随着磁盘面记录密度的不断增长,对其磁头的写入磁场也要求越来越高,垂直记录方法是使面记录密度超过100Gb/in^2的一种很有希望的方法。这就要求作为记录磁头材料在具有高的饱和磁感(Bs)同时还要具有优异的软磁性,特别是剩磁(Br)要小。日本日立的罔田泰行等开发出一种新的加底层(非磁性层)的单层膜和多层膜。这种膜是采用RF磁溅射方法制成。 相似文献

The magnetic and magneto-optical properties of heavily doped Bi:YIG film were studied. The film was deposited by radio frequency magnetron sputtering method and crystallized by rapid recurrent thermal annealing (RRTA). The results show that the RRTA treated film has good properties both in microwave and optical wave band. The saturation magnetization of the film on different substrates varies from 135.7 to 138.6 kA·m -1 . The coercive field of the film on GGG substrate is about 0.32 kA·m -1 , while about 0.8-1.43 kA·m -1 on YAG substrate and 1.75 kA·m-1 on Al2O3 substrate. The Faraday angle is about 3-5 (°)·um-1 when optical wavelength ranges at 450-600 nm. The transmission spectra of the Bi:YIG films on three substrates has similar change as annealing temperature below 800 ℃. Specially, when annealing temperature is above 800 ℃ a step is observed between 550 and 650 nm wavelength for the film deposited on Al2O3 substrate.Three results are very useful in magneto-optical recording application and integrated microwave devices. 相似文献

Lanthanide materials present a large variety of magneto-optical phenomena. The recent discovery of a new record 90° Kerr rotation in CeSb has renewed the interest in the fascinating magneto-optical properties of this class of materials. In this paper a classification of lanthanide materials containing no other magnetic element into four classes is proposed to account for the different magneto-optical behaviour. The classes and the prototypes are: 1. magnetic semiconductors: EuSe, TmSe0.32Te0.68, cleaved Tm0.5Eu0.5Se; 2. magnetic metals: TmSe0.87Te0.13, polished Tm0.5Eu0.5Se; 3. metals with induced moments: PrSb; 4. highly hybridized magnetic metals and semimetals: CeS, CeSb. 相似文献

The paper deals with magneto-optical methods utilized for the nondestructive testing (NDT) of materials and technical components. The described imaging device (based on a garnet film) is able to operate in two different modes. In the static mode it makes visible changes in the magnetic permeability of the tested materials (e.g. the presence of Fe- phase in austenitic steels). In the alternating mode the sensor images changes of electrical resistivity (e.g. small holes in copper foils). Examples of the application of the methods are presented and the results are discussed. 相似文献

Rare-earth iron garnet films with in-plane anisotropy grown on (111)-oriented substrates can be used as magneto-optical indicator films for visualization of magnetic leakage fields in nondestructive evaluation. The influence of Faraday rotation, Faraday ellipticity, absorption and film thickness on the performance of a magneto-optical indicator film is investigated. A new optimization method is introduced and compared with the method of contrast optimization. The theory is experimentally verified and an application example is presented. 相似文献

本文进行了烧结气氛和烧结温度对支撑体孔径、透过性能影响的研究。环拉实验结果表明,氢气烧结样品的抗拉强度87.56MPa,氢气+氯化铵活化烧结样品115.20MPa,强度提高了30%。通过烧结温度对支撑体力学性能影响的研究,得到了支撑体致密度和力学性能之间的关系,可实现通过测试多孔材料的密度来预测多孔材料的强度。 相似文献
