对某型LNG泵用轴承进行模态分析,深入研究流固耦合预应力对LNG泵用轴承模态的影响。首先用ANSYS对轴承进行流固耦合仿真分析,构建流固耦合模型并进行流场计算,得到LNG对轴承施加的流固耦合预应力。在此基础上,研究轴承在无预应力作用和受流固耦合预应力作用的振型与模态变化机制,对比分析两种情况下轴承振型及模态的显著差异,进而研究流固耦合预应力对轴承共振的影响。研究表明:流固耦合预应力的存在会导致LNG泵用轴承的形变量增大,模态频率下降,且更接近轴承自身的激振频率。  相似文献

基于ANSYS平台,使用APDL语言开发了双层缩套厚壁筒自增强残余应力求解参数化有限元接触模型。考虑缩套预应力的影响,基于理想弹塑性材料模型和Mises屈服准则,推导出了双层缩套厚壁筒自增强残余应力解析解,并将其有限元分析值和解析解进行了比较,有限元分析值与解析解在屈服区结果一致,而在弹性区略有差别,与已有的解析解相比,由于考虑了缩套初始预应力对自增强处理过程应力状态的影响,其残余应力有限元模型的仿真结果和解析解都具有更高的精度。  相似文献

基于Solidworks和ANSYS Workbench软件,对六自由度关节型工业机器人典型姿态进行三维建模及有预应力的模态仿真分析,得到了工业机器人前5阶固有特性参数及其相关振动薄弱部位;运用锤击实验对工业机器人进行模态分析实验,测取了其阻尼情况,同时确保了该仿真分析的可靠性。该方法以模态仿真为前提,模态实验为补充,获得了机器人在典型姿态下的相关模态特性,改善了工业机器人模态参数测取繁琐的问题。其仿真与实验的结果为工业机器人的优化设计与性能改进提供了有效的参考依据。  相似文献

通过有限单元法求解了单元刚度矩阵和质量矩阵的偏导数,根据整体矩阵,给出了结构模态参数中频率、振型和模态置信度的灵敏度解析式。以板壳单元为例,分别采用解析法和差分法计算了单元边长对模态参数的灵敏度并进行了对比,并计算了每个单元的弹性模量和厚度对模态参数的灵敏度。结果表明,基于单元特性的灵敏度解析法计算出的灵敏度与差分法相比精度高、效率好,而且可以求解出每个单元中的结构参数和材料参数对整体结构的灵敏度,为有限元模型修正和仿真提供了参考。  相似文献

机床结合面对整机的动静态特性有着重要的影响,结合面动态特性参数的识别对提高整机性能、缩短研发周期有重要意义。提出基于LMS Test.Lab试验模态分析和ANSYS响应面法的动态特性参数识别优化方法。基于结合面等效刚度和阻尼值在ANSYS软件中建立直线电动机进给系统有限元模型,对系统进行仿真模态分析,并通过LMS Test.Lab系统进行模态试验测试,对比仿真模态参数和试验测试模态参数,并通过试验测试结果修正有限元模型。最终使仿真模态参数值与试验测试结果相差在8%以内,验证了该有限元模型的准确性。  相似文献

采用有限元软件ABAQUS6.14对压电多层膜悬臂梁进行了仿真模拟,在自由端受集中载荷下,预测薄膜结构对悬臂梁曲率半径和自由端及中心固定端等效应力的影响.结果 表明自由端受到的载荷越大,则各层所对应的自由端和中心固定端的等效应力越大,而中性层曲率半径则越小.薄膜厚度越厚,自由端和固定端各层的等效应力越小,而各层的中性层曲率半径越大.同时将数值解与解析解进行比较,以验证有限元模型的正确性.仿真结果与解析解吻合良好,为后续MEMS微悬臂梁器件的结构优化和加工工艺提供可靠依据.  相似文献

基于弹性梁的几何非线性大挠度屈曲理论,建立两端固定对称倾斜支撑梁结构的大挠度后屈曲控制微分方程,采用几何非线性隐式变形协调关系来表达强非线性超静定边值问题,得到描述倾斜梁大挠度后屈曲行为的精确解析解.采用数值方法求解含有第一、二类椭圆积分的强非线性微分方程,给出不同倾角梁结构从初始屈曲到后屈曲并发生两态跳转过程中的位形曲线及非线性刚度.根据最小能量原理和挠曲线拐点个数,分析对称屈曲模态与非对称屈曲模态之间相互跳转的内在联系及其对结构非线性刚度突变的影响,得到了屈曲模态之间的转换条件.跳转过程的数值仿真表明,倾斜支撑梁结构发生大挠度后屈曲时具有明显的双稳态特性且只出现低阶(1、2阶)屈曲模态,仿真计算结果与试验结果相一致.  相似文献

针对圆柱壳状零件的屈曲特性问题,以M739A1引信支筒为例,利用ANSYS Workbench软件进行屈曲特性模态仿真,得到了前6阶模态下的屈曲临界载荷。1阶屈曲模态下临界载荷可以校核引信安全性,6阶模态下的临界载荷可以验证引信触发性能。研究表明,相对于支筒的圆角和中心孔直径,支筒壁厚对支筒的屈曲临界载荷影响作用更大。  相似文献

以某转动心轴为研究对象,利用有限元软件ANSYS对其进行动态特性及可靠性分析。通过模态分析可以得出该转动心轴在约束状态下的前八阶固有频率,通过谐响应分析可得第一阶模态是对结构动态特性影响最大的模态。灵敏度及可靠性分析结果表明对结构动态特性影响较大的材料特性及尺寸参数有:l_2、d_2、弹性模量及密度,该转动心轴的动态可靠度为99.2%。  相似文献

