转炉用溅渣镁球造渣技术

针对转炉炉渣MgO含量偏低的现象,对转炉使用溅渣镁球代替轻烧白云石造渣技术,合理控制溅渣镁球的加入量,达到降低终渣FeO、提高渣中MgO来迅速降低炉渣过热度等目的,从而可以缩短溅渣时间,提高溅渣层的抗侵蚀能力,最大限度发挥溅渣护炉效果,延长补炉间隔时间,节约耐火材料,提高生产作业率,并降低炼钢的冶炼成本。     

改善溅渣渣系理化性能的试验与分析

结合第三炼钢厂工艺特点，通过渣系理化性能及物化的分析研究，提出通过调整氧枪操作，配加贫锰矿、减少萤石用量，加煤溅渣、调查终渣化性及用轻烧白云石代替镁质稠渣剂等，可获得较理想的渣系，使溅渣护炉工艺取得明显效果。

我厂利用旧的2^#、3^#、4^#焦炭竖窑生产轻烧白云石。随着转炉冶炼工艺的优化，要求作为转炉溅渣护炉调渣剂的轻烧白云石的成分纯、钙镁含量高、活性度高、反应速度快、能力强。为提高转炉的作业率、炉龄，对轻烧白云石的质量要求愈来愈高。

熔炼次数对M17返回料合金成分、组织和性能的影响

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。
