Nano-γ-Al2O3 is dispersed onto the glass carbon electrode (GCE) by polishing. This nanostructured modified GCE exhibits a great enhancement to the redox responses of 3-nitrobenzaldehyde thiosemicarbazone (3-NBT). In comparison with bare GCE, 3-NBT gives a more sensitive voltammetric response because of the nanoparticle’s unique properties. The lowest detectable concentration (3σ) of 3-NBT is estimated to be 1.18 × 10−6 M (accumulation for 4 min). The linear relationship between peak current and concentration of 3-NBT holds in the range 1.0 × 10−5 M to 1.0 × 10−4 M (r = 0.9981). The electrochemical properties of 3-NBT on this modified electrode have been investigated with various electrochemical methods. The results indicate that the transference of one electron and one proton involves electrode radical reaction processes I and II, respectively. The coverage value (Γ) of 1.62 × 10−9 mol cm−2 was calculated and the electrochemical parameters, diffusion coefficient D (2.54 × 10−3 cm2 s−1, 2.03 × 10−3 cm2 s−1) and reaction rate constant ks (5.9573 s−1, 7.15 × 10−2 cm s−1) were obtained for quasi-reversible system I and irreversible system II, respectively.  相似文献

A novel platform, which hemoglobin (Hb) was immobilized on core–shell structurally Fe3O4/Au nanoparticles (simplified as Fe3O4@Au NPs) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE), has been developed for fabricating the third biosensors. Fe3O4@Au NPs, characterized using transmission electron microscope (TEM), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectra (EDS), were coated onto GCE mediated by chitosan so as to provide larger surface area for anchoring Hb. The thermodynamics, dynamics and catalysis properties of Hb immobilized on Fe3O4@Au NPs were discussed by UV–visible spectrum (UV–vis), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance technique (EQCM) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). The electrochemical parameters of Hb on Fe3O4@Au NPs modified GCE were further carefully calculated with the results of the effective working area as 3.61 cm2, the surface coverage concentration (Γ) as 1.07 × 10−12 mol cm−2, the electron-transfer rate constant (Ks) as 1.03 s−1, the number of electron transferred (n) as 1.20 and the standard entropy of the immobilized Hb (ΔS0′) as calculated to be −104.1 J mol−1 K−1. The electrocatalytic behaviors of the immobilized Hb on Fe3O4@Au NPs were applied for the determination of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), oxygen (O2) and trichloroacetic acid (TCA). The possible functions of Fe3O4 core and Au shell as a novel platform for achieving Hb direct electrochemistry were discussed, respectively.  相似文献

A monolayer of Keggin-type heteropolyanion [SiNi(H2O)W11O39]6− was fabricated by electrodepositing [SiNi(H2O)W11O39]6− on cysteamine modified gold electrode. The monolayer of [SiNi(H2O)W11O39]6− modified gold electrode was characterized by atomic force microscopy (AFM) and electrochemical method. AFM results showed the [SiNi(H2O)W11O39]6− uniformly deposited on the electrode surface and formed a porous monolayer. Cyclic voltammetry exhibited one oxidation peak and two reduction peaks in 1.0 M H2SO4 in the potential range of −0.2 to 0.7 V. The constructed electrode could exist in a large pH (0-7.6) range and showed good catalytic activity towards the reduction of bromate anion (BrO3) and nitrite (NO2), and oxidation of ascorbic acid (AA) in acidic solution. The well catalytic active of the electrode was ascribed to the porous structure of the [SiNi(H2O)W11O39]6 monolayer.  相似文献

