在石化工业中,高架火炬是一种用于燃烧上游生产过程中产生的废气的重要装置。然而火炬运行时通常存在不完全燃烧现象,主要表现为以下两种形式:(1)由于热值低引起的未燃烧的可挥发性有机物(Volatile Organic Compounds, VOC)排放;(2)由于空气不足引起的黑烟排放。近年来,火炬工业领域开始尝试用光学方法对其燃烧状态进行遥测。介绍了高架火炬排放中采用的几种光学监测技术,包括被动式傅里叶变换红外(Passive Fourier Transform Infrared, PFTIR)光谱技术、中红外超光谱相机监测技术、自然光消光法(Line-Of-Sight Attenuation using Sky-light, Sky-LOSA)和双波长红外传感器监测技术,并从基本原理、应用和进展等方面对其进行了阐述。最后对光学遥测在高架火炬领域的技术发展和应用前景进行了分析。  相似文献

Four control techniques for pulse-width modulation (PWM) rectifiers in AC adjustable speed drives are presented. In particular, the so-called virtual-flux oriented control (VFOC) and virtual-flux based direct power control (VF-DPC) schemes are described and compared with their voltage based counterparts. These are the voltage oriented control (VOC) and voltage-based direct power control (V-DPC) techniques. This paper describes the detection of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) through analyses of two output signals from integrated microcantilever sensor arrays coated with organic‐inorganic hybrid sensing layers. The surface of TiO2 porous films was modified by amphiphilic terthiophene monomers and the adsorbed monomers were polymerized at the surface of TiO2 nanoparticles. The TiO2 porous films covered with polythiophene layers worked as highly sensitive sensing interfaces to provide two output signals for weight and resistance changes during exposure to VOC vapor. When the TiO2 porous films onto the sensor arrays were dyed with various kinds of amphiphilic monomers with different substituents, the resulting films provide exact information on VOC concentration from the mass changes as well as VOC classification from the analyses of response patterns.  相似文献

A comprehensive study of high efficiency In0.46Ga0.54N/Si tandem solar cell is presented. A tunnel junction (TJ) was needed to interconnect the top and bottom sub-cells. Two TJ designs, integrated within this tandem: GaAs(n+)/GaAs(p+) and In0.5Ga0.5N(n+)/Si(p+) were considered. Simulations of GaAs(n+)/GaAs(p+) and In0.5Ga0.5N (n+)/Si(p+) TJ I-V characteristics were studied for integration into the proposed tandem solar cell. A comparison of the simulated solar cell I-V characteristics under 1 sun AM1.5 spectrum was discussed in terms of short circuit current density (Jsc), open circuit voltage (VOC), fill factor (FF) and efficiency (η) for both tunnel junction designs. Using GaAs(n+)/GaAs(p+) tunnel junction, the obtained values of Jsc = 21.74 mA/cm2, VOC= 1.81 V, FF = 0.87 and η = 34.28%, whereas the solar cell with the In0.5Ga0.5N/Si tunnel junction reported values of Jsc = 21.92 mA/cm2, VOC = 1.81 V, FF = 0.88 and η = 35.01%. The results found that required thicknesses for GaAs(n+)/GaAs(p+) and In0.5Ga0.5N (n+)/Si(p+) tunnel junctions are around 20 nm, the total thickness of the top InGaN can be very small due to its high optical absorption coefficient and the use of a relatively thick bottom cell is necessary to increase the conversion efficiency.  相似文献

Conjugated microporous polymers (CMPs) are attracting increasing attention in chemical sensing due to their extended π‐conjugated framework, permanent microporous structure, and large specific surface area. However, the extremely poor solubility and processability of CMPs, as well as the serious fluorescence quenching caused by aggregation, restrict their practical applications. Herein, a high‐luminescence CMP film is constructed based on a novel dendrimer (TPETCz) featured by its central tetraphenylethylene “core” with aggregation‐induced emission effect and its highly electro‐active “branches.” High specific surface area CMP films for analyte diffusion are fabricated by a facile in situ electropolymerization method. These dendrimer‐based CMP films exhibit superior sensitivity to volatile organic compounds (VOCs). More importantly, 18 types, the most types reported, of VOC vapors are precisely distinguished by the linear discriminant analysis by establishing a 2D fluorescence sensor array based on the CMP films and the dendrimer monomer films.  相似文献

High-resolution analysis results are presented for Te2 superfluorescence induced by short pulses from a YAG-pumped dye laser pulses, and a comparison is made with CW-laser-induced fluorescence observed by Fourier transform spectroscopy. A complete identification of the transitions involved, based on intensity measurements and supported by calculated Franck-Condon factors, has been achieved. The cooperative emission in Te2 has been studied by time resolved spectroscopy as a function of density. With increasing density or temperature of the sample, the emission changes continuously from characteristic spontaneous emission to superfluorescence. The evolution of the time characteristics of the signal with the number of partners are presented and compared with the predictions of current theories  相似文献
