10PCuRE耐候钢耐蚀锈层的电化学特征   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
利用干湿周浸实验室加速腐蚀方法获得了不同稀土含量10PCuRE耐候钢和碳钢的腐蚀率,采用测定带锈试样阳极极化曲线、弱极化区线性极化曲线和交流阻抗谱的方法评价了耐候钢和碳钢生成锈层的性能,从电化学角度解释了钢样耐蚀能力的差别,并且得出稀土在一定的含量范围内可以减小腐蚀驱动力,促进锈层稳定致密化的结论。  相似文献

为了考察氮元素对耐候钢耐腐蚀性能的影响,研究制备了氮质量分数分别为0.0358%和0.0026%的高氮耐候钢和低氮耐候钢。应用电化学阻抗谱和X射线衍射(XRD)分析、电子探针(EPMA)面扫描技术研究了两种实验钢在模拟工业大气溶液中腐蚀电化学过程和锈层结构的异同。电化学阻抗谱显示,高氮耐候钢在高频段(点蚀诱发期)比传统耐候钢有着更加优良的耐点蚀能力,低频段(扩散型阻抗生成期)则显示腐蚀产物层具有更高的阻抗,抵御腐蚀介质侵蚀的能力较强。X射线衍射和电子探针分析结果表明耐候钢高氮含量促进了稳定结构锈层生成,锈层中非晶态α-(Fe1-xCrx)OOH的分布更广泛、连续,提升了耐候钢抵御Cl-侵入的能力。高氮钢腐蚀坑具有大宽深比的特征,内锈层较薄,证明其具有良好的抑制点蚀能力。  相似文献

用电化学的方法,测得12MnCuCr耐大气腐蚀低合金钢在0.1mol/LNa2SO4溶液中的阳极极化曲线,经1.5~2a大气暴露以后,试样处于钝化状态,锈层具有良好的防蚀性和稳定性。说明耐候钢表面锈层,具有良好的耐大气腐蚀性能,电化学方法定性研究锈层的防腐性能切实可行。  相似文献

对JT245耐大气腐蚀塔桅结构钢进行室内加速腐蚀试验、电化学腐蚀试验、室外大气曝晒腐蚀试验及钢的表面锈层分析。试验表明:JT245耐大气腐蚀塔桅结构钢板耐大气腐蚀性能达到CortenA钢的实物水平,是理想的耐大气腐蚀材料,各项技术指标均能满足塔桅钢结构的制作要求;它已应用于港口、电网建设等工程之中,有明显的社会效益和经济效益。  相似文献

系统研究了Mn、Cu含量及腐蚀环境体系对协同作用的影响,并利用电化学测试、扫描电镜、XRD等材料分析技术对带锈电极的腐蚀行为、锈层组成、结构和性质进行了深入分析,阐述了Mn-Cu合金化协同作用的机制;利用Mn-Cu合金化的协同作用,成功开发出Mn-Cu型经济耐候钢和实现工业化试生产。实验表明:热轧Mn-Cu钢具有良好的耐候性,其耐候性略优于传统的09CuPTiRE和SPA-H耐候钢。  相似文献

碳钢及耐候钢在模拟工业大气环境中的腐蚀性能研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过周期加速腐蚀试验研究了碳钢Q345B和耐候钢S450EW在模拟工业大气环境中的腐蚀规律。采用失重法对试样的腐蚀速率进行分析,发现Q345B钢的腐蚀速率高于S450EW钢。利用电化学交流阻抗技术(EIS)对锈层的电化学特性进行分析,Q345B钢的锈层电阻随着时间的延长逐渐降低,S450EW钢的锈层电阻随着时间的延长逐渐增大,并且S450EW钢的锈层电阻明显高于Q345B,即S450EW钢的锈层对腐蚀介质的阻滞性能更为优异。通过扫描电镜(SEM)及X射线衍射(XRD)对锈层进行分析,发现S450EW钢的锈层含有更多的α-Fe OOH,锈层更为致密,能为基体提供更好的保护。  相似文献

 The corrosion behavior of low carbon steel (CS), P bearing steel (PS) and P RE weathering steel (P REWS) exposed for two years in Jiangjin of China was investigated. The results showed that during 2 year exposure test, corrosion data of the experimental steels followed the bilogarithmic equation, and the average corrosion depth of PS and P REWS was decreased by 195% and 282% respectively compared with that of CS. Scanning electron microscope, electrochemical impedance spectroscope and Fourier transform infrared spectroscope were used to characterize the corrosion products. The research results showed that P in steel could promote the formation of an amorphous ferric oxyhydroxide layer near the substrate. The addition of RE could effectively increase the charge transportation resistance of rust.  相似文献

The results are as follows: The corrosion processes are obviously different between P-RE weathering steel and carbon steel. The surface of P-RE weathering steel rapidly forms α-FeOOH and the micro-area PH value is above 5.4 during the initial corrosion period. Q235 carbon steel and Q450 weathering steel were exposed to the hot and dry environment of Turpan, China for three years.The corrosion rates of both steels were calculated and compared.The morphologies of the rust layer products were observed by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.Analyses of the rust layers were performed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,X-ray powder diffraction,and Raman spectroscopy,and anal-ysis results indicate that the compositions of rust are main iron rich oxide such as FeOOH,Fe3 O4 ,and Fe2 O3 .The iron oxide layer content proportion was calculated through a semi-quantitative algorithm.The resistance elements (Cr,Ni,and Cu)enhanced the resistance properties of the Q450 weathering steel matrix.Moreover,the resistance elements increased the proportion of goethite crystals in the corroded rust layer.  相似文献

通过连续加载超显微硬度压痕试验测试了耐候钢表面保护性锈层的承载能力.试验结果表明,延长挂片时间,可使耐候钢表面致密锈层开裂的临界压载增大,断裂韧性改善,锈层的承载能力提高,抵抗裂纹扩展的能力增强.  相似文献

介绍了生产SPA-H耐候钢的技术要求,同时结合北营公司的设备条件,研究制定了生产SPA-H耐候钢工艺路线,提出了主要生产环节的操作要点。试生产结果表明,该工艺符合公司设备情况,满足该钢种的质量要求,产品性能合格,质量优良。  相似文献