Room temperature ionic liquid (RTIL) 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate (BMIM·PF6) has been successfully immobilized on mesocellular siliceous foams (MSFs) by using a specific annealing method. Nitrogen adsorption/desorption isotherms and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images reveal that most pores of MSFs are filled with the RTIL and the outer surfaces of MSFs are covered with the RTIL. When hemoglobin (Hb) is immobilized with the resulting hybrid material on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE), a pair of well-defined and quasi-reversible voltammetric peaks for Hb Fe(III)/Fe(II) is obtained. Its formal potential is −0.330 V (vs. saturated calomel electrode) in pH 7.0 phosphate buffer solution (PBS). The peak currents are much larger than those of Hb immobilized with MSFs or BMIM·PF6-MSFs mixture. This indicates that the hybrid material has stronger promotion to the direct electron transfer of Hb, which is related to the effective immobilization of BMIM·PF6 on MSFs. The electron-transfer rate constant (ks) is estimated to be 1.91 s−1. The immobilized Hb retains its native conformation and shows high electrocatalysis to the reduction of H2O2. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the catalytic current is linear to the concentration of H2O2 from 0.2 to 28 μM, and the detection limit is 8 × 10−8 M (S/N = 3). The linear range is wider than those for Hb immobilized with MSFs or BMIM·PF6-MSFs mixture. Thus, the MSFs supported RTILs hybrid material is an ideal matrix for protein immobilization and biosensor fabrication.  相似文献

[PFeW11O39]4− (PFeW11) supported on the surface of 3-aminopropyl(triethoxy)silane modified silica gel was synthesized and used as a bulk modifier to fabricate a renewable three-dimensional chemically modified electrode. The electrochemical behavior of the modified electrode was investigated. Cyclic voltammetry studies showed that the PFeW11 on the electrode surface sustained the same electrochemical properties as that of the PFeW11 in solution. The preparation of chemically modified electrode is simple and quiet reproducible using inexpensive material. The modified electrode had high electrocatalytic activity toward H2O2 reduction and it was successfully applied as an electrochemical detector to monitor H2O2 in flow injection analysis (FIA). The electrocatalytic peak current was found to be linear with the H2O2 concentration in the range 10-200 μmol L−1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.998 and a detection limit (3σ) of 7.4 μmol L−1 H2O2. The electrode has the remarkable advantage of surface renewal owing to bulk modification, as well as simple preparation, good mechanical and chemical stability and reproducibility.  相似文献

In this work, Ni(OH)2 nanoplates grown on the Cu substrate were synthesized and characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Then a novel Cu-Ni(OH)2 modified glass carbon electrode (Cu-Ni(OH)2/GCE) was fabricated and evaluated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), cyclic voltammetry (CV), and typical amperometric response (i-t) method. Exhilaratingly, the Cu-Ni(OH)2/GCE shows significant electrocatalytic activity toward the reduction of H2O2. At an applied potential of −0.1 V, the sensor produces an ultrahigh sensitivity of 408.1 μA mM−1 with a low detection limit of 1.5 μM (S/N = 3). The response time of the proposed electrode was less than 5 s. What's more, the proposed sensor displays excellent selectivity, good stability, and satisfying repeatability.  相似文献

A series of ZnxMg1 − xGa2O4:Co2+ spinels (x = 0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, and 1.0) was successfully produced through low-temperature burning method by using Mg(NO3)2·4H2O, Zn(NO3)2·6H2O, Ga(NO3)3·6H2O, CO(NH2)2, NH4NO3, and Co(NO3)2·6H2O as raw materials. The product was characterized by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, and photoluminescence spectroscopy. The product was not merely a simple mixture of MgGa2O4 and ZnGa2O4; rather, it formed a solid solution. The lattice constant of ZnxMg1 − xGa2O4:Co2+ (0 ≤ x ≤ 1.0) crystals has a good linear relationship with the doping density, x. The synthesized products have high crystallinities with neat arrays. Based on an analysis of the form and position of the emission spectrum, the strong emission peak around the visible region (670 nm) can be attributed to the energy level transition [4T1(4P) → 4A2(4F)] of Co2+ in the tetrahedron. The weak emission peak in the near-infrared region can be attributed to the energy level transition [4T1(4P) → 4T2(4F)] of Co2+ in the tetrahedron.  相似文献

