以克拉玛依90号重交通道路沥青为基质沥青,采用丁苯(SBR)胶乳为改性剂,分别筛选了三种不同种类的乳化剂及稳定剂制备SBR改性乳化沥青,对制备中影响SBR改性乳化沥青性能的因素进行了考察,并测试了SBR改性乳化沥青的存储稳定性及其它性能。结果表明,采用乳化和改性同时进行的工艺,在乳化溶液pH值为5~6、油温120℃、水温60℃的条件下,按油水质量比5:5、B乳化剂1.0%、SBR胶乳3%(干基)、氯化铵0.20%的组分质量配比制备的改性乳化沥青达到交通部JTGF40-2004的质量要求。采用复合乳化剂可节省乳化剂用量约30%。 相似文献

本实验将0.1μm~5μm的沥青微粒分散到由复合乳化剂所配制的乳液中,从而制得乳化沥青,再向乳化沥青中加入一定量的SBS胶乳,混合搅拌制得乳化改性沥青,并对其各项指标进行测定。当取沥青质量为50g时,由HLB值相近原则,取水250g,SDS阴离子乳化剂0.64g,OP-10非离子乳化剂8.36g,制得相对稳定的乳化沥青。随后,逐渐加入SBS胶乳,随着SBS胶乳加入量的增大,乳化改性沥青的性能逐步得到提高。当SBS胶乳质量百分含量达到7%时,软化点、针入度和延伸度均达到较好的水平。 相似文献

Because limited researches have been conducted to investigate the effect of additives on recycled asphalt mixture properties, in this research, cement and lime were used as additives in cold in-place recycling mixtures containing SBS emulsion asphalt. In this research study several experiments such as Marshall stability, dynamic creep, and wheel tests were conducted. Nanoscale polyurethane emulsion which synthesized in previous work was used as polymer modifying agent herein to prepare modified asphalt by gentle agitation method. Rheological properties, storage stability, microstructure and polymer dispersibility of WPU-modified asphalt were investigated using dynamic shear rheological (DSR), segregation test, and fluorescence microscopy. Due to the reaction of active NCO groups in WPU and active hydrogen atoms in asphalt, the modified asphalt system can be stable stored at high temperature. In addition, the nano-particle size of polyurethane emulsion makes polymer uniformly dispersed in modified asphalt and work better. 相似文献
