为改进传统单向波纹夹层结构横向力学性能较差的缺点,设计了一种新型复合材料双向波纹夹层结构。考虑复合材料双向夹层结构制备困难,研究了整套真空辅助成型工艺(VARI)工艺制备方案,实现双向波纹夹层结构的高效制备,以满足工程应用的需要。对制备出的复合材料双向波纹夹层结构与单向波纹夹层结构分别进行面外压缩、弯曲和剪切实验,分析了双向波纹夹层结构在不同载荷下的破坏模式及其失效机制,计算了该结构在不同荷载条件下的强度和模量,并将其与单向波纹夹层结构进行对比分析。结果表明,在压缩荷载作用下,玻璃纤维/环氧树脂芯子为主要承载部分,结构的失效主要体现在芯子的屈曲、断裂和分层;在弯曲荷载的作用下,由于纤维的抗压强度远小于抗拉强度,所以压头下方的上面板最先达到破坏荷载,结构的弯曲失效形式主要为上面板的断裂和脱粘;结构的剪切失效主要以泡沫与面板的脱粘和压溃为主,芯子和面板未见明显的破坏现象;与单向波纹夹层结构相比,双向波纹夹层结构力学性能显著提升。   相似文献

为了研究高径比大于1的复合材料圆柱壳的轴压屈曲性能及其失效模式,对2组单向纤维圆柱壳和3组外侧环裹环向纤维圆柱壳进行了轴压试验,观察了试件的受力过程和破坏形态,获得了荷载-位移曲线和荷载-应变曲线,利用有限元模型分析了单向纤维圆柱壳两种屈曲形式的破坏机制,对比分析了两种铺层试件的轴压性能。结果表明:单向纤维复合材料圆柱壳出现先纵向劈裂后板壳屈曲和先柱壳屈曲后纵向劈裂的两种破坏模式;外侧环向纤维可改善圆柱壳的轴压性能,屈曲发展有一定的阶段性并表现出延性特征,破坏形式和承载力均较为稳定。  相似文献

面芯脱粘是复合材料夹芯结构常见的损伤形式。本工作综合考虑面芯界面损伤演化、分层屈曲以及分层扩展的耦合作用,建立了深水静压载荷下复合材料夹芯圆柱壳极限承载能力预报方法。基于非线性极限载荷计算方法,通过预制初始缺陷,开展了含面芯脱粘缺陷复合材料夹芯圆柱壳屈曲特性分析,揭示了典型面芯脱粘缺陷对复合材料夹芯圆柱壳失效模式及极限承载的影响机理,得到不同面芯脱粘形式、脱粘尺寸、脱粘位置的影响规律。研究发现,随贯穿面芯脱粘长度增加,结构失效模式发生整体屈曲→混合屈曲→局部屈曲演化;外蒙皮/芯层面芯脱粘对含环向贯穿面芯脱粘复合材料夹芯圆柱壳极限承载敏感度更高,内蒙皮/芯层界面脱粘对含纵向贯穿面芯脱粘缺陷复合材料夹芯圆柱壳极限承载敏感度更高;对于多个局部圆形面芯脱粘,沿纵向分布越集中、沿环向分布越离散,结构极限承载损失率越高。研究成果对面芯脱粘缺陷复合材料夹芯圆柱壳的优化设计与可靠性评估具有很好的指导意义。  相似文献

提出一种复合材料薄壁圆柱壳轴压局部屈曲承载力计算模型。在梁弯曲变形平截面假定和小变形假定的基础上,提出复合材料层合梁抗弯刚度的计算方法;根据轴压下圆柱壳的几何对称性及受力对称性,将圆柱壳局部屈曲问题转化为轴向和环向壳带的弯曲变形问题。依据薄壳稳定理论,建立弹性基础上纵向壳带局部屈曲模型,得到了复合材料圆柱壳屈曲承载力解析公式。理论计算公式与经验工程计算公式相比,具有形式上的相似性,且得到的计算系数可直接求出,而非经验范围选取。对三种铺层的复合材料薄壁圆柱壳进行了轴压试验,结合文献试验数据对比,试验结果与理论预测值基本一致,满足工程精度要求,验证了模型的正确性。  相似文献

