The effect of rare earth oxides Y203 or Ce02 on sintering properties of Si3N4 ceramics was studied and the mechanism of assisting action during sintering was analyzed. The results in dicate that the best sintering properties appear in Si3N4 ceramics with 5% Y203 or 8% CeO2. Secondary crystallites are formed at grain boundaries after heat treatment,which decreases the amount of glass phase and contributes to the improvement of high-temperature mechanical properties of silicon nitride.  相似文献

采用磁控溅射技术在p-Si(100)衬底上生长了Gd2O3掺杂HfO2( GDH)高κ薄膜,制备了GDH/Si和GDH/Al2O3/Si两种堆栈层.结果表明Al2O3界面钝化使漏电流密度降低了两个数量级,并改善了回滞窗口和平带电压的偏移.高温N2退火对堆栈层电学性能影响明显:随着温度的增加,界面性能逐步改善,退火温度为900℃时,回滞窗口小于20 mV,积累区趋势平缓并且单位面积电容值增大,薄膜介电常数为20.  相似文献

采用喷射沉积和内氧化法制备出Al2O3La2O3Y2O3/Cu复合材料,研究该材料在直流20 V/20 A的工作条件下触点的电弧侵蚀特性,并与Al2O3/Cu材料进行了对比分析.利用电子天平、扫描电镜等方法分析电弧侵蚀后触点的质量变化和表面微观结构.结果表明,通过添加Y2O3、La2O3稀土氧化物颗粒,可有效降低触头材料的材料转移量.Al2O3La2O3Y2O3/Cu材料的抗熔焊性和抗烧损性优于Al2O3/Cu材料的性能.在直流阻性负载条件下Al2O3La2O3Y2O3/Cu阳极触头表面形成凹坑,阴极触头表面形成凸起,触点表面显示出浆糊状凝固物和喷发坑等电弧侵蚀形貌特征.  相似文献

Synchrotron radiation photoemission spectroscopy was used to study the formation process of Er2O3/Si(001) interface and film during epitaxial growth on Si. A shift in the O core-level binding energy was found accompanied by a shift in the Er2O3 valence band maxi-mum. This shift depended on the oxide layer thickness and interfacial structure. An interfacial layer was observed at the initial growth of Er2O3 film on Si, which was supposed to be attributed to the effect of Er atom catalytic oxidation effect.  相似文献

将化学电镀法制备的纳米Ni、Cu包覆Al2O3粉末进行热压。研究了金属Ni、Cu及其含量对Al2O3粉末的烧结致密化、显微组织和性能的影响。在纳米Al2O3粉末表面镀覆适当的金属Ni、Cu可以较有效地提高致密化,降低烧结温度。金属相作为第二相可以大大细化Al2O3晶粒组织。但Ni、Cu的加入伴随着Al2O3硬度和强度下降。硬度变化可以由金属Ni、Cu是软相较好地解释。强度下降则主要归因于包覆粉末中Ni、Cu对Al2O3粉末的润湿性不好所致。  相似文献

Amorphous La2Hf2O7 thin films were deposited on Si(100) substrate by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) method under different con-ditions. The interfacial states of the La2Hf2O7/Si films were studied by synchrotron X-ray reflectivity (XRR) and X-ray photoelectron spec-troscopy (XPS). When grown under vacuum condition, silicate, silicide and few SiOx were formed in the interface layer. However, the Hf-silicide formation could be effectively eliminated by the ambient oxygen pressure during film growth. The result revealed that the La2Hf2O7/Si interlayer was intimately related with growth condition. Insufficient supply of oxygen would cause Hf-silicide formation at the interface and it could be most effectively controlled by the ambient oxygen pressure during film growth.  相似文献

采用正交实验方法,应用放电等离子烧结(SPS)技术制备出Y2O3含量分别为0.2%、0.6%、0.8%的Ti-6Al-4V合金,探究烧结温度、烧结压力、Y2O3含量和保压时间对Ti-6Al-4V合金显微组织、烧结密度和力学性能的影响,优化烧结工艺。结果表明,烧结温度对烧结密度的影响最大,接下来依次为烧结压力、Y2O3含量、保压时间;烧结温度对力学性能的影响最大,接下来依次为Y2O3含量、烧结压力、保压时间。当烧结温度1200℃、烧结压力50 MPa、保压时间5 min、Y2O3含量0.6%,烧结样的密度和压缩强度高,分别达到4.4138 g/cm3、1881.4 MPa,相比未添加Y2O3的Ti-6Al-4V合金,其压缩强度提高15.7%。  相似文献