The strength of composite plate with different hole-shapes is always one of the most important but complicated issues in the application of the composite material. The holes will lead to mutations and discontinuity to the structure. So the hole-edge stress concentration is always a serious phenomenon. And the phenomenon makes the structure strength decrease very quickly to form dangerous weak points. Most partial damage begins from these weak points. According to the complex variable functions theory, the accurate boundary condition of composite plate with different hole-shapes is founded by conformal mapping method to settle the boundary condition problem of complex hole-shapes. Composite plate with commonly hole-shapes in engineering is studied by several complex variable stress fimction. The boundary integral equations are founded based on exact boundary conditions. Then the exact hole-edge stress analytic solution of composite plate with rectangle holes and wing manholes is resolved. Both of offset axis loadings and its influences on the stress concentration coefficient of the hole-edge are discussed. And comparisons of different loads along various offset axis on the hole-edge stress distribution of orthotropic plate with rectangle hole or wing manhole are made. It can be concluded that hole-edge with continuous variable curvatures might help to decrease the stress concentration coefficient; and smaller angle of outer load and fiber can decrease the stress peak value.  相似文献

30 keV Ga+ focused ion beam induced secondary electron (iSE) imaging was used to determine the relative contrast between several materials. The iSE signal compared from C, Si, Al, Ti, Cr, Ni, Cu, Mo, Ag, and W metal layers does not decrease with an increase in target atomic number Z2, and shows a non-monotonic relationship between contrast and Z2. The non-monotonic relationship is attributed to periodic fluctuations of the stopping power and sputter yield inherent to the ion–solid interactions. In addition, material contrast from electron-induced secondary electron (eSE) and backscattered electron (BSE) images using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) also shows non-monotonic contrast as a function of Z2, following the periodic behavior of the stopping power for electron–solid interactions. A comparison of the iSE and eSE results shows similar relative contrast between the metal layers, and not complementary contrast as conventionally understood. These similarities in the contrast behavior can be attributed to similarities in the periodic and non-monotonic function defined by incident particle–solid interaction theory.  相似文献

针对工程实践中环网通讯相关问题的处理缺乏理论基础及国产化安全级DCS平台的开发缺乏成熟经验借鉴问题,对基于MELTAC-N平台核电厂安全级DCS环网的软硬件实现进行了研究。提出了安全级DCS环网双环网冗余设计、光切换开关设计等硬件设计方法,以及以RPR协议为基础,采用全数据收发策略的软件设计方法。在CPR1000安全级DCS平台上对安全级DCS环网的可靠性及实时性进行了评价,并进行了容错能力、响应时间及响应时间稳定性测试验证实验。结果表明,基于MELTAC-N平台安全级DCS环网软硬件设计具有较好的容错能力及响应时间稳定性。  相似文献

Abrasive wear has long been recognised as one of the most potentially serious tribological problems facing the operators of many types of plant and machinery; several industrial surveys have indicated that wear by abrasion can be responsible for more than 50% of unscheduled machine and plant stoppages. Locating the operating point of a tribological contact in an appropriate operational ‚map’︁ can provide a useful guide to the likely nature and origins of the surface degradation experienced in use, though care must be exercised in choosing the most suitable parameters for the axes of the plot. Laboratory testing of materials and simulations of machine contacts are carried out for a number of purposes; at one level for the very practical aims of ranking candidate materials or surface hardening treatments in order of their wear resistance, or in an attempt to predict wear lives under field conditions. More fundamentally, tests may be aimed at elucidating the essential physical mechanisms of surface damage and loss, with the longer term aim of building an analytical and predictive model of the wear process itself. In many cases, component surface damage is brought about by the ingress of hard, particulate matter into machine bearing or sealing clearances. These may be running dry although, more usually, a lubricant or service fluid is present at the interface. A number of standardised wear test geometries and procedures have been established for both two- and three-body wear situations, and these are briefly described. Although abrasive wear is often modelled as following an ‚Archard’︁ equation (i.e. a linear increase in material loss with both load and time, and an inverse dependence on specimen hardness) both industrial experience and laboratory tests of particularly lubricated contacts show that this is not always the case: increasing the hardness differential in an abrasively contaminated lubricated pair may not always reduce the rate of damage to the harder surface.  相似文献

A graph as the new engineering method for estimate the safety of bulging deformation of coke tower is proposed. Through stresses analysis of circumferential weld of coke tower and comparing the stresses produced by pressure with heat stress of steady state, residual stress, bending stress produced by both itself weight and wind loads, it showed that the stresses produced by pressure on the angle distortion are the main factor of equivalent stress of the combined stress. After comparing four kinds of stress controlling conditions, the relation to stress with depth of angular distortion, grade of curvature of angular distortion and half of region of angular distortion has been inferred. Graph of deformation allowable value of coke tower for different condition by angular distortion and half of region of angular distortion has been plotted. The five steps for its engineering use have been explained. The lighter the grade of curvature is, the larger of bulge allowance, may be, and the bigger of depth of angular distortion may pose too. For the coke tower with a popular structure of Dg 5 400 mm×28 mm, the result by graph is nearly more than the result of two formulas formed by other research, the error is less than 7.0%. But, the graph can be easily applied to different size of angular distortion.  相似文献