Some polyanionic compounds, e.g. TiP2O7 and LiTi2(PO4)3 with 3D framework structure were proposed to be used as anodes of lithium ion battery with aqueous electrolyte. The cyclic voltammetry properties TiP2O7 and LiTi2(PO4)3 suggested that Li-ion de/intercalation reaction can occur without serious hydrogen evolution in 5 M LiNO3 aqueous solution. The TiP2O7 and LiTi2(PO4)3 give capacities of about 80 mAh/g between potentials of −0.50 V and 0 V (versus SHE) and 90 mAh/g between −0.65 V and −0.10 V (versus SHE), respectively. A test cell consisting of TiP2O7/5 M LiNO3/LiMn2O4 delivers approximately 42 mAh/g (weight of cathode and anode) at average voltage of 1.40 V, and LiTi2(PO4)3/5 M LiNO3/LiMn2O4 delivers approximately 45 mAh/g at average voltage of 1.50 V. Both as-assembled cells suffered from short cycle life. The capacity fading may be related to deterioration of anode material.  相似文献

Non-spherical Li(Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)O2 powders have been synthesized using a two-step drying method with 5% excess LiOH at 800 °C for 20 h. The tap-density of the powder obtained is 2.95 g cm−3. This value is remarkably higher than that of the Li(Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)O2 powders obtained by other methods, which range from 1.50 g cm−3 to 2.40 g cm−3. The precursor and Li(Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)O2 are characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). XPS studies show that the predominant oxidation states of Ni, Co and Mn in the precursor are 2+, 3+ and 4+, respectively. XRD results show that the Li(Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)O2 material obtained by the two-step drying method has a well-layered structure with a small amount of cation mixing. SEM confirms that the Li(Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)O2 particles obtained by this method are uniform. The initial discharge capacity of 167 mAh g−1 is obtained between 3 V and 4.3 V at a current of 0.2 C rate. The capacity of 159 mAh g−1 is retained at the end of 30 charge-discharge cycle with a capacity retention of 95%.  相似文献

Uniform and spherical Li(Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)O(2−δ)Fδ powders were synthesized via NH3 and F coordination hydroxide co-precipitation. The effect of F coordination agent on the morphology, structure and electrochemical properties of the Li(Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)O(2−δ)Fδ were studied. The morphology, size, and distribution of (Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)(OH)(2−δ)Fδ particle diameter were improved in a shorter reaction time through the addition of F. The study suggested that the added F improves the layered characteristics of the lattice and the cyclic performance of Li(Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)O2 in the voltage range of 2.8-4.6 V. The initial capacity of the Li(Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)O1.96F0.04 was 178 mAh g−1, the maximum capacity was 186 mAh g−1 and the capacity after 50 cycles was 179 mAh g−1 in the voltage range of 2.8-4.6 V.  相似文献

A carbon coated Li3V2(PO4)3 cathode material for lithium ion batteries was synthesized by a sol-gel method using V2O5, H2O2, NH4H2PO4, LiOH and citric acid as starting materials, and its physicochemical properties were investigated using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), X-ray diffraction (XRD) spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive analysis of X-ray (EDAX), transmission electron microscope (TEM), and electrochemical methods. The sample prepared displays a monoclinic structure with a space group of P21/n, and its surface is covered with a rough and porous carbon layer. In the voltage range of 3.0-4.3 V, the Li3V2(PO4)3 electrode displays a large reversible capacity, good rate capability and excellent cyclic stability at both 25 and 55 °C. The largest reversible capacity of 130 mAh g−1 was obtained at 0.1C and 55 °C, nearly equivalent to the reversible cycling of two lithium ions per Li3V2(PO4)3 formula unit (133 mAh g−1). It was found that the increase in total carbon content can improve the discharge performance of the Li3V2(PO4)3 electrode. In the voltage range of 3.0-4.8 V, the extraction and reinsertion of the third lithium ion in the carbon coated Li3V2(PO4)3 host are almost reversible, exhibiting a reversible capacity of 177 mAh g−1 and good cyclic performance. The reasons for the excellent electrochemical performance of the carbon coated Li3V2(PO4)3 cathode material were also discussed.  相似文献

