天铁焦炭钝化的试验探讨

为了提高焦炭质量,改善焦炭的热反应性和反应后强度,在不同的喷洒时间将不同浓度的钝化剂溶液分别作用在两种强度的焦炭表面上,进行焦炭热性质的试验和探讨.试验结果表明钝化剂浓度和焦炭本身的质量对焦炭的热性能影响很大,而钝化剂的喷洒时间对焦炭热性能没有影响.     

本钢5号高炉冶金焦热反应性研究与应用

本文对本钢5号高炉冶金焦的反应性和反应后强度之间的关系，冷态强度和热态强度之间的关系进行分析讨论，用典型的事例说明冶金焦反应性的反应后强度在高炉冶炼中的重要性，对5号高炉入炉焦的质量要求有一定的参考价值，建议焦炭反应性和反应后强度列入焦炭质量指标。     

焦炭反应性及反应后强度试验中应注意的几个问题

焦炭反应性及反应后强度，是评价焦炭热性质的重要指标，对高炉冶炼影响很大。近年来随着高炉大型化，这两指标越来越受到人们的重视，许多国家根据本国资源和技术需要制定了不同的测试方法，并用相应指标控制焦炭质量。我国于1983年就制定了国家标准，并于1996年进行了修定，随着钢产量的飞速发展GB4000几乎已被所有企业接受，焦炭反应性及反应后强度测定已成为企业的日常工作。但是由于试验条件掌握不好，两指标的测定值相差较大，影响了对焦炭质量的评价。根据几年来的工作经验，提出几个测定中应注意的问题，供大家参考。     

影响焦炭高温性能的主要因素

根据已建立的焦炭反应性与气化反应速度之间的关系式，得出影响焦炭反应性和热强度的主要因素为：碱金属，温度，压务，焦炭灰分，焦炭显微组分以及焦炭与水的反应性。从理论和实验两方面分析了上述各因素对焦炭高温性能的影响。     

高喷煤比操作对焦炭劣化的影响

为考查提高喷煤量对焦炭在炉内劣化的影响，在宝钢高炉上进行了风口取样研究。结果表明，喷煤量达到200kg/t以上时焦炭劣化严重。高炉生产实绩回归显示，焦炭的热性能对高炉透气性的影响比冷强度显著。分析认为焦炭热性能指标CRI、CSR对高炉高煤比操作更重要。借此还提出了提高喷煤量和改善焦炭质量需加强研究的课题。

针对梅山自产焦炭，利用梅山焦炭反应性试验设备，通过改变焦炭块数、CO2流量和温度等控制参数，讨论了这些参数对焦炭反应性和反应后强度检测值的影响，以及保证测定可靠性应采取的控制措施。     

高炉焦炭质量对高炉冶炼的影响

对马钢2500M^3高炉用焦炭的冷态、热态性能进行了分析，并结合焦炭对高炉生产的理论知识，阐述了马钢焦炭对马钢2500m^2高炉生产的影响。     

提高高炉焦炭质量的研究

分析了武钢高炉喷煤的现状和发展规划,以及提高焦炭质量的必要性。根据不同配煤比条件下炼焦试验和改变工艺条件下炼焦试验的结果,探讨了生产中提高焦炭质量的途径和有待进一步研究的问题。还对２０ｋｇ试验焦炉焦炭与６ｍ、４．３ｍ焦炉焦炭热反应性ＣＲＩ和反应后强度ＣＳＲ的相关性进行了研究。