本文分析了筋和壳的儿何参数及壳的铺层对纵向或环向密加筋的复合材料层合圆柱壳在轴压和侧压下的稳定性和初始后屈曲性能的影响。初始后屈曲分析基于Koiter理论。对几种不同几何参数、壳体铺层和载荷情况的加筋壳的计算表明:在所有情况下,外加筋比内加筋更有效地提高了屈曲载荷;复合材料壳的加筋效率一般都高于各向同性材料加筋壳;壳体的铺层对屈曲和初始后屈曲性能有很大影响。  相似文献

管道在深水环境中易遭受外压和动力载荷的联合作用,该状态下结构的局部压溃特性还有待与深入探索。建立了管道数值模型,模拟结构屈曲过程并得到临界动力载荷幅值;对影响管道局部屈曲的动力载荷频率、外压大小、管道长度、初始椭圆度缺陷等敏感性因素进行了分析。结果表明,管道截面壳振动使管道承载能力下降是诱发局部压溃的主因,动力载荷对管道的危害大于静力载荷,动力载荷频率接近于截面壳振动频率最易引发局部压溃,管道长度降低可以大大降低动力作用下局部压溃的可能性。  相似文献

复合材料层合圆柱壳是一种常用的承载结构,在其制造、运输和使用过程中可能会出现脱层,这将影响圆柱壳的承载能力,因此,建立正确的分析模型来研究脱层壳的承载能力是非常有必要的。首先将含任意位置环向贯穿脱层的轴压圆柱壳分成多段子壳,用厚度的三次多项式和环向的三角级数模拟脱层壳屈曲时子壳的轴向和环向位移;然后利用变分原理导出了脱层壳的屈曲方程和定解条件;最后,将控制方程和定解条件写成状态空间形式并在轴向用状态空间方法进行求解。  相似文献

有效的触发机制能诱导并改善复合材料吸能结构的轴向渐进压溃行为,但仍无法解决汽车吸能结构在斜向冲击载荷下的失稳问题。为了提出新的设计来改善失稳行为,对复合材料吸能圆管在半圆凹槽触发机制下的斜向压溃行为和失效机制进行研究。建立引入半圆凹槽触发机制的圆管有限元模型,采用界面和层内非线性损伤演化模型来模拟其真实的压溃失效模式。通过对比模拟和实验对应的轴向压溃载荷、吸能和失效模式来验证圆管的准静态压溃模型。进而,预测斜向压溃角度(10°~50°)对圆管在半圆凹槽触发机制下压溃行为的影响,并详细揭示其轴向和斜向压溃失效机制及其区别。结果表明,压溃载荷、吸能及失效面积随角度增大而明显减小,不稳定的压溃过程使材料失效耗能不充分。圆管在轴向压溃下表现为渐进破坏,而在斜向压溃下以“渐进破坏”向“失稳破坏”过渡为特征,导致斜向压溃载荷与吸能曲线均存在一个过渡。本研究加深了对圆管在外部触发机制下斜向压溃失效机制的理解,为改善斜向压溃失稳行为提供了一定的设计依据。  相似文献

轴向冲击荷载作用下薄壁圆柱壳屈曲变形研究一直受人们关注,探讨其动态响应的特征和机理,不仅可以丰富冲击屈曲研究内容,而且为提高结构的抗冲击能力提供理论基础。众多实验现象表明,圆柱壳在轴向冲击荷载作用下非对称屈曲时截面为规则几何形状,且不只三角形一种模式,也不是随机现象,而具有一定规律性。文章对环向截面屈曲耗能计算进行理论推导,通过分析对比屈曲耗能与折叠边数、圆柱壳半径的关系,根据最小耗能原理,证实变形规律存在,并分析得到,随半径增加圆柱壳非对称屈曲由三角形模式向多边形模式发展,最终有转变为轴对称变形模式的可能。  相似文献

