激光治疗儿童慢性分泌性中耳炎   总被引:7,自引:1,他引:6  
采用CO2激光鼓膜切开术配合He-Ne激光理疗及CO2激光穴位照射治疗儿童慢性分泌性中耳炎80例140耳。140耳中治愈98,治愈率70%,好转34,好转率24%,总有效率为94%。激光治疗结果显示患者病程越短,声导抗越小治愈率越高,治疗效果与年龄无关。激光治疗本病与传统疗法比较具有疗效高,操作简便,患者痛苦小的优点,值得推广。  相似文献

以生物微反应器中培养液pH在线监测为目标,研制出一种基于光度吸收原理的阵列光纤传感器。利用MEMS加工工艺,制备出传感器的阵列吸光池芯片,采用光学软件对吸光池进行优化设计,提高了传感器光传输效率,并通过CFD软件进行流体模拟,优化吸光池结构,降低了溶液死体积,缩短传感器响应时间。实验结果表明,所研究的传感器阵列检测灵敏度为0.83V/pH,响应速度快,可用于多个生物微反应器的pH在线监测。  相似文献

The dielectric properties of water solutions of ethanol and sugar are investigated in the microwave region with the objective of setting up a method for the quality control of the fermentation process of alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic fermentation is the process by which carbohydrates, in particular sugar, are converted by the yeast into alcohol. During that process several other by-product compounds are produced, including a significant amount of carbon dioxide. The fermentation stage is of fundamental importance in the production of alcoholic beverages because some of the by-products' components have a considerable effect on the flavour, aroma, and other characteristic properties of the beverages. The on-line monitoring of the fermentation process can thus be very useful for controlling the timing and the development of the process in order to correct it earlier if deviations from "normality" occur. Dielectric spectroscopy is shown to be suitable for such a task, being able to discriminate between the initial water-sugar mixture and the final water-alcohol solution and making it possible to detect the production of carbon dioxide during fermentation. A case-study consisting of the monitoring of the primary fermentqtion of beer by dielectric spectroscopy is presented and discussed.  相似文献

目的:观察局部糖皮质激素联合氦氖激光治疗急性化脓性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法:将临床确诊的81例(81耳)急性化脓性中耳炎患者随机分成实验组和对照组。其中,实验组(40例)在给予左氧氟沙星滴耳液5ml+与布地奈德混悬液2ml混合均匀后滴耳的同时配合氦氖激光局部照射及全身抗生素治疗;对照组(41例)则仅给予左氧氟沙星滴耳液滴耳并联合氦氖激光局部照射及全身抗生素(同实验组)治疗。10日为一疗程,观察两组疗效。结果:1、实验组总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率为82.8%,两组间有统计学意义。2、两组治愈时间分别是7.6±1.5天和10.6±1.6天,经统计学分析,两组间有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:局部糖皮质激素联合氦氖激光治疗急性化脓性中耳炎较常规治疗方法有更好的疗效,且可明显缩短病程。该治疗方法简单可行,疗效高,值得推广和应用。  相似文献

为了控制印刷润版液的酸碱度,提高印刷品的质量,设计了一种检测印刷润版液pH值的低成本的监控仪。详细介绍了整个系统的结构示意图、信号处理部分的硬件电路以及系统的校准过程。信号处理电路实现了对高阻抗的pH计的信号采集和处理;控制电路采用内部集成A/D的ATMega8单片机和数字式温度传感器DS18B20,满足了低成本的设计要求。  相似文献

The absorption and emission properties of transition metal (TM)-doped zinc chalcogenides have been investigated to understand their potential application as room-temperature, mid-infrared tunable laser media. Crystals of ZnS, ZnSe, and ZnTe, individually doped with Cr2+, Co2+, Ni2+, or Fe2+ have been evaluated. The absorption and emission properties are presented and discussed in terms of the energy levels from which they arise. The absorption spectra of the crystals studied exhibit strong bands between 1.4 and 2.0 μm which overlap with the output of strained-layer InGaAs diodes. The room-temperature emission spectra reveal wide-band emissions from 2-3 μm for Cr and from 2.8-4.0 μm for Co, Cr luminesces strongly at room temperature; Co exhibits significant losses from nonradiative decay at temperatures above 200 K, and Ni and Fe only luminesce at low temperatures, Cr2+ is estimated to have the highest quantum yield at room temperature among the media investigated with values of ~75-100%. Laser demonstrations of Cr:ZnS and Cr:ZnSe have been performed in a laser-pumped laser cavity with a Co:MgF2 pump laser. The output of both lasers were determined to peak at wavelengths near 2.35 μm, and both lasers demonstrated a maximum slope efficiency of approximately 20%. Based on these initial results, the Cr2+ ion is predicted to be a highly favorable laser ion for the mid-IR when doped into the zinc chalcogenides; Co2+ may also serve usefully, but laser demonstrations yet remain to be performed  相似文献