The complex perovskite oxide Ba(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3 (BZN) has been studied for its attractive dielectric properties which place this material interesting for applications as multilayer ceramics capacitors or hyperfrequency resonators. This material is sinterable at low temperature with combined glass phase–lithium salt additions, and exhibits, at 1 MHz very low dielectric losses combined with relatively high dielectric constant and a good stability of this later versus temperature. The 2 wt.% of ZnO–SiO2–B2O3 glass phase and 1 wt.% of LiF-added BZN sample sintered at 900 °C exhibits a relative density higher than 95% and attractive dielectric properties: a dielectric constant ?r of 39, low dielectrics losses (tan(δ) < 10−3) and a temperature coefficient of permittivity τ? of 45 ppm/°C−1. The 2 wt.% ZnO–SiO2–B2O3 glass phase and 1 wt.% of B2O3-added BZN sintered at 930 °C exhibits also attractive dielectric properties (?r = 38, tan(δ) < 10−3) and it is more interesting in terms of temperature coefficient of the permittivity (τ? = −5 ppm/°C). Their good dielectric properties and their compatibility with Ag electrodes, make these ceramics suitable for L.T.C.C applications.  相似文献

Nanowire-structured MnO2 active materials were prepared by a chemical precipitation method and their supercapacitive properties for use in the electrodes of supercapacitors were investigated by means of cyclic voltammetry in an aqueous gel electrolytes consisting of 1 M Na2SO4 and fumed silica (SiO2). The MnO2 electrode showed a maximum specific capacitance of 151 F g−1 after 1000 cycles at 100 mV s−1 when using the gel electrolyte containing 3 wt.% of SiO2, which is higher than 121 F g−1 obtained when using the 1 M Na2SO4 liquid electrolyte alone.  相似文献

In this work, graphene/prussian blue (PB) composite nanosheets with good dispersibility in aqueous solutions have been synthesized by mixing ferric-(III) chloride and potassium ferricyanide in the presence of graphene under ambient conditions. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) shows that the average size of the as-synthesized PB nanoparticles on the surface of graphene nanosheets is about 20 nm. Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns have been used to characterize the chemical composition of the obtained graphene/PB composite nanosheets. The graphene/PB composite nanosheets exhibit good electrocatalytic behavior to detection of H2O2 at an applied potential of −0.05 V. The sensor shows a good linear dependence on H2O2 concentration in the range of 0.02-0.2 mM with a sensitivity of 196.6 μA mM−1 cm−2. The detection limit is 1.9 μM at the signal-to-noise ratio of 3. Furthermore, the graphene/PB modified electrode exhibits freedom of interference from other co-existing electroactive species. This work provides a new kind of composite modified electrode for amperometric biosensors.  相似文献

Indium oxide (In2O3) microspheres with hollow interiors have been prepared by a facile implantation route which enables indium ions released from indium-chloride precursors to implant into nonporous polymeric templates in C2Cl4 solvent. The templates are then removed upon calcination at 500 °C in air atmosphere, forming hollow In2O3 particles. Specific surface area (0.5-260 m2 g−1) and differential pore volume (7 × 10−9 to 3.8 × 10−4 m3 g−1 Å−1) of the hollow particles can be tailored by adjusting the precursor concentration. For the hollow In2O3 particles with high surface area (260 m2 g−1), an enhanced photocatalytic efficiency (up to ∼one-fold increase) against methylene blue (MB) dye is obtained under UV exposure for the aqueous In2O3 colloids with a dilute solids concentration of 0.02 wt.%.  相似文献

Electrochemical and thermal properties of Co3(PO4)2- and AlPO4-coated LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 cathode materials were compared. AlPO4-coated LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 cathodes exhibited an original specific capacity of 170.8 mAh g−1 and had a capacity retention (89.1% of its initial capacity) between 4.35 and 3.0 V after 60 cycles at 150 mA g−1. Co3(PO4)2-coated LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 cathodes exhibited an original specific capacity of 177.6 mAh g−1 and excellent capacity retention (91.8% of its initial capacity), which was attributed to a lithium-reactive Co3(PO4)2 coating. The Co3(PO4)2 coating material could react with LiOH and Li2CO3 impurities during annealing to form an olivine LixCoPO4 phase on the bulk surface, which minimized any side reactions with electrolytes and the dissolution of Ni4+ ions compared to the AlPO4-coated cathode. Differential scanning calorimetry results showed Co3(PO4)2-coated LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 cathode material had a much improved onset temperature of the oxygen evolution of about 218 °C, and a much lower amount of exothermic-heat release compared to the AlPO4-coated sample.  相似文献

