为进一步推动仿生技术在纺织领域的应用,并拓宽仿生智能织品的应用领域,对近几年国内外仿生设计纺织品的研究和发展现状及应用进行综述。首先介绍了基于仿生设计的隔热纺织品,归纳了仿动物毛发中空结构、羽绒分支结构以及其他生物结构的隔热纺织品;简要概述了仿生蝴蝶翅膀和仿其他生物结构的结构生色纺织品;然后分析了基于仿生设计的超疏水纺织品,总结了仿荷叶、水黾腿以及其他生物结构的超疏水纺织品;阐述了受人体皮肤结构启发的智能纤维以及受自然界中不同动植物结构启发的仿生智能传感纺织品;最后总结了仿生智能纺织品在多个领域的潜在应用,并展望其未来发展方向,以期为仿生设计智能纺织品的广泛应用提供理论和技术参考。  相似文献

Recently, interest has shifted towards novel applications such as smart or intelligent packaging, modified atmosphere and active packaging, and sustainability. Protection and esthetics are the two common characteristics typically associated with textiles as clothing. Nevertheless, with the quickly altering needs of today’s consumers, a third characteristic is rising – that of “intelligence” – that is being integrated into fabrics to produce interactive or textiles (or i-textiles). The term electronic textiles, or e-textiles, are used to denote the class of fabric structures that integrate electronic elements with textiles and can sense changes in its environment and respond to it. This new class of wearable electronic systems is being designed to meet new and innovative applications in the military, public safety, healthcare, space exploration, sports, and consumer fitness fields. The goal of this paper is to focus on recent advances in the field of Smart Textiles and pay particular attention to the materials and their manufacturing process. Each technique shows advantages and disadvantages and the aim of this study is to improve the overall usability of smart clothing products by reviewing all developments which have been done in this case in order to straighten the path for future investigations and researches in this field.  相似文献

This study evaluated the applicability of a photochromic time temperature indicator (TTI) to monitor the time–temperature history and shelf life of chilled boneless chicken breast. The results showed that the smart indicator showed good reproducibility during the discoloring process in all the conditions investigated. The response was not only visibly interpretable but also well adaptable to measurement using appropriate equipment. For an activation configuration of 4 s of ultraviolet light (UV) per label, the TTI's rate of discoloration was similar to the quality loss of the meat samples analyzed. Thus, the photochromic label (4 s UV/label) attached to the samples set out to be a dynamic shelf-life label, assuring consumers the final point of quality of chilled boneless chicken breast in an easy and precise form, providing a reliable tool to monitor the supply chain of this product.  相似文献

为设计一款辅助老年人行走的智能安全内衣,首先应用模糊理论对50名60~80岁的行走不便的老年人进行调研,确定智能安全内衣的4个设计要素,包括尺寸合体、面料安全、智能元件、造型款式与工艺。阐述智能电子肌肉元件的设计原理,并结合人体工程学和中医学,确定辅助老年人行走及减轻腰腿疼痛的关键部位。然后采用嵌入式工艺将柔性智能电子肌肉元件置于人体阔背肌、髋骨肌、臀中肌、股四头肌部位,并从时尚性、安全性、智能性相结合的角度,介绍辅助老年人行走的智能安全内衣的款式设计、色彩设计和面料设计。设计开发的智能安全内衣具有增强肌肉紧度、促进血液流通、提高直立和行走稳定性的功能,而且美观、安全、舒适。  相似文献

Development of a smart packaging for the monitoring of fish spoilage   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
There is much interest from the fisheries industry in developing rapid methods to evaluate real-time freshness of fish and seafood products. Emphasis is on the ones that would reflect and account for the products history and their storage conditions from “harvest-to-home”. The development of a “smart packaging” that monitors the microbial breakdown products in the headspace of packaged fish is described. When fish spoils it releases a variety of basic volatile amines which are detectable with appropriate pH indicating sensors. These are prepared by entrapping within a polymer matrix a pH sensitive dye that responds, through visible color changes to the spoilage volatile compounds that contribute to a quantity known as total volatile basic nitrogen (TVB-N). Laboratory trials on fresh fish filets showed that the sensor accurately tracks the increase in amines concentration in the package headspace. The response was also found to correlate to changing microbial populations (total viable count or TVC and Pseudomonas spp.). In addition, leaching of the dye was assessed over time to assess the suitability of the sensor formulation for food packaging application.  相似文献

This paper reviews aspects of systems, standards and interfaces for the modern food industry. It presents processing and packaging principles, methods, techniques, standards, interfaces, and state-of-the-art technology. The primary purpose of this paper is to update the information in this domain so that not only the novice practitioner will gain much out of this review but the system integrators, researchers, and the stakeholders as well. In addition, the paper covers recent advances in smart packaging materials, the examples of nanotechnology in packaging, material handling systems, application of robotics, non-destructive inspection methods, packaging execution systems (PES), distributed control and automation systems, traceability, and finally OMAC (Open Modular Architecture Controls) guidelines on software standards and interfaces.  相似文献