A liquid crystal (LC)‐based pH sensor for real‐time monitoring of changes in localized pH values near a solid surface is reported, along with its application for the detection of enzymatic activities. It is found that 4‐cyano‐4′‐pentylbiphenyl (5CB), when doped with 4′‐pentyl‐biphenyl‐4‐carboxylic acid (PBA), shows a bright‐to‐dark optical response to a very small change in pH (from 6.9 to 7.0). The pH‐driven optical response can be explained by using orientational transitions of 5CB induced by the protonation and deprotonation of PBA at the aqueous/LC interface. Because of its high pH sensitivity, the LC‐based sensor is further exploited for monitoring local pH changes resulting from enzymatic reactions. As a proof of concept, the hydrolysis of penicillin G by surface‐immobilized penicillinase is monitored using the system, even when the concentration of penicillin G is as low as 1 nM . This type of LC‐based sensor may find potential utilities in high‐throughput screening of enzyme substrates and enzyme inhibitors.  相似文献

Micro-Raman spectroscopy is used to monitor titanium silicide (TiSi2) formation on narrow undoped polycrystalline silicon lines. Linewidths varying from 1.0 μm down to 0.35 μm, with silicidation by rapid thermal anneal (RTA) temperature ranging between 780°C and 1020°C were analyzed. Phase changes between C49 and C54-TiSi2 phases were clearly observed. Results demonstrate that analysis of the C54-TiSi2 Raman peak intensity allowed fast and nondestructive estimation of the process window for low resistivity C54-TiSi2 formation. Comparison with sheet resistivity measurements showed that micro-Raman scattering provides a complimentary means to electrical analysis for the study of TiSi2 formation  相似文献

In the last three decades the emergence and development of community media across Europe has been mainly characterised by the political and social contexts at the national levels and, consequently, the sector is shaped by a range of opportunities and challenges that depend on the status of current policy, legislation and funding regimes in each country. Where at the pan-European level, since the 1970s, the Council of Europe has been supporting community media as a means for pluralism and diversity in the media, as well as a tool to promote social cohesion, in the European Union audiovisual and media policies, community media have been largely overlooked. In 2008 the Culture and Education Committee of the European Parliament promoted a report to support community media in the Union, signalling a new development pursuing to influence media policy discussion in the member states. This article aims to trace the contours of community media’s route across European media policies to assess how its practice has been shaped so far and discuss the emerging issues that are likely to influence its near future.  相似文献

Diabetic ulcer is the most common kind of chronic wound worldwide. Though great efforts have been devoted, diabetic ulcer still remains as a challenge that requires constant monitoring and management. In this work, a multifunctional zwitterionic hydrogel is developed to simultaneously detect two fluctuant wound parameters, pH and glucose level, to monitor the diabetic wound status. A pH indicator dye (phenol red) and two glucose sensing enzymes, glucose oxidase (GOx) and horseradish peroxidase (HRP), are encapsulated in the anti‐biofouling and biocompatible zwitterionic poly‐carboxybetaine (PCB) hydrogel matrix. The visible images are collected by a smartphone and transformed into RGB signals to quantify the wound parameters. Results show that the activity and stability of both two enzymes are improved within PCB hydrogel, and the Kcat/Km value of PCB‐HRP is ≈5.5 fold of free HRP in artificial wound exudate. This novel wound dressing can successfully monitor the pH range of 4–8 and glucose level of 0.1–10 × 10?3 m . Meanwhile, it also provides a moist healing environment that can promote diabetic wound healing. This multifunctional wound dressing may open vistas in chronic wound management and guide the diabetes treatment in clinical applications.  相似文献
