真空感应熔炼时采用高纯氧化物坩埚及石墨坩埚, 保持其他控制参数不变, 得到名义成分为Ti-55.8%Ni的TiNi形状记忆合金铸锭, 经完全相同的加工工艺制备成Φ 1.5 mm的TiNi合金丝材. 用自制试验装置对所得TiNi合金丝材的室温低周弯曲疲劳性能进行评价. 研究发现, 使用氧化物坩埚熔炼所得材料的低周弯曲疲劳性能较使用石墨坩埚得到的材料有显著提高. 杂质成分分析及SEM形貌观察显示合金中第二相夹杂物有所减少, 这是其性能得到改善的主要原因. 采用随机安排对比试验结果的t检验方法可以判断, 氧化物坩埚使用中期所得到TiNi合金的疲劳性能较好. 认为坩埚的连续使用次数过多坩埚材料性能的恶化是造成周期疲劳变坏的主要原因.  相似文献

石墨电极是电炉炼钢和钢包精炼炉的主要加热部件,但电极消耗也是在炼钢过程中所不可避免的消耗材料.电极消耗成本是电弧炉炼钢的主要成本之一.针对近年来电弧炉炼钢居高不下的电极消耗量,相关领域的冶金炼钢专家对此做了深入分析研究,并取得了很好的效果,降低了电极的消耗.然而与国外先进炼钢生产水平的电极消耗相比仍有相当的差距.为此,针对这一现状对电炉电极消耗机理及国内外研究现状做了综合性的分析研究,旨在为电弧炉电极研究专家及工作人员的系统研究做详细的总结陈述,以便于电极的研究与生产.  相似文献

文章利用新颖的浓缩析出加煅烧工艺、制备了微米级ITO棒状粉末.借助X射线衍射(XRD)对棒状粉末进行了相结构研究;利用扫描电镜(SEM)对棒状粉末形貌进行了相关的表征;用能量分散谱仪(EDS)以及化学分析方法对粉末的化学成分进行了分析;利用热分析仪(TG-DTA,TG-DTG)对粉末的受热行为进行了相关的表征.结果表明:绝大部分ITO棒的直径位于2~9 μm,而且约95%的棒的长径比大于6;ITO棒中的Sn含量主要富集于表面,而且由棒的表面向核心区逐渐递减,这与Sn的引入方式有关;In(OH)3棒中应该存在含In的硝酸盐或亚硝酸盐;In(OH)3强烈的脱水发生在260~280 ℃,随后在更高的温度下形成ITO固溶体.  相似文献

One hundred and fifty-five strains of Aeromonas isolated in the stools of children under 5 years presenting with acute diarrheal disease were studied. Using the Aerokey II system for the identification of species, 47 strains were identified as Aeromonas caviae, 58 as Aeromonas hydrophila, 23 as Aeromonas veronii biovar sobria, 14 as Aeromonas trota, 9 as Aeromonas veronii biovar veronii, 2 as Aeromonas jandaei and 2 as Aeromonas shubertii, Emphasis is placed on the advantages of this method which allowed for the classification of new species not identified previously in our country.  相似文献

The frequency of lumbar disc hemiation amounts to 5.1% with the male and 3.7% with the female population. Because of the often long-time pain-conditional impairment of the patients as well as the varied therapy-possibilities, the treatment of the ruptured lumbar intervertebral disc represents a special challenge. The indication to the operation for the lumbar disk-herniation results from the malfunctions of the nerve roots, the pains, as well as the temporal course of the symptoms. New and important developments have given the introduction of micro-surgical operation-techniques into the orthopedics. This development has led to it that many orthopedists and neurosurgeons the micro-surgical operation-technique prefers. Important for the micro-surgical lumbar discectomy is the operation-microscope, a good preoperative diagnostics as well as a particular micro-surgical operation-instrument. Through the different enlargement-possibilities of the operation-microscope, all anatomical structures can increase and are done visibly for the surgeon as well as the assistant. Intraoperative injuries of the dura as well as the spinal-nerves are certainly avoided hereby. The micro-surgical discectomie requires no longer time like the conventional operation of the disk. The postoperative stay in the hospital as well as the time of the work-incompetence is reduced. Postoperative inflammations of the disk-area as well as renewed operations are rarer with the microchirurgischen technique. If an operation is necessary, so this should not be out-hesitated too long in order to avoid bed results.  相似文献

Hypothesized that androgynous Ss would be liked best and perceived as most adjusted (Exp I) and also be perceived to be as instrumental as masculine Ss and as expressive as feminine Ss (Exp II). 179 undergraduates served as Ss in Exp I and 160 undergraduates served in Exp II. Personal Attributes Questionnaires ostensibly filled out by others were the stimuli evaluated. These stimuli were constructed so that the stimulus persons (SPs) were classified as either androgynous, undifferentiated, masculine, or feminine. Male and female Ss evaluated the SPs on dimensions of likeability, adjustment, expressiveness, instrumentality, masculinity, and femininity. Results demonstrate that androgynous persons, regardless of gender, were liked best and perceived as most adjusted, whereas undifferentiated persons were liked least and perceived as least adjusted. Masculine and feminine persons, regardless of gender, were rated midway between androgynous and undifferentiated persons and generally were not evaluated differently on these dimensions. Evaluations of SPs on stereotypically gender-related dimensions revealed that androgynous persons were seen to be as highly instrumental as masculine persons and as highly expressive as feminine persons, but generally less masculine and feminine than sex-typed persons.