Mechanical properties and failure modes of carbon fiber composite egg and pyramidal honeycombs cores under in plane compression were studied in the present paper. An interlocking method was developed for both kinds of three-dimensional honeycombs. Euler or core shear macro-buckling, face wrinkling, face inter-cell buckling, core member crushing and face sheet crushing were considered and theoretical relationships for predicting the failure load associated with each mode were presented. Failure mechanism maps were constructed to predict the failure of these composite sandwich panels subjected to in-plane compression. The response of the sandwich panels under axial compression was measured up to failure. The measured peak loads obtained in the experiments showed a good agreement with the analytical predictions. The finite element method was used to investigate the Euler buckling of sandwich beams made with two different honeycomb cores and the comparisons between two kinds of honeycomb cores were conducted.  相似文献

为了开展多模态缺陷条件下复合材料柱形壳的屈曲特性研究,进行了理想柱形壳在轴压工况下的线性屈曲分析,得出前50阶屈曲失稳模式,即模态缺陷;基于弧长法研究不同模态缺陷条件下复合材料柱形壳的非线性屈曲特性;将有限元分析结果、NASA SP-8007规范计算结果与Bisagni试验结果作对比分析。结果表明:对于轴压柱形壳屈曲问题,第1阶模态缺陷不是最差缺陷,在第1阶模态缺陷条件下求出的非线性屈曲载荷比试验值高出较多;高阶模态缺陷条件下的复合材料柱形壳非线性屈曲计算结果与试验结果最为吻合,两者相差较少;屈曲载荷下降受缺陷形状、幅值双重影响,复合材料柱形壳屈曲计算需考虑多模态问题;NASA求出的屈曲载荷非常保守,低于试验值较多,用NASA方法进行复合材料柱形壳的设计,往往会导致结构笨重、材料浪费、性能降低。  相似文献

为探究穿透裂缝对复合材料缠绕圆柱壳承载能力及失效模式的影响,首先开展不同壁厚含预裂缝复合材料缠绕圆柱壳轴向压缩试验。对于A系列厚壁圆柱壳,裂缝导致承载能力下降53.96%,失效模式由局部屈曲转化为裂缝扩展、脆性断裂;而B系列薄壁圆柱壳均发生局部屈曲,裂缝使承载能力下降12.59%。其次,采用有限元软件ABAQUS 6.14,基于非线性RIKS算法,建立轴压作用下含预裂缝复合材料圆柱壳极限承载能力计算模型,通过引入Hashin失效准则及损伤演化判据,预测结构渐进破坏模式及极限荷载。数值结果与试验数据吻合良好,最大误差为7.01%,验证了数值算法的可靠性。在此基础上,探讨裂缝方向、缠绕角度对含预裂缝复合材料圆柱壳极限承载的影响,可知:对于±55°螺旋铺层复合材料圆柱壳,随裂缝角度α增加,极限承载能力先升高再降低,当α=45°时,具备最大承载能力;对于含开缝角α=15°、45°、55°缠绕圆柱壳,随缠绕角θ增加,其承载能力呈先上升后下降趋势。且开缝角越小,缠绕角度对极限荷载的影响越大,当缠绕角θ=30°时,达到最大承载能力。  相似文献

This paper examines the effects of the material and structural geometry on the crushing behaviour, energy absorption, failure mechanism and failure mode of circular conical composite shell. The static crushing behaviour of circular conical composite shell under uniform axial compressive load has been investigated experimentally. The cone vertex angles used were 0, 6, 12 and 18 degrees. The cone vertical length and bottom outer diameter were kept for all the cases as 100 and 110 mm, respectively. Failure modes were examined using several photographs taken during the crushing stages for each specimen. Results obtained from this investigation showed that the initial failure was dominated by the interfacial and shear failure, while the delamination and eventually fibre fracture were dominated the failure mechanism after the initial failure. It has also found that the static crushing behaviour of the circular conical shell is very sensitive to the change in the vertex angle. Reinforcement type greatly affects the energy absorption of the circular conical and cylindrical shells.  相似文献

