本文提出了一种半圆缺陷地结构(Defected Ground Structure)微带线,该结构比传统的正方形DGS微带线有更好的带阻特性和等效Q值.本文分析了半圆DGS参数变化对带阻特性的影响,建立了该微带线的等效电路模型并提取参数;通过等效电路模型可以看出,半圆DGS微带线的Q值为45,大大优于传统DGS微带线的8.5.最后,本文设计了紧凑结构半圆DGS低通滤波器,由于半圆DGS微带线的高Q值,该滤波器的通带插入损耗小于0.2dB,其测试结果与仿真结果相当吻合,验证了所提结构的可靠性. 相似文献

在传统哑铃形缺陷接地结构(DGS)的基础上,设计出一种新型低辐射DGS。该结构既具有传统DGS的优良电路性能,又大大降低了由于接地面蚀刻缺陷图案而引起的无意辐射。进一步仿真分析了低辐射DGS 的串扰,结果表明低辐射DGS 近端串扰峰值电压较哑铃形DGS 下降60%,远端串扰峰值电压下降了36. 8%,证明低辐射DGS 能大大降低由于DGS 的应用对周围电路产生的影响。与接地面完整的平行微带线相比,低辐射DGS 近端串扰略大,但远端串扰在4 ~6 GHz 频段内存在阻带,当受扰线工作在远端串扰的阻带频段内,对远端串扰的抑制效果十分明显。 相似文献

研究了实现DGS(defected ground structure)低通滤波器的方法。DGS滤波器具有很好的慢波、带阻特性,可以有效地改善滤波器特性。利用电路分析法讨论了DGS微带线的等效LC电路及其参数提取。研究了加窗技术在微带缺陷地结构中的应用,仿真表明加窗技术可以有效地改善带内平坦度。制作了相应的实际电路,仿真结果和实验测试结果基本吻合。 相似文献

提出了一种在微带线下的新型缺陷地结构(DGS),并对其性能进行了分析。将传统的DGS结构单元与新型DGS结构单元结合,采用低阻抗微带线,设计了一种超宽阻带低通滤波器。传统哑铃型DGS结构在较宽的阻带内提供衰减,新型DGS结构提供陡峭的阻带衰减响应,得到陡峭的阻带衰减和良好的阻带宽度。模拟仿真和实物测试表明,该滤波器的3 d B截止频率为1.8 GHz,插损小于1 d B,通带内S11均低于–20 d B,阻带在–20 d B以下的频段为2.9219.59 GHz。与传统DGS低通滤波器相比,其尺寸减少了32%,实现了低通滤波器的宽阻带和小型化。 相似文献

An asymmetric defected ground structure (DGS) with respect to a microstrip line is proposed. Its unit cell consists of two square slots connected with a rectangular slot by meandered transverse slots. The simulated, measured and equivalent circuit responses have been presented. The unit DGS pattern under microstrip line produces wide rejection bandwidth and high sharpness factor. Its elliptic band-reject filter response is modelled by appropriate LC equivalent circuit. Two such DGS cells under a microstrip line produce 3-pole quasi-elliptic bandstop filter response, which shows deeper attenuation without appreciable change in pole frequencies in comparison to single cell structure. Unit DGS pattern under coupled gap microstrip lines produces band-accept filtering characteristics. The frequency characteristics show a quasi-elliptic highpass filtering characteristics with sharp lower transition knee. Accordingly, an LC equivalent circuit is proposed. A cascaded band-accept and band-reject filter is proposed for designing a wideband bandpass filter. The bandwidth and centre frequency of the bandpass filter can be varied by choosing different set of DGS dimensions. 相似文献

In this paper, a novel three-pole coupled-line bandpass filter with a microstrip configuration is presented. Presented bandpass filters use defected ground structure (DGS) sections to simultaneously realize a resonator and an inverter. The proposed coupled-line bandpass filter provides compact size with low insertion-loss characteristic. Furthermore, a DGS shape for a microstrip line is newly proposed. The proposed DGS unit structure has a resonance characteristic in some frequency band. The proposed coupled-line filter can provide attenuation poles for wide stopband characteristic due to resonance characteristic of DGS. The equivalent circuit for the proposed DGS unit section is described. The equivalent-circuit parameters for DGS are extracted by using a three-dimensional finite-element-method calculation and simple circuit analysis method. A design method for the proposed coupled-line filter is derived based on coupled-line filter theory and the equivalent circuit of the DGS. A new asymmetric defected ground structure (DGS) consisting of two square headed slots connected with a rectangular slot transversely under a microstrip line is proposed. In the frequency characteristics of its unit cell, an attenuation zero is observed close to the attenuation pole. The DGS unit is represented by Cauer's T-network, modeled by a third order elliptical lowpass filter and finally equivalent L-C parameters are extracted. Several studies have been accomplished on the influence of the geometric modification of the filter on its characteristics. Better transition sharpness, lower passband insertion loss and broader stopband are observed, compared to popular dumbbell DGSs due to its additional attenuation zero. The two-cell configuration of this DGS produces a three-pole lowpass filter having wide and deep stopband at low cutoff frequency. This is applied under the input and output feed lines of a parallel-coupled bandpass filter for suppressing harmonic frequencies. A lowpass filter is realized using cascaded investigated DGS and dumbbell DGS under a microstrip line. 相似文献

微波频段的宽带滤波器一般具有通带插入损耗大,带外抑制性差等问题,为了解决这个问题,采用具有慢波效应的缺陷地结构(DGS)和缺陷微带结构(DMS),设计了一种新型微波频段的超宽带滤波器。分别利用电磁仿真软件HFSS和平面印制板技术对其进行建模仿真和实物加工。实测与仿真结果良好吻合,带内插入损耗优于1.64dB,回波损耗优于13.93dB,通带范围在2.75~8.3GHz,实现相对带宽100.45%,高低阻带均抑制在-10dB以下,且该滤波器结构紧凑,体积小。 相似文献
