以(NH4)2CO3为沉淀剂,并采用一种高分子分散剂,研制出沉淀法制备纳米氧化铝粉体的新工艺。制备出球形纳米氧化铝粉体,在800℃煅烧得到的颗粒尺寸为5-6nm,在1100℃煅烧得到的颗粒尺寸约为8nm。研究了沉淀pH、溶液浓度、煅烧温度和分散剂用量对纳米氧化铝粉体性能的影响。  相似文献

Single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) functionalized by ferrocene-grafted poly(p-phenyleneethynylene)s can gelate common organic solvents such as chloroform to form a freestanding carbon nanotube organogel that cannot be redispersed in any organic solvents, indicating the robustness of 3D nanotube network. The drying of SWNT gel on silicon wafer in the air gives a highly convoluted film that is composed of numerous bumps and grooves at multiple length scales. In addition, we report a method for the preparation of an insoluble, homogeneous, electroactive SWNT film from a fresh SWNT solution, which may find applications in nanotube coatings and thin films that require both uniformity and solvent-resistance.  相似文献

Methods for preparation of nanoplates of layered double hydroxides (LDHs) have been intensively investigated for the purpose of making nanocomposites. The present study provides a new simple method of nanoplate preparation for Zn-Al LDHs. Zn-Al LDHs containing lactate or combinations of lactate and simple inorganic anions were synthesized by a coprecipitation method, and water-washed and undried LDHs were dispersed in water. Among them, suspensions of Zn-Al LDHs containing both lactate and bicarbonate were unique in that they rapidly became translucent colloidal dispersions when the molar ratio of added bicarbonate to added Al was ≤ 0.5. The resulting LDH nanoplates in the dispersions were delaminated single layers or nanoplates with a thickness of several layers, depending on the amount of bicarbonate.  相似文献

A lignin-pitch for carbon fiber was prepared in a high yield from exploded lignin on phenolysis followed by heat treatment under a vacuum. The lignin-pitch had an excellent spinnability in the melt state to form a fine filament. The green fibers were easily made infusible when heated in air at a relatively high heating rate (15-60°C/h). The lignin-based carbon fiber was produced in 43.7% of yield based on a starting material. The tensile strength was more than 400 MPa, indicating that the lignin-based carbon fiber is classified into a general purpose grade. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

A simple new method based on holographic scattering is presented which allows the determination of the Li/Nb ratio of LiNbO3 crystals. We illuminate the samples with laser light, measure the cone angle of the anisotropically scattered light and calculate from this angle the birefringence. First experimental results for the Li/Nb ratio of various LiNbO3 crystals demonstrate the feasibilities of this method.  相似文献

本文采用了无机盐与有机溶剂相结合的方法制备纤维素酶。TichodermakoningiP2固体培养基的抽提液中,加入4%氯化钙,就能达到硫酸按法的同样效果,除去酶液中的一些杂质。进一步沉淀酸时,与直接用有机溶剂沉淀比较,溶剂用量减少了30%.溶剂采用异丙醇较佳,粗酶制剂的产率以羧甲基纤维素酶活(CMCA)表示接近100%,使滤纸崩溃的能力与原酶液相似。  相似文献

The preparation of an ultra-sharp V-notch on structural ceramics is a prerequisite for reliable fracture toughness assessment. Femtosecond lasers are used to cut ultra-sharp V-notch on the Si3N4 and Al2O3 ceramics for fracture toughness testing by single-edge V-notched beam method. The radius of the V-notch tip is smaller than 0.5 μm. The KIc of Si3N4 and Al2O3 ceramics determined by this method is much close to the actual fracture toughness. This method exhibits obvious advantage in good reproducibility, high accuracy and precision for reliable fracture toughness testing of structural ceramics.  相似文献

Some new metal dodecyl sulfates were prepared by the reaction of sodium dodecyl sulfate and the corresponding metal nitrates. All of the prepared salts catalyzed the condensation of indoles with aldehydes and ketones. Among of them, zirconium tetrakis(dodecyl sulfate), Zr(DS)4, was superior to others. Bis- and tris-indolyl methanes were synthesized at room temperature in high yields by using Zr(DS)4 under aqueous media. Zr(DS)4 was also recovered and reused for new runs.  相似文献

针状碳酸钙是一种质优价廉的新型无机填料,可广泛应用于塑料、橡胶、造纸等领域。以简化实验方法和节省能源为目的,采用超声辅助并选用合适的改性剂,合成和改性一体化进行了制备针状纳米活性碳酸钙的实验。综合考察了溶液浓度、改性剂用量、反应温度、加水量等反应条件,通过正交实验得到最佳反应条件:溶液浓度为0.05 mol/L、反应温度为60 ℃,改性剂用量为1.25%(质量分数)、加水量为60 mL、超声功率为250 W、搅拌速度为200 r/min。经过验证实验,最终制得平均粒径为150 nm、长径比为21.7、活化度为98.67%、吸油值为0.455 g/g的针状纳米活性碳酸钙。  相似文献

研究灯盏花粗提物中野黄芩苷的制备工艺。通过酸沉法,从灯盏花粗提物中分离得到总黄酮沉淀物,以甲醇为溶剂进行结晶,得到野黄芩苷。结果表明,灯盏花粗提物酸沉pH为1.5,灯盏花总黄酮得率为3.27%,经高效液相色谱检测,所得一次、二次沉淀中野黄芩苷含量分别为92.0%和87.9%,甲醇结晶得到的野黄芩苷含量为94.7%。  相似文献