Sandwich panels having metallic corrugated cores had distinctly different attributes from those having metal foam cores, the former with high specific stiffness/strength and the latter with superior specific energy absorption capacity. To explore the attribute diversity, all-metallic hybrid-cored sandwich constructions with aluminum foam blocks inserted into the interstices of steel corrugated plates were fabricated and tested under three-point bending. Analytical predictions of the bending stiffness, initial failure load, peak load, and failure modes were obtained and compared with those measured. Good agreement between analysis and experiment was achieved. Failure maps were also constructed to reveal the mechanisms of initial failure. Foam insertions altered not only the failure mode of the corrugated sandwich but also increased dramatically its bending resistance. All-metallic sandwich constructions with foam-filled corrugated cores hold great potential as novel lightweight structural materials for a wide range of structural and crushing/impulsive loading applications.  相似文献

研究了在轴压载荷作用下圆柱壳结构的失稳模态和结构承载效率,分析了空心圆柱壳厚度对失稳模态和承载效率的影响,以及圆柱壳填充轻质芯体对提高承载效率的作用;研究了圆柱壳结构的基于参数化建模、稳定性分析以及承载效率优化设计的一体化方法,并基于商用软件PATRAN的PCL语言予以实现。针对特定夹芯圆柱壳结构的稳定性分析和优化表明,空心薄壁圆柱壳结构在轴压载荷作用下容易失稳,结构承载效率低。适当增加壳体厚度,不但提高抗屈曲能力,而且也提高了结构承载效率。但厚度增加到一定限度后,进一步增加壳体厚度会提高结构的失稳荷载,但承载效率下降。利用泡沫状材料填充薄壁圆柱壳结构可以提高圆柱壳的结构抗屈曲承载能力和承载效率。通过优化壳体壁厚和芯体材料的相对密度,可有效地提高结构的承载能力和承载效率。  相似文献

对碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料(CFRP)薄壁圆管的扭转屈曲、失效载荷和失效模式进行了试验和数值模拟。试验观察圆管在扭矩作用下的3种失效模式,分析了不同失效模式的特征和机理。考虑圆柱壳的初始缺陷和非线性屈曲等因素,利用ABAQUS建立了圆管屈曲和损伤的有限元模型。结果表明:屈曲诱发圆管表面微裂纹的产生和扩展,对圆管的失效有着加速作用;扭转失效过程中圆管层间应力较低,层间分层主要由管壁突然的破坏产生;圆柱壳的初始缺陷对屈曲和失效载荷的模拟影响较大,本文通过对比计算结果和试验数据确定了圆管的初始缺陷系数;损伤模型的数值模拟结果与试验数据相一致,验证了有限元模型的有效性。   相似文献

The early time, through-thickness stress wave response of a foam-core, composite sandwich cylindrical shell under external blast is examined in this paper. Solutions for the transient response of the facesheets were derived as stress waves propagated through an elastic–plastic, crushable foam core. These solutions were found to be in good agreement with results from finite element analysis. The blast response of the composite sandwich cylindrical shell was shown to be affected by the magnitude and duration of the pressure pulse. High amplitude, low duration (impulsive) pressure pulses induced the greatest energy absorption. Low amplitude, long duration pressure pulses caused minimal energy absorption. The amount of energy absorbed increased and the failure load decreased with increasing core thickness. Sandwich shells with foams of varying density, compressive modulus and crushing resistance were also examined. The sandwich shells with the foam of the highest density, compressive modulus and crushing resistance (Divinycell HCP100) were found to be the most blast resistant to failure even though no energy was absorbed by them. Per unit weight, however, the shells with a lighter, less stiff and strong, Divinycell H200 foam core were more blast resistant to failure than shells with a Divinycell HCP100 foam core.  相似文献
