利用三维光滑点插值无网格法(FS-PIM)建立了发动机活塞三维传热分析的计算模型,在FS-PIM中引入广义梯度光滑技术对协调梯度场进行修正;详细推导了活塞传热的三维无网格离散控制方程,并编写无网格法FORTRAN程序模拟了活塞的三维温度场。引用活塞温度的硬度塞法测试结果,对三维无网格法活塞温度计算结果进行对比验证,发现在复杂几何结构和混合边界条件传热问题中,其计算结果与有限元法、试验测试等结果吻合得较好,而且在相同节点布置和传热边界的前提下,无网格法的计算精度比传统有限元法高,更接近试验结果,说明计算模型是高效可行的。此外,FS-PIM法无需计算形函数的导数,比其他无网格法的计算成本要低,降低了对场函数连续性的要求。 相似文献

采用力学中的矩阵位移法,将HEI标准中所提出的管板梁条力学模型进行了单元离散分析和整体解析,以矩阵位移法为内核算法,在VS2010环境中使用VB.NET语言编写了专用计算软件,并对HEI中的实例进行计算。计算表明:软件计算输出的最大弯矩、最大应力及最大挠度数据与HEI算例中给出的结果相比,相对误差在1%以内;与采用ANSYS-APDL计算的弯矩值相比,自编软件计算的弯矩结果误差在1%以内;在凝汽器管板强度分析计算中采用矩阵位移法对管板梁条力学模型进行求解是可行的。 相似文献

构造强守恒形式N-S离散方程组,耦合求解速度和压力修正方程,κ-ε双方程模型模拟湍流粘性。在方程离散中,采用以加权平均方法计算胞元界面上不连续的几何因子,以保持坐标转换的光滑性;以迭代方式考虑交错压力梯度项,并对常规形式压力方程结果进行二次修正。计算结果表明,针对局部非光滑且远离正交性的炉内网格体系,上述特殊数值方法对保证求解精度和收敛性具有关键作用。采用3D-PDA(三维激光多谱勒固粒运动分析仪)对670t/h四角切圆炉的1:20模型内冷态流场进行了测量。数值模拟结果与实验结果基本吻合。 相似文献

This paper presents an online simulation model of the slab-reheating process in a pusher-type furnace in Acroni d.o.o. in Slovenia. The simulation model is connected to the information system of a hot-processing plant that provides online measuring and charging data of the furnace. The simulation model considers the exact geometry of the furnace enclosure, including the geometry of the slabs inside the furnace. A view-factor matrix of the furnace enclosure was determined using the Monte Carlo method. The heat exchange between the furnace gas, the furnace wall and the slab’s surface is calculated using a three-temperature model. The heat conduction in the slabs is calculated using the 3D finite-difference method. The model was validated using measurements from trailing thermocouples positioned in the test slabs during the reheating process in the furnace.A graphical user interface (GUI) was developed to ensure a user-friendly presentation of the simulation-model results. 相似文献

In order to expand the study on flow instability of supercritical circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler, a new numerical computational model considering the heat storage of the tube wall metal was presented in this paper. The lumped parameter method was proposed for wall temperature calculation and the single channel model was adopted for the analysis of flow instability. Based on the time-domain method, a new numerical computational program suitable for the analysis of flow instability in the water wall of supercritical CFB boiler with annular furnace was established. To verify the code, calculation results were respectively compared with data of commercial software. According to the comparisons, the new code was proved to be reasonable and accurate for practical engineering application in analysis of flow instability. Based on the new program, the flow instability of supercritical CFB boiler with annular furnace was simulated by time-domain method. When 1.2 times heat load disturbance was applied on the loop, results showed that the inlet flow rate, outlet flow rate and wall temperature fluctuated with time eventually remained at constant values, suggesting that the hydrodynamic flow was stable. The results also showed that in the case of considering the heat storage, the flow in the water wall is easier to return to stable state than without considering heat storage. 相似文献

本研究中,应用Simple数值计算方法开发了求解MPC系统模块结构中二维流场分布的计算软件。为了验证计算结果的精确性,用多普勒测速仪实测了用有机玻璃制成的MPC模块二维模型的流场,模拟计算结果与实测值对比取得了较好的一致性。四种不同流出角的MPC模块平均总压损失计算结果表明,已开发的软件可作为设计低流阻MPC模块的良好工具。 相似文献

针对国内某电厂200MW四角切圆锅炉NOx排放量较高,结渣严重的问题,利用CFD软件平台,采用数值模拟方法对其改造前后炉内燃烧过程进行研究。计算结果表明:由于附壁射流的作用,使得高温区集中在炉膛中部,有效地防止了锅炉结渣;改造后炉内有比常规燃烧方式锅炉更大的还原气氛区域,抑制了NOx的产生,使其排放降低34.6%。改造后的计算结果与试验相符的较好,所以此次数值模拟为锅炉设计、改造和运行提供理论依据。 相似文献

以某钢厂蓄热式加热炉为研究对象,针对高温空气燃烧技术的应用和发展、计算流体力的理论和燃烧过程,根据生产实际参数,利用FLUENT软件采用k—s湍流模型、耦合混合燃烧模型,进行数值模拟分析加热炉内的流场、温度场和燃烧产物的分布情况,分析得出同侧换向燃烧方式加热效果较好,并且炉内温度梯度平滑,具有较好的温度均匀性,氧气浓度较低,与现场实际数据进行对比,证明数值模拟的研究价值和适用性,并提出优化加热炉操作运行的可行性措施。 相似文献

A novel model for three-dimensional (3D) global simulation of heat transfer in a Czochralski (CZ) furnace for silicon crystal growth was proposed. Convective, conductive and radiative heat transfers in the furnace are solved together in a conjugated way by a finite control-volume method. A mixed 2D/3D space discretization technique was developed, and concepts of 2D domain and 3D domain for a CZ furnace were proposed. This technique enables 3D global simulations to be conducted with moderate requirements of computer memory and computation time. A 2D global simulation was carried out to obtain good initial conditions for 3D global modeling to speed up the global iteration. The model was demonstrated to be valid and reasonable. 相似文献
