为合理降低矿井通风能耗、提高矿井经济效益,有效控制井下火灾风险,需准确测定矿井通风系统阻力以全面掌握通风阻力分布情况;本文首先对麻家梁矿井通风系统现状进行分析,根据矿井实际通风情况选取合适的风阻测定方式,进而得到矿井通风系统中各分区的准确风阻;最后根据风阻测定结果,对麻家梁矿井通风系统进行优化设计,提出了针对该矿井通风系统的改善方案。  相似文献

为了掌握新维煤矿井下通风阻力分布情况,为矿井通风系统优化和合理配风提供基础资料,基于压差计逐点测定法,对通风系统中两条主要通风线路进行测量,并对结果进行准确度测验。结果表明,新维煤矿具有独立的通风系统,矿井通风系统总阻力为1381 Pa,总等积孔为3.54 m~2,矿井风属于容易时期,根据测定结果提出了合理的措施,为今后通风系统优化和安全生产提供资料。  相似文献

根据平煤二矿的矿井概况,在通风阻力测定路线的基础上,按照选点原则布置测点,利用气压计基点法,进行通风阻力测定。通过对数据的分析,得知主测路线上阻力测定相对误差满足矿井通风阻力测定和通风系统分析的精度要求;并得出西翼风井担负系统的回风段阻力所占比例过高和三水平风井担负系统三段通风阻力分布合理的结论,在此基础上找出了西翼风井担负系统回风段阻力过大的主要原因,进而提出加强管理维护,改变回风路线、进行通风系统优化等相应的降阻措施,为煤矿的安全管理提供依据。  相似文献

为准确掌握恒宝源煤矿通风阻力分布情况,优化改造通风系统提供理论支持,采用精密气压基点测定法对其进行了井下通风阻力测定。采用3DSimOpt对测定数据进行处理和分析,得到矿井有效风量率、等积孔和三区阻力分布等指标值。根据结果可知,该矿通风阻力分布基本合理,有效风量率高达93%,为容易通风矿井。并对恒宝源矿井井下通风系统提出改进意见,进一步提升矿井通风系统的安全可靠性。  相似文献

为准确掌握红阳三矿通风阻力分布规律,为通风系统优化改造提供数据支持,应用气压计法和压差计法相结合的方式对其通风阻力进行了测定。通过对测定数据进行处理与分析,得到通风阻力、三区阻力分布、等积孔等指标。根据该类指标,分析了矿井通风系统存在的问题,并对通风系统进行了优化改造。研究表明:矿井等积孔为6.55 m2,为通风容易矿井;针对回风段阻力偏大的问题,通过采取扩大巷道断面、构筑物调节和消除局部阻力的综合措施可使南北风井阻力降低270~380 Pa。  相似文献
