_2WO_4 as a flux,the optimum conditions to grow a pure single crystal by flux-slow-cooling methodhave been determined.A high optical quality single crystal of dimention 4.5 mm has been grown,which is thelargest one as we know so far.The micro-hardness of Na_5Eu(WO_4)_4 single crystal is 3.46×10~3 MPa.Itsrefractive index is 1.81 in white light wavelength region and the specific gravity is 5.65 g/cm~3.The fluorescentand excitation spectra have been determined and the reason of the fluorescent quench of ~5D_2 and ~5D_1 to ~7F_jof Eu~(3 )can be explained as multi-phonon non-radiation transition.  相似文献

The photoluminescence(PL) properties of Ca4YO(BO3)3 doped with Bi3+,Dy3+,and Pr3+ ions were investigated.These compounds were prepared using a typical solid-state reaction.The excitation and emission spectra were measured using a spectrofluorometer.For Ca4YO(BO3)3:Bi3+,the excitation spectrum showed the bands at about 228,309,and 370 nm which correspond to the 1S0→1P1 transition and the 1S0→3P1 transition of Bi3+ ions.The emission band at 390 nm corresponded to the 3P1→1S0 transition of Bi3+ ions.For Ca4YO(BO3)3:Bi3+,Dy3+,energy transfer occurred from Bi3+ to Dy3+ somewhat.In Ca4YO(BO3)3:Bi3+,Dy3+,Pr3+,the excitation band at 367 nm was enhanced obviously due to the energy migration from Bi3+ to Pr3+,which converted efficiently the emission of semiconductor InGaN based light-emitting diode(LED).Therefore,the emission of Dy3+ ions was enhanced due to the energy migration from the process of Bi3+→Pr3+→Dy3+.It resulted in the good color rendering.  相似文献

Raman and infrared spectra of host luminescent crystal Na_5Eu(WO_4)_4 in several different geometric con-figurations have been investigated.The symmetrical species of lattice vibrational modes of the crystal have beenanalysed by means of the site group analysis method of group theory.The experimental vibrational modes havebeen assigned to A_g,B_g,E_g,A_u and E_u of crystal factor group C_(4h).Because the energies of stretchingvibrational modes of(WO_4)~(2-)ion groups are very high(in the range of 755~940 cm~(-1)),multiphononnonradiative transitions of ~5D_2→~5D_1 and ~5D_1→~5D_0 in Eu~(3 )will occur.So it causes Eu~(3 )ions inNa_5Eu(WO_4)_4 to emit ~5D_0→~5F_j(j=1,2,3,4)emissions mainly at room temperature and the emission light ofNa_5Eu( WO_4)_4 has high red colour purity.  相似文献

The thermoluminescence (TL) properties of Ce3+ doped NaSr4(BO3)3 phosphor under the β-ray irradiation were reported. The polycrystalline sample was synthesized by high temperature solid-state reaction. The TL glow curve of NaSr4(BO3)3:Ce3+ phosphor was com-posed of only one peak. TL kinetic parameters of NaSr4(BO3)3:Ce3+ were deduced by the peak shape method, the activation energy (E) was 0.590 eV and the frequency factor was 1.008×106s-1. TL dose response was linear in the range of measurement. The 3-dimensional (3D) TL emission spectrum was also recorded, the emission spectrum consisted of two bands located at 441 and 479 nm respectively, corresponding to the characteristic 4f05d1→2F(5/2,7/2) transitions of the Ce3+ ion. The fading behavior of the NaSr4(BO3)3:Ce3+ phosphor over a period of 15 d was also studied.  相似文献

用高频悬浮炉熔炼了Gd4(BixSb1-x)3系列合金,利用X光粉末衍射技术确定其结构。在1.3T的磁场下,利用自制的△Tad-T曲线测量仪直接测量了该系列合金的磁热效应。发现Gd4(BixSb1-x)3系列合金在低磁场下具有较大的磁热效应,通过改变Bi的含量,其居里温度在267K~332K温度之间增加,从而在一个较宽的温度范围内能获得较大的绝热温变。在对退火前后的样品进行△Tad-T测量后,发现其热稳定性很好。实验结果说明Gd4(BixSb1-x)3系列合金是一种性能良好的磁致冷材料。  相似文献

本文主要通过变温穆斯堡尔谱等手段研究金属间化物(Sm(1-x)Dyx)2Fe(17)Ny(x=0.4;2<y<3)的自旋重取向现象,进而对其中的各向异性产生机制进行分析。由实验结果得出Dy次格子的单轴各向异性较强,导致在150K~100K较低温度下出现自旋重取向现象。  相似文献

以LiCO3、V2O5、NH4H2PO4为原料,采用碳热还原法合成锂离子电池正极材料Li3V2(PO4)3(LVP).根据TG分析得到制备样品的温度范围.对所得材料分别进行了XRD、粉末微电极循环伏安及恒电流充放电测试.XRD分析表明, 850 ℃煅烧所得样品特征衍射峰型尖锐,晶体结构发育良好,为纯相的Li3V2(PO4)3;循环伏安测试表明,锂离子脱嵌分三步进行,循环伏安曲线对称性好;合成的正极材料在7 mA/g恒流充放电,首次充、放电比容量分别为129.8 mA·h/g、116.8 mA·h/g,充放电效率达90%,循环性能有待提高.材料中过量碳的加入提高了其充、放电比容量,使其循环性能有所改善.  相似文献

研究了Eu2+、Dy3+共激活的SrAl2O4体系的发光性能和能量传输。结果表明,Dy3+、Eu2+共存时,Eu2+的发光强度远远大于无Dy3+时的发光强度,证明Dy3+对Eu2+的发光有敏化作用。Dy→Eu2+能量传输的方式为籍助于载流子的能量输运。  相似文献

Er3+ doped potassium gadolinium molybdate (KGM) phosphor with sensitizer Yb3+ ion was synthesized by the Pechini method using citric acid and ethylene glycol.