Au nanoparticles (AuNPs) are good quenchers once they closely contact with luminophore. Here we reported a simple approach to obtain enhanced electrogenerated chemiluminescence (ECL) behavior based on Au/CdS nanocomposite films by adjusting the amount of AuNPs in the nanocomposite. The maximum enhancement factor of about 4 was obtained at an indium tin oxide (ITO) electrode in the presence of co-reactant H2O2. The mechanism of this enhancement was discussed in detail. The strong ECL emission from Au/CdS nanocomposites film was exploited to determine H2O2. The resulting ECL biosensors showed a linear response to the concentration of H2O2 ranging from 1.0 × 10−8 to 6.6 × 10−4 mol L−1 with a detection limit of 5 nmol L−1 (S/N = 3) and good stability and reproducibility.  相似文献

Aggregates of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) that mediate the assembly of manganese dioxide nanoparticles (nano-MnO2) for hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) amperometric sensing have been developed. The aggregates were prepared by directly mixing citric-capped AuNPs and poly(allylamine hydrochloride) (PAH)-capped nano-MnO2 using an electrostatic self-assembly strategy. The prepared sensor exhibited excellent electrochemical behaviors and a wide linear range from 7.80 × 10−7 to 8.36 × 10−4 M with a detection limit of 4.68 × 10−8 M (S/N = 3) because of the synergistic influence of excellent catalytic ability of MnO2 and good electrical conductivity of AuNPs. In addition, its applicability to practical samples for measuring H2O2 in toothpastes has obtained a satisfactory result. Due to the ease of preparation and excellent properties of the sensor, indicating the MnO2-AuNP material may be a potential H2O2 sensor.  相似文献

Spinel compound LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 was synthesized by a chemical wet method. Mn(NO3)2, Ni(NO3)2·6H2O, NH4HCO3 and LiOH·H2O were used as the starting materials. At first, Mn(NO3)2 and Ni(NO3)2·6H2O reacted with NH4HCO3 to produce a precursor, then the precursor reacted with LiOH·H2O to synthesize product LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4. The product showed a single spinel phase under appropriate calcination conditions, and exhibited a high voltage plateau at about 4.6-4.8 V in the charge/discharge process. The LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 had a discharge specific capacity of 118 mAh/g at about 4.6 V and 126 mAh/g in total in the first cycle at a discharge current density of 2 mA/cm2. After 50 cycles, the total discharge capacity was above 118 mAh/g.  相似文献

Kinetic and transport parameters of Li ion during its extraction/insertion into thin film LiNi0.5Mn0.5O2 free of binder and conductive additive were provided in this work. LiNi0.5Mn0.5O2 thin film electrodes were grown on Au substrates by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) and post-annealed. The annealed films exhibit a pure layered phase with a high degree of crystallinity. Surface morphology and thin film thickness were investigated by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). The charge/discharge behavior and rate capability of the thin film electrodes were investigated on Li/LiNi0.5Mn0.5O2 cells at different current densities. The kinetics of Li diffusion in these thin film electrodes were investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and galvanostatic intermittent titration technique (GITT). CV was measured between 2.5 and 4.5 V at different scan rates from 0.1 to 2 mV/s. The apparent chemical diffusion coefficients of Li in the thin film electrode were calculated to be 3.13 × 10−13 cm2/s for Li intercalation and 7.44 × 10−14 cm2/s for Li deintercalation. The chemical diffusion coefficients of Li in the thin film electrode were determined to be in the range of 10−12-10−16 cm2/s at different cell potentials by GITT. It is found that the Li diffusivity is highly dependent on the cell potential.  相似文献
