目的 探讨PBI教学模式在神经内科护理见习带教中的应用.方法 随机选取护理本科临床见习生153人,分为具有可比性的PBL教学实验班(74人)和传统教学对照班(79人),对2组护生的考试成绩及自我评定进行综合比较.结果 考试成绩中识记型试题2组比较差异无统计学意义(p>0.05),应用型试题得分上实验组明显高于对照组(p<0.05);问卷调查2组护生自评结果 为实验组在综合分析能力、自主学习能力、语言表达能力、交流沟通能力及团队合作能力方面的提高与对照组的差异有统计学意义(p<0.05).结论 PBL教学模式不影响护生对识记型知识的掌握,而且能增加护生综合分析能力、自主学习能力、语言表达能力、交流沟通能力,提高团队合作能力,值得推广.  相似文献

目的 探讨PBL教学法在五官科护理实习带教中的应用效果.方法 将2008年3月~2010年4月进入五官科实习的218名护生入科后随机分为实验组和对照组2组,其中实验组109名,对照组109名,对照组采取以往的常规教学法,边示教边讲解;实验组采取PBL教学法,在常规教学法的基础上再加用设问-查资料-讨论.结果 护生理论知识、操作技能成绩及综合能力测试,实验组明显优于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 PBL教学法在五官科带教中取得了较好成绩,值得推广应用.  相似文献

目的 探讨运用PBL查房模式在护生临床教学中的应用效果.方法将54名护生随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各27人,观察组按照PBL查房模式,由带教护士组织护生完成一次护理查房;对照组采用传统的以疾病为中心的查房模式,由带教护士组织护生完成一次护理查房.查房后进行问卷调查和护生出科前进行考核.结果观察组护生考核成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.01).结论 PBL查房模式能提高临床教学质量.  相似文献

This paper outlines in Part I the method used to analyse and re-define a set of educational objectives on which a new course of teaching of general practice in the later clinical years is based. Part II describes the course, the learning methods, behavioural attainments and the techniques of evaluation to be implemented. A year was spent on the exercise by a group which comprised the professorial head, consultant senior lecturer and a senior registrar tutor from the Department of General Practice, Queen's University, Belfast, and a consultant educationalist, a senior lecturer, Department of Education, of the same University.  相似文献

Difficulties in teaching occupational medicine to undergraduates stem from the reduced availability of teaching time and the perception of the specialty. Recent changes in the General Medical Council curricular framework have permitted the development of a special study module (options course) in occupational medicine, in which a small number of motivated undergraduates elected to participate and which was adequately resourced. This course laid particular emphasis on changing students' attitudes towards the specialty, self-learning techniques, problem-solving and other skills such as workplace assessment. The objectives, content and teaching methods of the course are described, as is a preliminary evaluation. It is suggested that other medical schools should adopt and refine this approach in order to improve the quality of undergraduate training in at least a proportion of the output of medical schools.  相似文献

目的:探讨分析前期诱导在解剖学教学中的应用方法及效果.方法:选取84名学生为研究对象,按入学成绩排名的单双数号分为两组,实验组采用前期诱导的方式进行教学,对照组采用传统教学模式,通过同课时的教学后问卷调查对课程的的满意度情况及理论与实验考核成绩情况.结果:实验组课程设计满意率为95.2%,对照组课程满意度为83.3%,两组对课程设计的满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组在理论和实验考核的平均成绩及优秀(90分以上)、良好(80~90分)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:前期诱导在解剖学教学中能够较好的提高学生积极性,减少学生的陌生感和恐惧程度,调整心态,自主掌握发现问题后解决问题的能力,针对内容陌生,与以前接触少的解剖知识教学,学生满意度较高,且对学生的成绩有较好的提升.  相似文献

The use of telematics in the practice of medicine has received much recent attention but little has been written about the use of these techniques in medical education. This is a report of a pilot study in which an interactive video-conference took place between medical students at the UAE University and their opposite numbers at Aberdeen University. In Aberdeen, the Dean of the Medical Faculty simultaneously taught Aberdeen and UAE students on a clinical case. He was able to confine his activities largely to the correction of misconceptions, the emphasis of important points and the addition of missing information, while the students themselves conducted most of the presentation. The UAE students presented their Community Health projects and had a spirited discussion on them with the Aberdeen students. Recent technological advances have so improved the quality of transmission of both visual and auditory images and at reasonable cost, using the ISDN telephone system, that the feasibility of using this medium as an aid to teaching has suddenly materialized. The experiment showed that the technology was adequate for easy, fully interactive teaching among students from different continents and with different cultural backgrounds. It is particularly suitable for the Arab world where it is the custom to teach males and females separately. The pilot study has pointed out the existence of a medium of communication and teaching which, if proved to be effective, could have far-reaching consequences in the undergraduate and postgraduate teaching of medicine.  相似文献

目的:探讨口腔组织补片(脱细胞真皮基质(ADM)在口腔颊黏膜缺损修复中的应用效果.方法:对24例由于不同原因所致的口腔颊黏膜缺损的患者行组织补片移植修复,观察其愈合及修复效果.结果:术后经3~12个月随访,24例患者均获满意效果,无感染、坏死等并发症.结论:口腔组织补片具有来源充足,组织相容性好,手术操作简单,损伤小,易成活等特点,修复效果满意,是理想的口腔软组织缺损的修复材料.  相似文献

The present study is an exploratory survey attempting to get the point of view of the faculty of subjects considered responsible by teaching physical examination in the nursing undergraduate schools of S?o Paulo city that were selected for this study. The goals were: to detect the situation of teaching of propaedeutics basis; to identify factors that make them difficult; and to identify the recommendations of the faculty for the improvement of teaching and its implementation. The population studied was formed by 39 faculty of the subjects considered responsible by teaching physical examination. Results show us there is not a specific subject to teach physical examination, although it is taught mainly in Fundamental Nursing; faculty are not entirely prepared to teach physical examination. To improve teaching of physical examination, the faculty suggest enhancing their knowledge and skills as well as to create a specific subject to teach physical examination with sufficient hours according to the content.  相似文献
