Based on the sandwich test,adherence mechanisms of cement clinker on various basic bricks were tackled by microstructural observations with help of cathodoluminescence technique.Doloma based bricks offer sufficient lime to react with clinker,forming C3S rich layer and initializing superior adherence.However,clinker with low silica ratio leads to MgO agglomeration at the interface of doloma bricks,which reduces adherence strength.On magnesia spinel bricks,fine crystalline spinel easily reacts with lime containing phases from clinker to form lowmelting phases and belite zone,which shows high adherence performance.Lack of fine spinel in magnesia spinel bricks results in poor adherence. 相似文献

以电熔刚玉、锆莫来石、α-Al2O3微粉为主要原料,以铝酸钙水泥为结合剂,制备了刚玉质耐火浇注料.研究了锆莫来石加入量(质量分数分别为0、3%、6%、9%)对刚玉质耐火浇注料物理性能、物相组成和显微结构的影响.结果表明:随着锆莫来石加入量的增加,110℃×24 h烘干后试样体积密度呈先增大后减小,显气孔率呈先减小后增大趋势,常温抗折强度变化不大;1600℃×3h处理后耐火浇注料试样体积密度和常温抗折强度呈先增大后减小的趋势,1500℃×0.5 h高温抗折强度呈明显下降趋势.锆莫来石的引入对刚玉质耐火浇注料的抗热震性有所提高.综合各项性能,认为锆莫来石的最佳加入质量分数为3%. 相似文献

Nano SiC-BN composite powders were prepared by dissolving analytically pure H3BO3 and CO(NH2)2 with the mole ratio of 1:2.5 in the absolute alcohol, adding 80% β-SiC with 0.2 μm average grain size while stirring, firing at 850 ℃ in nitrogen (purity: 99.99%, pressure: 0.92-0.93 MPa) for 15 h. 以AOD炉用后镁钙砖为原料,配以电熔镁砂合成再生镁钙砖.对其抗热震性能进行测试,并测试了热震前后样品的常温抗折强度,然后对比热震前后样品的微观形貌,从而对再生镁钙砖的抗热震性能进行综合评判.结果表明:MgO质量分数为75%的再生镁钙砖热震后外部形貌较热震前无明显变化,热震20次后,其常温抗折强度为35.80 MPa,依旧保持较好的常温力学性能,但是随着热震次数的增加,样品的常温抗折强度逐渐减小,抗折强度损失率逐渐增大,抗热震性系数逐渐减小,且均呈线性变化,主要是因为样品内部由于热应力产生裂纹,并且裂纹逐渐延展扩大所致. 相似文献

为制备具有优良抗热震性能的刚玉–尖晶石浇注料,在浇注料中加入0~9%(质量分数,下同)的氧化锆,通过测试弹性模量和残余抗折强度研究了氧化锆对刚玉–尖晶石浇注料抗热震性能的影响。利用X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜分析了刚玉–尖晶石–氧化锆浇注料抗热震性能的影响机制。结果表明:刚玉–尖晶石浇注料的弹性模量随氧化锆加入量增加逐渐降低,由129 GPa(未加ZrO2)降至93.6 GPa(加入9%ZrO2),而残余抗折强度随氧化锆加入量增加而升高,经5次1 100℃水冷热震循环后,残余抗折强度保持率由59%(未加ZrO2)提高到83%(加入9%ZrO2)。提高刚玉–尖晶石浇注料抗热震性能的机制为微裂纹增韧、ZrO2粒子弥散增强和钉扎效应等多重因素共同作用。 相似文献

The paper describes the ries with high thermal shock development of brick seresistance and low creep rate for hot blast stove, including research target and research plan on the basis of analysis on how to enhance the thermal shock resistance and to lower creep rate of the bricks. Efforts have been made on the selection of starting materials such as corundum, mullite, andalusite and sillimanite etc., together with some measures taken on multi-grade formulation, homogenizing of the matrix of bricks and addition of some special additives. The results indicated that the bricks were with characteristics such as higher thermal shock resistance of 〉 30 cycles under quenching in water from 1000℃, and creep rate of 0. 2 under 1400℃ for 20 -50hrs with load of 0.2 MPa. Now a series of products of this kind have been developed and produced. The application of the products in Wuhan Iron and Steel Co. showed very prospective results. Now most of domestic large sized blast furnaces say ≥- 1000m^3, including those of Baoshan Iron and Steel Co. , have selected the series products made by Gongyi No. 5 Refractories Head Factory(GYWN) for their hot blast stoves. 相似文献

阐明了陶瓷材料抗热震性研究的重要意义,系统总结了陶瓷材料抗热震的评价理论、热震断裂机制和设计高抗热震陶瓷材料的新近研究成果,并基于理论提出了改善陶瓷材料抗热震性的策略。即从控制显微结构出发,增加材料的韧性和热传导性、降低材料的弹性模量和线胀系数,为制作高抗热震陶瓷材料提供了可借鉴的工程技术途径。 相似文献

氮化硅陶瓷作为先进陶瓷材料具有耐高温、抗腐蚀等优异性能,因此被广泛应用于航空航天领域的强热冲击环境。热压烧结制备的Si3N4复合材料的抗弯强度较高,但抗热震性能随温度升高显著降低,热压烧结工艺在提升抗热震性能方面尚有不足。本文提出了使用二次热处理烧结方式来提高Si3N4陶瓷的抗热震性能,通过热压烧结-气压烧结二次热处理的烧结方式获得更致密、抗热震性能更好的Si3N4陶瓷材料。测试结果显示,常规热压方式制备的氮化硅陶瓷,随着热震温度的升高、次数的增加,材料内部产生微裂纹的概率增大,热震后试样抗弯强度逐渐降低,1200℃时平均强度下降率达23.48%。而经过二次热处理后氮化硅陶瓷抗弯强度略有降低,但抗热震性能得到明显改善,随着热处理时间增加,二次热处理后氮化硅陶瓷显微结构更加致密,抗热震性能将明显提高,热震后强度下降率明显减小,1200℃热震10次后强度下降率为12.25%。本文提出了提高Si3N4陶瓷的抗热震性的方法,探讨了氮化硅陶瓷在1200℃高温下的抗热震性能及其衰减规律,为改善氮化硅陶瓷器件高温性能提供了参考。 相似文献

采用正交设计方法研究了硅微粉、氧化铝微粉及烧成温度对刚玉莫来石复相陶瓷热震稳定性及蠕变性能的影响机制。结果表明:烧结温度对复相陶瓷热震稳定性及蠕变性的影响最大,氧化铝微粉次之,硅微粉最小。高温抗折强度损失率在烧成温度为1650℃时最低,随氧化铝的含量增加而减小,并随硅微粉含量增加而增大。蠕变率随烧成温度的提高而减少,氧化铝质量分数为7%时最低,并随硅微粉含量增加而增大。通过调节硅微粉、氧化铝微粉及烧结温度,可控制颗粒与基质、莫来石的结合状态,气孔及残留α-Al2O3,从而改善材料的抗热震性及蠕变性。 相似文献

为了提高氧化铝陶瓷的抗热震性,将具有低膨胀系数的堇青石加入到Al2O3中,通过无压烧结工艺,制备出了氧化铝-堇青石复合抗热震陶瓷.结果表明,堇青石加入量为w(堇青石)=10%,烧结温度 1520℃时,陶瓷样品能够承受1500℃温差(空冷)的热震破坏.采用SEM对陶瓷进行组织结构分析,发现在基体内部形成长柱状组织,并呈无规分布状态,这样的显微组织对提高陶瓷的抗热震性具有重要作用. 相似文献

本文关于水泥回转窑用镁尖晶石砖的主要原料,即天然菱镁石原料和烧结、电熔MgO原料的纯度、晶体大小,结晶晶界厚度及其镁尖晶石砖的耐蚀性、抗热震性、水泥挂窑皮性等高温特性进行了研究,其结果表明,高纯度,大晶体,小晶界厚度的MgO原料的耐蚀性好,含有多种杂质成分的MgO原料的水泥挂窑皮性好,高纯度,小晶体的MgO原料的抗热震性好。 相似文献
